MASAQAT SE MUTTALIQ AHKAM WA MASAEL

Lughwi taur par lafz  Musaqat  safi bana hai , Uske maani pani dene ke hain - Sharayi istalah mein agar koi shaksh apna tayyar shudah baagh ya darakht kisi shaksh ko is shart par dega or dekh bhal karega , jo phal hoga usey dono taqseem karlenge to us mamle ko masaqat kaha jata hai - Masaqat darasal mazarat hi ki ek qasam hai , farq sirf yeh keh zara'at zameen mein hoti hai or masaqat baghaat waghaira mein - Mazarat ki tarah yeh mamla bhi jayez hai - 

BAAB :  PAANI PEENE KA BAYAAN

Irshaad Baari Ta'ala hai : "Hum ne har jaandar chiz ko paani se zindagi bakshi , kiya wo emaan nahi late " - Naiz ALLAH Ta'ala ka farmaan hai : " Bhala jo paani tum peete ho ( Kya usey badal se tum ne u tara hai ya hum utarne waale hai , agar hum chahe to usey khari banade) Phir tum shukr kyun nahi karte "- Imam Bukhari r.h farmate hain keh [ujaj] ke maani khari or [muzan] ke maani badal hai , naiz [phurana] ke maani sheerein hain -

۞ BAAB : 1 - JISNE SADQAH KARNE , HIBA KARNE OR USKE MUTALLIQ WASSIYAT KARNE KO JAYEZ KHAYAL KIYA , KHAWA WO TAQSEEM SHUDAH HO YA GAIR MANQASAM 

Hazrat Usman r.a. bayan karte hain keh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : " Wo kaun hai jo har romah ko kharide phir apna dol is tarah daale jis tarah digar musalman daalein?" To usey Hazrat Usman r.a. ne kharid liya (or waqif kar diya)-

۩ Hazrat Sohail Bin Saad r.a. se riwayat hai , Unhone kaha keh nabi ﷺ ki khidmat mein ek payala paish kiya gaya or aapne usse kuch naush farmaya - aapki daayein  janib ek larka tha jo hazirin mein sabse chotta tha jab keh aapki baayein janib buzurg Hazraat baithe the - Aap ne farmaya : "Barkhurdaar!tum ijazat dete ho keh main un buzurgo ko yeh payala de dun ?" Usne arz kiya : ALLAH ke Rasul! yeh mumkeen nahi keh aapke pass khurdah par kisi ko tarjeeh dun , chunancha aapne wo payala usi ko de diya -

۩ Hazrat Anas Bin Malik r.a. se riwayat hai keh Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ke liye ek gharelu  bakri ko doha gaya or wo bakri Hazrat Anas r.a. ke ghar mein tha - Phir wo payala Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ko paish kiya gaya - Aapne usey naush farmaya tankeh aapne apne dahan ( Muhh ) Mubarak se usey alayheda kiya - Aapki baaye janib Hazrat Abu bakr r.a. the or daaye jaanib ek dehati tha - Hazrat Umar r.a. ne  us andeshe ke paish nazar keh aap ﷺ us dehati ko payala de deinge arz kiya : ALLAH ke Rasul! Payala Abu Bakr r.a. ko digiye wo Arabi ko de diya jo aapke daayein janib tha - Phir aapne farmaya : Daayein janib waala zayadah haqdaar hai , phir jo uske daayein janib ho "-

۞ BAAB : 2- PAANI KA MAALIK USKA ZAYADAH HAQDAAR HAI HATTA KEH SEERAB HO JAYEGA KYUNKI IRSHAAD NABWI HAI: " ZAYED PAANI NA ROKA JAYE -

۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai keh Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne farmaya "faltu paani na roka jaye keh us tarah zayed ghans bachana maqsood ho" -

۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai keh Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne farmaya : Zarurat se zayed paani se kisi ko is garz se na rad karo keh ( Us tarah ) zarurat se zayed ghans ko bachao" -

