Bab # 1 Farziyat e Zakat ka Bayan

Hazrat Ibn e Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai kay Nabi Pak ﷺ nay Hazrat Muaz r.a. ko yaman rawana kia to farmaya: Sab se pahlay ahl-e-yaman ko is bat ki dawat daina kay Allah Tala kay siwa koi mabood Barhaq nahi or Main (Mohammad SAW) Allah ka rasool hon. Agar woh yah bat man lain to un se kahna Allah Tala nay shab o Roz main in per 5 namazain farz ki hain, agar woh is bat ko be tasleem kar lain to inhain batana kay Allah tala nay in per in kay mal ka sadqa bhe farz kia hai jo in kay Ahl-e-qudrat se wasool kar kay in kay mohtajon per sarf kia jae ga.

Hazrat Abu Ayub r.a. se riwayat hai kay aik shaks nay Nabi Pak ﷺ se arz kia:
Mujhay koi aisay amal bataen jo mujhay jannat main dakhil kar day- kisi nay kaha: isay kia hogaya hai? Isay kia hogaya hai? Nabi Pak ﷺ nay farmaya “Sahib-e-Hajat hai or isay kia hoa hai? Allah ki ebadat kar or us kay sath kisi ko shareek na bana, Namaz parh, Zakat day or sulah rahmi ka rawaya ikhtiyar kar”.

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai, inho nay farmaya: jab Rasoool ﷺ ka intiqal hoa or a Hazrat Abu bakar r.a. khalifa muntakhib haoy to arab kay baaz log kafir (murtad) hogae. (Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a. nay in kay khilaf qital ka iqdam kia) to Hazrat Umer r.a. nay arz kia: Ap in kay khilaf qital kiun kartay hain halanay Rasool ﷺ nay farmaya:”Mujhay logon se qital ka hukum is waqt tak hai jab tak woh LA ILAHA ILL’ALLA na parhain, jab inho nay kalma-e-tohhed parh lia to inho nay apnay mal or jan ko mujh se mahfooz karlia magar islam ka haq ada karna hoga or in (ka batin) ka hisab Allah kay supurd hai”.

Bab # 2 Zakat dainay par bait karna
Hazrat Jarir bin Abdullah r.a. se riwayat hai, inho nay farmaya: main nay namaz parhnay, zakat dainay or har musalman se khair khwahe karnay pay Nabi Pak ﷺ se bait ki hai.

Bab # 3 Zakat rok lainay walay ka gunah
Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai kay, inho nay kaha, Nabi Pak ﷺ nay farmaya: “ Qayamat kay din ount pahlay se ziayat furba or behter halat main apnay malik kay pass aien gay jabkay woh malik in ka haq (Zakat) na ada karta ho, phir woh isay apnay paon se roond dain agy. Is tarha bakrian bhe pahlay se ziayata tawana or beter halat main apnay malik kay pass aien ge jabkay woh malik in haq (zakat) na ada karta ho, woh usay apnay khurroon se kuchlain ge or apnay seengon se marain ge. “ ap nay farmaya” in ka haq ya bhe hai kay pani kay ghat par in se doudh hasil kia jae or muhtaj ko pilaya jae. Naiz ap nay farmaya kay tum may se koi shaks bhe qayamat kay din bakri ko apni gardan par sawar kar kay na lae kay woh mumiyar rahe ho or woh shaks mujh se kahay: Ya Mohammad ﷺ maire sifarish kijeay or main kaho main tairay lia kisi bat ka ikhtiayar nahi rakhta, main to Allah ka hukum pohca chuka ho. Is tarha koi shaks ount ko apni gardan pay sawar kar kay na lae kay woh bilbila raha ho, woh sakhs mujh se kahay : Ya Mohammad ﷺ maire sifarish kijeay or main kah do kay main tairay liay kisi bat ka ikhtiyar nahi rakhta, main to Allah ka paigham pohcha chuka ho.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai, inho nay kaha: Rassol ﷺ nay farmaya “ Allah tala jisay mal-o-dolat se nawazay or woh us ki zakat adaa na karay to us ka yah mall qayamat kay din aik ganjay sanp ki shakal main laya jae ga jis kay dono jabron se zahraili jhag baah rahe hoge or woh touq ki tarha us ki gardan main para hoga or us ki dono banchain pakar kar kahay ga: main taira mal hon, main taira khazana ho”. Is kay mutaliq Rasool ﷺ nay mundarja zail ayat tilawat farmae (Jin logon ko Allah tala nay apnay fazal se nawaza or) phir woh bukhal se kam laitay hain woh is khayal main na rahain kay yah bakhaili un kay haq main ache hai, nahi balkay ya un kay haq main intihae bure hai. Jo kuch woh apni kanjoosi se jama kar rahay hain wahe qayamat kay roz un kay galay ka toq ban jae ga.