۞ BAAB : 3-JISNE APNI MAMUKAH ZAMEEN MEIN KUNWA KHODA TOH WO USKI WAJAH SE HONE WAALE KA NUQSAAN KA JIMMAH DAAR NAHIN HOGA 

۩ Hazat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai , unhone ne kaha : Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne farmaya :"kaan mein koi hadsa ho jaye to koi muawzah nahi , isi tarah kunwe ki wajah se pahunchne waale nuqsaan or jaanwar se pahunchne wali takleef par bhi koi tawaan nahi hoga - Or zameen ke dafeene se paanchwa hissa dena hoga" -

۞ BAAB : 4 - KUNWE KE BAARE ME JHAGARNA OR USKE MUTALLIQ FAISLA  KARNA

۩ Hazrat Abdullah Bin Masud r.a. se riwayat hai , wo Nabi ﷺ se bayan karte hain keh aapne farmaya : " Jisne kisi musalman ka maal harap karne ke liye koi qasam uthayi jab keh wo is me jhuta hai toh wo ALLAH TA'ALA se is halat mein mulaqat karega keh wo uspar ghazbanaak hoga " - Phir ALLAH TA'ALA ne yeh aayat nazil farmayi : " Beshak jo log ALLAH ke ahad or apni jhuti qasamo ke aoz thora sa duniyawi maal hasil kar lete hain ( Toh aise logo ka aakhirat mein koi hissa nahi hoga )" - Uske baad Hazrat Asha'at Bin Qais r.a. aaye toh unhone ne kaha : Tumhein Abu Abdul Rahman ( Abdullah Bin Masud r.a. ) kiya bayan kar rahe the ?  yeh aayat toh mere mutalliq nazil hui thi - Waqaih yeh tha keh mere chachazaad ki zameen mein ek mera kunwa tha - ( Hamara uske mutalliq jhagra ho gaya tha toh) aap ﷺ ne mujhse pucha : " Tere pass gawah hain?" Main ne arz kiya : Gawah toh nahi hain - Aap ne farmaya : "Phir (fariq saani se ) qasam li jayengi " - Main ne arz kiya : ALLAH ke Rasul ! Wo toh qasam kha jayega - us waqt Nabi ﷺ ne yeh hadees bayaan farmayi , phir ALLAH TA'ALA ne uski tasdeeq mein yeh aayat nazil farmayi -

۞ BAAB : 5 – US SHAKSH KA GUNAH JO KISI MUSAFIR KO PAANI SE MANA KARTA HAI 

۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai , unhone kaha ﷺ ne farmaya : “ Teen shaksh aise hain jinhe Qayamat ke din Allah ta'ala nazar karam se nahi dekhega or na unko paak hi karega balkeh unke liye dardnaak aazaab hoga : ek shaksh wo jiske pass logon ke raaste mein faltu paani ho paani ho or wo musafiron ko na de – Dusra wo shaksh jo Imam usey kuch de to usse razi rahe or na de toh naraz ho jaye – Teesra wo shaksh jo apna saara saman farokht lekar namaz asar ke baad baith jaye or kahein : Us ALLAH ki qasam jiske siwa koi mabood barhaq ! Mujhe us saman ke aoz itna itna maal diya jata hai jo kharidane uski baat maanli or usse maal kharid liya” – Phir aapne ye aayat tilawat farmayi : “Beshak jo log ALLAH ke Ahad or apni jhuti aoz khuch duniyawi maal hasil karlete hain ( Toh aise logon ka akhirat mein koi hissa nahi hoga)” –