Bab # 4 Jis mall ki zakat ada kar di jae woh kanz nahi rahta:
Hazrat khali bin aslam se riwayat hai kay hum Hazrat Abdullah bin Umer r.a. kay hamra niklay to un se aik arabi nay daryaft kia kay irshad-e-bari tala hai “ jo log sonay or chandi ko jama kartay hain or usay Allah ki rah main kharch nahi kartay” ka kia matlab hai? Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar r.a. nay jawab dia: Jis nay maal jama kia or us ki zakat na ada ki, us kay lia halakat hai. Or ayat main mazkoora waeed zakat kay nazil honay se pahlay the, jab zakat ka hukum nazil hoa to Allah nay usay amwal ki pakizge ka zairya bana dia.

Hazrat Abu Saeed Khizri r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay kaha: Rasool Allah ﷺ nay farmaya: “Panch Ouqiya se kam chandi main zakat nahi hai or panch ounto se kam main zakat nahi hai, or panch wasq se kam (gallay) main zakat nahi hai.

Bab # 4 Jis mall ki zakat ada kar di jae woh kanz nahi rahta:
Hazarad ziad bin wahab se riwayat hai, unhon nay kaha: main rabza se guzra to wahan Hazrat Abuzar r.a. dikhae diay, main nay un se daryaft kia: ap yahan kiun agae han? Unho nay jawab dia: main sham main tha, maira or Hazrat Mawiya r.a. ka is ayat kareema kay mutaliq ikhtilaf hogaya “ Jo log sona or chandi jama kartay hain unhain Allah ki rah main kharch nahi kartay to aisay logon ko dird nak azab ki khabar do” Hazrat Mawiya r.a. ka kahna hai kay yah ayat ahle-ekitab kay mutaliq nazil hoe hai jabkay maira mauqif hay kay yah mazkkoora ayat hamaray or ahl-e-kitab dono kay mutaliq hai, Is ayat kay mutaliq ikhtilaf kay nateejay main hamaray darmiyan kuch talkhe paida to unho nay Hazrat Usman r.a. ko bazariya khat maire shikayat ki, Hazrat Usman r.a. nay mujhay khath likha kay tum madina chalay ao chunacha main madina chala aya to mairay han logon ka is qadar hujoom honay laga ko unho nay mujhay pahlay kabhe daikha hi na tha. Phir main Hazrat Usman r.a. se logon se kay hujoom ka zikar kia to unho nay farmaya: agar tum munasib khayal karo to madina se hat kar kisi dosri qarebi jaga alag qayam ikhtiyar kar lo. Bus yahe bat mujhay yaha (rabza) lay aie ha. Agar woh kisi habshe ko bhe maira ameer muqarar kar dain to main us ki bhe suno or ataa’at karo.

Bab # 4 Jis mall ki zakat ada kar di jae woh kanz nahi rahta:
Hazrat Ahnaf bin qais se riwayat hai, unho nay kaha: Main quresh ki aik jamat main baitha tha kay aik shaks para ganda balon, motay kapro or sada shakal o soorat main waha aya or kharay ho kar salam kia, phir kaha: maal jama karnay walon ko aisay garam pathar ki khuskhabri sunao jisay jahanum ki mati main tapaya jae ga, phir usay un ki chati par rakha jae ga, jo moundhay ki taraf se parr ho jae ga, phir usay kandhay kay pathaay par rakha jae ga to woh chati se par ho jae ga. Is tarha woh pathar barabar dhakalta rahay ga, is kay bad woh shaks wahan se chal dia or aik sutoon kay pas ja kar beth gaya. Main us kay pechay gaya or us kay qareeb beth gaya. Mujhay maloon nahi tha kay yah buzurg kon hain? Main nay un se arz kia: yah log to ap ki bat ko pasand nahi kartay, unho nay farmaya kay yah log to kuch nahi samjhtay.

Bab # 4 Jis mall ki zakat ada kar di jae woh kanz nahi rahta:
Abuzar r.a. nay kaha: Mairay Khalil ﷺ nay farmaya, mainay arz kia ap kay khalil kon hain? Unho nay kaha: Nabi ﷺ: “ Ay Abuzar! Uhd pahar ko daikhtay ho?” Abuzar r.a. nay kaha: Main nay sooraj ki taraf nazar ki kay kitna din baqe rah gaya hai- mainaay khayal kia kay Rasool ﷺ mujhay apni kisi zarorat kay lia bhaijna chahtay hain, main nay arz kia: Je han (Main Uhd pahar ko daikh raha ho) Aap nay farmaya: “Agar mairay pass Uhd kay barabar sona ho to main pasand karo ga kay teen dinar kay ilawa sab kharch kar do”. Yah log samjhtay nahi hain balkay dhara dhar dunia jama kar rahay hain. Allah ki qasam! Na to main in se dunia mangta hon or na in se deen kay mutaliq sawal hi karo ga yahan tak kay Allah tala se ja milon.

Bab # 5 Mall ko Allah ki rah main kharch karna:
Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay kaha: Main nay Nabi ﷺ ko yah farmatay hoay suna: Qabil-e-rashk to do hi admi hain: aik woh jisay Allah nay mal dia ho or usay haq kay rastay main kharch karnay ki tofeeq de ho or dosra woh jisay Allah tala nay elm-o-danish ki naimat se nawaza ho, or woh us kay sath faislay karta ha or us ki taleem daita hai”.

Bab # 8 Pak kamae se sadqa karna.
Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay kaha: Rasool ﷺ nay farmaya; “Jo shaks halal kamae se aik khajoor kay barabar bhe sada daita hai, or Allah Tala halal-o-pakeeza chezon hi ko qubool karta hai, Allah Tala is sadqay ko apnay daen hath main laita hai, phir usay dainay walay ki khatir barhata hai, jis tarha tum main se koi apnay ghoray kay bachay ko pall kar barhata hai, hatta kay woh khajoor pahar kay barabar hojate hai”.

Bab # 9 Sadqa Daina chaiye qabal is zamanay kay jab koi sadqa na lay ga.
Hazrat Haritha Bin Wahab r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay kaha: main nay Nabi ﷺ se suna hai, aap farma rahay thay “Logon sadqa karo kiun kay tum par aik waqt aie ga kay admi apna sadqa liay hoay phiray ga magar koi shaks aisa na milay ga jo usay qubool karay. Jisay dainay lagay ga woh jawab day ga; agar tu kal lata to main lay laita laikin aj to mujhay is ki koi zarorat nahi”.

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay kaha: Nabi ﷺ nay farmaya: “ Qayamat us waqt tak barpa nahi hoge jab tak tumharay pass mal-o-dolat ki is qadar farawani na ho jae kay woh bahnay lagay yahan tak kay maaldar ko yah cheez pareshan karday ge kay us kay sadqay kon qubool karay? Nobat yahan tak pohach jae ge kay aik aadmi dosray ko mall paish karay ga to woh jawab day ga: Mujhay is ki zarorat nahi”.

Hazrat Adi bin Hathim r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay farmaya: Main Rasool ﷺ kay pass mojood tha, is doran main do admi aie, aik nay gurbat-o-tangdasti ka shikwa kia or dosray nay chori or daka zani ki shikayat ki to Rasool ﷺ nay farmaya: “Rastay ki bad amni kay mutaliq to thori muddat guzray ki kay Makka tak aik qafla bagair kisi muhafiz kay jae ga, baqe rahe tang dasti to qayamat us waqt tak qaem nahi hoge yahan tak kay tum main se aik apna sadqa lay kar phiray ga magar usay qubool karnay wala nahi milay ga, phir qayamat kay din tum main se har aik shakhs Allah kay samnay khara hoga jabkay us kay or Allah kay darmiyan koi parda hael nahi hoga or na koi tarjuman hi hoga jo us ki guftugo naqal karay, bila shuba phir Allah us se farmae ga: Kia mainay tujhay mall na dia tha? Woh arz karay ga: kiun nahi! Phir Allah farmae ga: kia mainay tairay pass aik azeem paigambar nahi bhaija tha? Woh arz karay ga: Kiun nahi! Phir woh apni daen taraf daikhay ga to aag ki ilawa usay wahan koi cheez nazar nahi aie ge or apni baen taraf nazar dalay ga to udhar bhe siwae aag kay kuch nahi hoga, lihaza tum main se har shakhs ko har mumkin aag se bachna chaiye agar chay khajoor ka tukra hi day, agar yah bhe mumkin na ho to ache bat hi kah day (Kiun kay yah bhe sadqa hai)”.

Hazrat Abu Musa r.a. se riwayat hai, woh Nabi ﷺ se biyan kartay hain kay aap nay farmaya: “ Logon par aisa waqt zaroor aie ga kay admi sadqay ka sona lay kar phiray ga or woh kisi shakhs ko na pae ga jo qubool karay. Or insan ya manzar bhe daikhay ga kay mardon ki qillat or aurton ki kasrat ki waja se chalees aurtain us kay han pana guzeen hon ge”.

Bab # 10 Aag se bacho agar chay khajoor ka tukra or thora sa sadqa hi q na ho.