۞ BAAB : 6 – NAHARON KO BAND KARNA , YAANI NAHARON KA PAANI ROKNA

۩ Hazrat Abdullah Bin Zubair r.a. se riwayat hai , Unhone bayan kiya keh ek Ansari ne Hazrat Zubari r.a. ke khilaf Nabi ﷺ ki khidmat mein hurah ke barsati naale ke mutalliq muqadma paish kiya jisse wo apne khajoor ke darakhto ko seerab kiya karte the – Ansari ne kaha keh paani chore rakho keh chalta rahe lekin Hazrat Zubair r.a. ne uska mutalba tasleem karne se inkaar kar diya – Nabi ﷺ ke hazoor dono muqadma lear hazir huye toh Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne Hazrat Zubarir r.a. se farmaya : “Aye Zubair ! (Apna Nukhalistaan ) Seeraab karke phir paani apne parosi ke liye chor do” – Yeh sun kar Ansari naraz ho kar kahne laga : Yeh ( Faisla aapne ) Us bina par ( Kiya hai ) keh wo aapka phuphizaad bhai hai – Rasul ALLAH sαℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ѕαℓℓαℓℓαнυ ka chehra mutgair ho gaya , phir aapne farmaya : “ Aye Zubair ! apne baagh ko seerab karo or phir paani roke rakho yahan tak keh wo mundair tak charh jaye” – Hazrat Zubair r.a. ne kaha : ALLAH ki Qasam! Yeh aayat isi bare mein nazil huyi hai, “Nahin Nahin tere Rab ki Qasam ! YeSahih Al Bukhari h log us waqt momin nahi ho sakte jab tak apne hone wale jhagron mein aapko hakim na tasleem kar lein “ –
Abu Abdullah (Imam Bukhari r.h Sindh ke mutalliq ) Farmate hain keh Urwa Bin Abdullah ki Sindh se lais  ke alawa or koi us hades ko bayan nahi karta –

۞ BAAB : 7 – JIS KA KHAIT BULANDI PAR WO NICHE WAALE SE PEHLE SEERAB KARE

۩ Hazrat Urwa Bin Zubair se riwayat hai keh Hazrat Zubair r.a. ka Ansar ke ek aadmi se jhagra ho gya toh Nabi ﷺ ne hukm diya : “Aye Zubair ! tum apna khait seerab karne ke baad paani chor diya karo”- Us shaksh par Ansari ne kaha : Aap ne faisla isliye kiya hai keh wo aapka phuphizaad bhai bhai hai- Tab aap ﷺ ne farmayya : Aye Zubair ! tum apne khait ko seerab karo , yahan tak keh paani mundair tak pahunch jaye , itni dair tak paani roke rakho” – Hazrat Zubair r.a. kehte hain : Mere gumaan ke mutabiq yeh aayat is mamle ke mutalliq nazil hui hai : “Nahin Nahin , mujhe tere rab ki qasam! Yeh log is waqt tak momin nahi ho sakte jab tak apne ekhtalafat mein tujhe hukm na tasleem karle: -

۞ BAAB : 8 – BULAND KHAIT WAALE KE LIYE PAANI KA ITNA HISSA HAI KEH USEY TAKHNO TAK BHARE 

۩ Hazrat Urwa Bin Zubair se riwayat hai keh ansar ke ek aadmi ka Hazrat Zubair ke sath muqam hurah ke ek  barsati naale se apne nahlestaan ko seerab karne ke mutalliq jhagra ho gya – Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne farmaya : Aye Zubair ! paani pilao phir usey apne parosi ki taraf chor do” – Aap ne dastur ke mutabiq aisa karne ka hukm diya , lekin Ansari ne kaha : Yeh sun kar Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ke chehre ka rang badal gaya , phir aap ne farmaya : “ Zubair ! apne darakhto ka seerab karo , phir paani rok lo taankeh wo mundair par charh jaye” – Hazrat Zubair r.a. kehte hain : ALLAH ki qasam! Yeh aayat is mamle ke mutalliq nazil hui : Nahin nahin , tumhare rab ki qasam ! yeh log us waqt tak momin nahin ho sakte jab tak apne tana zayaat mein aapko hukm tasleem na karlein”-

۩ Ibn Shahab Zohari kehte hain keh ansar or dusre logon ne irshad Nabwi “Paani ko rok lo tankeh wo mundair par charh jaye” kay eh andazah kiya keh paani ki muqdaar dono takhno tak hona chye –

۞ BAAB : 9 – PAANI PILANE KI FAZILAT 

Hazrat Abu Hurairah se riwayat hai , Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne farmaya : “Ek shaksh jaa raha tha , isko sakht payas lagi toh wo ek kunwe mein utar or usse paani piya – Jab wo bahar nikla toh dekha keh ek kutta payas ki wajah se haanpte huye gili mitti chaat raha hai – Us shaksh ne (Dil mein ) Kaha keh isey bhi shiddat payas se waohi aziyat hai jo mujhe thi – usne apna moza paani se bhara or usey muhhh mein lekar upar charha or kutte ko paani pilaya – Allah ta'ala ne uski qadardaani karate huye usko muaff kar diya” – Sahaba karaam ne pucha : ALLAH ke Rasul ! kya humein chaupayiun ki khidmat ka bhi ajar milega ? Aap ne farmaya : “Har wo jigar jo zinda hai , uski khidmat mein ajar hai” –
Hazrat Asma Bint Abi Bakr r.a. se riwayat hai keh Nabi ﷺ ne suraj gahan ki namaz parhai toh farmaya : “Dozakh mere qareeb hui yahan tak keh main ne arz kiya : Aye mere Rab! Main bhi unke sath hoon – Itne mein ek aurat dikhayi di ….. Main samajhti hun aapne farmaya…. Billi isko noch rahi thi –Aapne pucha : Iska kya majra hai? Jawab mila keh us aurat ne billi ko bandh kar rakha tha yahan tak keh wo bhuk se mar gayi?’’

۩ Hazrat Ibn Umar r.a. se riwayat hai , Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne farmaya : “Ek aurat ko aazab diya gaya , wo bhi ek billi ke bayes jisey usne bandh rakha tha hatta keh wo bhuk ki wajah se mar gayi – us bina par wo aurat Jahannam mein dakhil hui – Allah ta'ala ne farmaya , halankeh wo khub janta hai : tu ne usey khilaya na pilaya jabkeh tu ne usey bandhe rakha , usko chora bhi nahi keh zameen ke keere makore kha leti” –

۞ BAAB : 10 – HOZ OR MUSHKEEZE KA MALIK APNE PAANI KA ZAYADA HAQDAAR HAI 

۩ Hazrat Suhail Bin Saad se riwayat hai , Unhone kaha keh Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ke pass paani ka ek payala laya gaya toh aapne usse naush farmaya – aapki daayein janib ek nau umar larka tha jabkeh buzurg hazraat aapki baayein janib the – Aapne farmaya : “ Barkhurdaar ! mujhe ijazat dete ho keh main yeh payala buzurgo ko de dun?’’ Usne kaha : ALLAH ke Rasul ! Main apne is hisse par jo aapki taraf se mere naseeb mein hai kisi ko tarjeeh dene par raazi nahi , toh aapne wo payala usi ko de diya –

۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai , wo Nabi ﷺ se bayan karte hain keh aapne farmaya : “Us zaat ki qasam jiske haath mein meri jaan hai ! (Qayamat ke din ) main apne hoz se bahut saare logon ko is tarah dafa karunga jis tarah ajnabi oonth hoz par se hank diye jate hain”-

۩ Hazrat Ibn Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai , unhone kaha keh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “ Allah ta'ala Hazrat Ismail A.S ki waldah par raham kare ! agar wo zam zam ko chor dete …. Ya farmaya: Agar wo us mein se chalo phir bhar kar paani na lete … toh wo ek jaari chashma hota – Qabilah Jarham ke log unke pass aaye or kehne lage : Kya aap ijazat deti hain keh hum aapke qareeb parao karlein ? Toh unhone farmaya : Haan , ( Ijazat hai ) Lekin paani mein tumhara koi haq nahi hoga – Unhone kaha : Thik hai “ –

۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah se riwayat hai , wo Nabi ﷺ se bayan karte hain keh aap ne farmaya : Teen shaksh aise hai keh Allah ta'ala Qayamat ke din unse baat nahi karega or na unki taraf nazar rahmat se hi dekhega: Ek wo shaksh jisne saman farokht karte waqt qasam uthai keh uski qeemat mujhe usse kayi zayada mil rahi thi , halankeh wo is baat mein jhuta tha – Dusra wo shaksh  jisne asar ke baad jhuti qasam uthai taakeh usse kisi musalman ka maal hathiya le – Teesra wo shaksh jo faltu paani se logon ko mana kare – Allah ta'ala usse se farmayega : Aaj ke din mein tujhse apna fazal rok leta hun jaisa keh tu ne us chiz ka fazal roka tha jis ko tere haathon ne nahi banaya tha” –

۞ BAAB : 11 – CHAARAGAH MAHFUZ KARLENE KA HAQ SIRF ALLAH OR USKE RASUL ﷺ KO HAI

۩ Hazrat Soaib Bin Jasama r.a. se riwayat hai unhone kaha : Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne farmaya : “Chaaraagah ko ALLAH or uska Rasul Mahfooz kar sakta hai”-
Imam Zohari ne kaha : Humein yeh khabar pahunchi hai keh Nabi ﷺ ne taqee ko mahfoz kiya , Naiz Hazrat Umar r.a. ne muqaam sharf or bazah ko sarkari chaaraagah qaraar diya –

۞ BAAB : 12 – NAHARON SE LOGON OR JAANWARON KA PAANI PEENA

۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai keh Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne farmaya : “Ghora kisi ke liye ajar banta hai toh kisi ke liye parda banta hai , naiz kisi ke liye bojh bhi hota hai – Sawab ka zariya us shaksh ke liye hai jisne ALLAH ki raah mein kaam ke liye rakha – Wo shaksh uski raah mein kaam ke liye rakha – Wo shaksh uski rassi ko chaargaah ya baagh mein daraaz kar dein toh jitna kuch bhi uske dayere mein rehte huye chaargaah ya baagh mein charega wo uske liye naikiya hogi – or agar uski rassi tot jaye or wo agali taangein utha kar ek do chaalangein lagaye (Or daure ) toh uske qadamon ke nishaanat or uski laid us shaksh ke liye naikiya hogi – Or agar wo kisi nahar ke pass se guzre or us se paani chahiye , halankeh uska paani pilane ka irada bhi nahi that oh bhi uske liye naikiyun ka baa’as hai – Or wo shaksh jisne maaldaari or sawal se bacche ke liye ghora bandha , phir uski gardan or pith ke mutallliq ALLAH ke haq ko faramosh nahin kiya toh wo uske liye bachao or sattar ka baa’as hoga – Or jis shaksh ne itrane , dikhane , or musalmano ko gazand pahunchane ke liye ghora paala toh wo uske liye wa baal or aazab ka bayes hai” – Rasul ALLAH ﷺ se gadho ke mutalliq pucha gaya toh aaapne farmaya : “Gadho ke mutalliq mujh par kuch nazil nahin huya magar yeh jama or manfurad aayat utari hai : jo koi zarah bar bhi bhalai kare toh usey dekh lega or jo koi ratti bhar braai karega toh usey bhi dekh lega” –

۩ Hazrat Zaid Bin Khalid r.a. se riwayat hai , unhone kaha : Ek shaksh Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ki khidmat mein hazir hua or aapse giri pari chiz ke mutalliq puchne laga –Aapne farmaya : “Uski thaili or uske sar bandhan ko acchi tarah pahchan lo , phir ek saal tak uski tashheer karo , agar uska malik aajaye toh behtar basurat digar tum usse jo chaho karo “ – Usne kaha : Agar bhuli bhatki bakri mile toh kya kiya jaye? Aap ne farmaya : “Ya tum isse fayada uthaoge , ya tumhare bhai ka hissa banegi ya bhaireye ka luqma hogi” – Usne phir daryaft kiya : agar bhola bhatka oonth mile toh? Aapne farmaya : “Tujhe usse kya sarokar hai ? uska mashkizah or mozah sab uske sath hai – Wo paani par pahunch jayega or darakht ke patte khalega taankeh uska malik usko palega” –

۞ BAAB : 13 – SUKHI LAKRI OR GHANS FAROKHT KARNA 

۩ Hazrat Zubair Bin Aawam r.a. se riwayat hai , wo Rasul ALLAH ﷺ se bayan karte hain keh aapne farmaya : “Tum mein se koi shaksh rassiyan utha kar lakriyun ka ghatta banaye , phir usey farokht kar de , uske bayas Allah ta'ala uski khuddari mahfooz rakhe toh yeh us baat se behtar hai keh wo logon ke samne dast sawal daraz kare , usey kuch diya jaye ya na diya jaye’’-

۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai , unhone kaha keh Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne farmaya : “Tum mein se koi apni kamar par lakriyun ka ghitta laye yeh usse behtar hai keh wo dusron se sawal kare , khawa koi usko de ya na de’’ –

۩ Hazrat Ali Bin Abi Talib r.a. se riwayat hai , unhone kaha : Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ke humrah main ne badr ke din maal ghanimat mein se ek jawaan oothni hasil ki or ek oothni mujhe Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne ata ki thi –Main ne ek din un dono oonthiyun ko ek Ansari shaksh ke darwaze par baithaya – Mera irada tha keh main unpar azkhar ghans la kar farokht karo – Mere sath bano Qaneeqaa ka ek zargar bhi tha – Main chahta tha keh uski madad hasil karo or az farokht karke Hazrat Fatimah r.a. se shadi ka walima karo – Us waqt Hazrat Hamzah Bin Abi Abdul Mutallib r.a. us ghar mein naushi kar rahe the – Unke sath ek gaane wali aurat bhi thi – Usne jab yeh misra gaya : Aye Hamzah ! Utho farba jawan oothniyun ke liye , toh Humzah r.a. talwaar lekar unki taraf jhapat pare , unke kohan kaat dale or pait bhi phaar dale , phir un dono ki kalejiyaan nikaal lein – ( Rawi Hadees Ibn Jareez kehte hain keh ) Main ne Ibn Shahab se pucha keh kohano mein se kya kiya? Toh unhone kaha : Kohan toh wo kaat kar lenge – Ibn Shahab kehte hain keh Hazrat Ali r.a. ne farmaya : Main ne us manzar ko dekha toh tanhai pareshan hua , chunancha main ALLAH ke Nabi ﷺ ki khidmat mein hazir hua jabkeh aapke paas Hazrat Zaid Bin Harsa r.a. bhi the – Main ne tamam royedaad bayan ki toh aap ﷺ nikale – Aapke sath Hazrat Zaid Bin Harsa r.a. bhi the – Main bhi aapke sath ho liya – Aap ﷺ Hazrat Hamzah r.a. ke pass gaye toh un par izhaar naraazi farmaya – Hazrat Hamzah r.a. ne nazar uthayi or kaha : Tum toh mere baap dada ke Ghulam hi ho – Yeh sun kar Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ulte paaon laut aaye – Yeh waqiah tahreem kheemar se pehle ka hai –

۞ BAAB : 14 – JAGIREN DENA 

۩ Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai , unhone kaha : Rasul ALLAh ﷺ ne irada farmaya keh Bahrain ke ilaqe mein kuch jaageerein logon ko de – Ansar ne mashwara diya keh aa paisa na kare taankeh hamare muhajeereen bhaiyun ko bhi jagiren de jaisa keh humein deinge – Aap ﷺ ne farmaya : “Tum Unqareeb dekhoge keh logon ko tum par tarjeeh di jayegi – Aisi halat mein meri mulaqaat ﷺ tak sabr karna”-

۞ BAAB : 15 – JAGIRON KI SINDH LIKH DENA 

۩ Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai keh Nabi ne ansar ko bulaya taakeh unko elaqa Bahrain mein jagireen de – Unhone arz kiya : ALLAH ke Rasul!agar aap ne aisa karna hai toh hamare Qureshi bhaiyun ko bhi waisi hi jaagiron ki Sindh likh de , lekin Nabi ﷺ ke pass us waqt itni zameen nahin thi – Aapne farmaya : Tum unqareeb dekhoge keh ( Tumhein nazar andaaz karke ) dusron ko tum par tarjee di jayegi – Aise halat mein sabar se kaam leta hatta keh qayamat ke din mujhse aa milo”-

۞ BAAB : 16 – OONTHNIYON KO CHASHMO PAR DOHA JAYE

۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah se riwayat hai , wo Nabi ﷺ se bayan karte hain keh aapne farmaya : “Oonthniyon ka haq yeh hai keh unka doodh chashmo par doha jaye” –

۞ BAAB : 17 – US SHAKSH KE MUTALLIQ JISEY BAAGH SE GUZARNE , PAANI DENE YA KHAJOOR KA PHAL LENE KA HAQ HO

۩ Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “Jis ne khajoor ka darakht paywand lagane ke baad farokhat kiya toh uska phal baichane wale ka hai – usey baagh mein jane , wahan se guzarne or seerab karne ka bhi haq hasil rehta hai taankeh wo apna uthanle , sahab Ariya ko bhi yeh haq hasil honge”-
Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar r.a. se rawayat hai ,Unhone Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ko ye farmate huye suna : “Jo koi khajoor ka darakht paywandkari ke baad kharide toh uska phal farokht karne wale ke liye yeh keh kharidar phal lene ki shart tay karle – Isi tarah agar kisi ne aisa gulam kharida jiske passs maal hai toh wo maal baichane wale ka hoga ala yeh keh kharidar maal lene ki shart lagade” –
Hazrat Umar r.a. se marwi hades sirf Ghulam ke mutalliq hai –

۩ Hazrat Zaid Bin Sabit r.a. se rawayat hai , Unhone kaha : Nabi ﷺ ne ijazat di keh Araya ki bayee andaza karke khushk khajoor ke aooz ho sakti hai –

۩ Hazrat Jabir Bin Abdullah r.a. se rawayat hai keh Nabi ﷺ ne bayee Makhabra ,Bayee Mahaqla or Bayee Mazabina se mana farmaya , naiz darakhto par lage phalon ki kharid wa farokht se bhi mana farmaya hatta keh wo khan eke qabil ho jaye – Aapne farmaya keh darakhto par laga hua phal sirf dirham wa dinar se farokht kiya jaye lekin bayee araya ki ijazat hai –

۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se rawayat hai keh Nabi ﷺ ne andaze se khushk khajoor ke aooz paanch wa sak ya paanch wa sak se kam (muqdaar) Mein bayee araya ki ijazat di – Us (muqdaar) mein rawayi hadees Dawud ko shaq hua –

۩ Hazrat Rafiya Bin Khadija or Suhail Bin Abi Hashma r.a. ne mazabina , yaani darakht par lagi huyi khajoor ko khushk khajoor ke aooz farokht karne se mana farmaya , Albatta aapne araya waalon ko uski ijazat di.

Ibn Ishaq ne kaha : Mujhse Basheer ne isi tarah bayan kiya hai –