Hazrat Abu Masood r.a. se riwayat hai kay jab sadqa karnay ki ayat nazil hoe to hum bojh utha kar mazdori kartay thay. Aik shakhs aya or us nay bohat sa sadqa dia to logon nay kaha: yah to riya kar hai, phir aik dosra shakhs aya or us nay aik sa’a sadqa diya to kahnay lagay kay Allah Tala Sa’a kay sadqay se beniyaz hai, is par yah ayat nazil hoe: “ woh log jo ahl-e-eman par tana zani kartay hain jo khushe se ziada sadqa daita hain or un se bhe mazaq kartay hain jo mehnat se kama kar latay hain (yah munafiq un ka mazaq uratay hain, Allah Tala inhain mazaq ka badla day ga or un kay lia alamnak azab hoga).”

Hazrat Abu Masood Ansari r.a. hi se riwayat hai, unho nay farmaya: Jab Rasool ﷺ hamain sadqay ka hukum daitay to hum main se koi bazar jata or bojh utha kar mazdori karta, ujrat main jo aik mad milta usay sadqa kar daita magar aj yah halat hai kay baaz unhe logon kay pass aik lakh dirham mojood hai.

Hazrat Adi bin Hatim r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay kaha: main nay Nabi ﷺ ko yah farmatay hoay suna: “ Jahanum ki aag se bacho agarchay tumhay khajoor ka aik tukra hi sadqa karna paray.”

Hazrat Aisha r.a. se riwayat hai, Unho nay farmaya: aik aurat sawal karte hoe aie jis kay sath us ki do betian bhe then, us waqt mairay pass aik khajoor kay siwa kuch na tha, mainay wahe khajoor usay day di, us nay usay apni dono betion kay darmiyan taqseem kardia or khud us main se kuch na khaya, phir jab woh chale gae or Nabi ﷺ tashreef lae to mainay aap se is ka tazkara kia jis par Nabi ﷺ nay farmaya: “Jo Shakhs apni betioun ki waja se takleef main mubtila hoa us kay lia yah larkian aag se parda ban jaen ge”.

Bab # 11 Tandurust or Hareesh kay Sadqay ki Fazeelat.

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai, Unho nay farmaya: aik shakhs Nabi ﷺ kay pass aya or arz karnay laga: Allah kay Rasool! kon sa sadqa ajro sawab main sab se behter hai? App ﷺ nay farmaya? “woh sadqa jo tandrusti ki halat main ho jab kay tujh pay maal kay hars ka bhe galba ho, tujhay nadari ka andaisha bhe ho or tongari(dolat) ki khwahish bhe. Us waqt ka intizar na kar jab dam halaq main ajae to us waqt wasiyat karay kay falan ko itna day do or falan ko itna likh do, halankay ab to woh az khud hi falan (or falan) ka ho chuka hoga.

Hazrat Aisha r.a. se riwayat hai kay Nabi ﷺ ki kuch biwiun nay aap se arz kia: wafat kay baad hum main se kon sab se pahlay ap ko milay ge? Aap ﷺ nay farmaya: “ Jis ka hath tum sab main lamba hai.” Chunacha unho nay charii lay kar apnay hath napna shuro kardiay to Hazrat Souda r.a. ka hath sab se bara nikla (magar sab se pahlay Hazrat Zainab bint-e-Hajash r.a. ki wafat hoe). Tab hum logo nay samjh lia kay hath ki lambae se murad khairat karna tha, Chunacha (Hazrat zainab r.a. ) hum se pahlay Rasool ﷺ se ja milin. Unhain sadqa dainay ka bohat shoq tha.

Bab # 14 Agar Nadanista tor par maaldar ko sadqa day dia jae.

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai kay Rasool ﷺ nay farmaya: “Aik shakhs nay tah kia kay aj main sadqa do ga, jab woh sadqa lay kar nikla to us nay la ilmi main aik chor kay hath main rakh dia, Subha kay waqt logon mian chay magoiyan honay lagen kay aik choor ko sadqa day dia gaya hai. Us shakhs nay kaha: Aye mairay mabood! Tareef sirf tairay lia hai, acha main aaj phir sadqa do ga, Chunacha woh apna sadqa lay kar nikla to ab (na danista tor par) aik zaniya ko day dia, subha kay waqt log phir batain karnay lagay kay guzashta rat aik zaniya ko khairat de gae jis par us shakhs nay kaha: Aye mairay mabood! sab tareefain tairay hi liay hain, maira sadqa to zaniya kay hath lag gaya, acha main kuch or sadqa do ga, chunacha woh phir se sadqa lay kar nikla to is dafa (anjanay main) aik maaldar kay hath main rakh dia, subha kay waqt logon main charcha hoa kay aik ameer admi ko sadqa day dia gaya hai. us shakhs nay kaha: Aye mairay mabood! Tareef sirf tairay lia hai, maira sadqa aik martaba chor ko mila, phir aik badkar aurat ko, is kay bad aik maadar shakhs ko, (Aakhir yah majra kia hai?) chunacha usay (khwab main ) aik shakhs mila, us nay bataya kay tumhara (sadqa qubool hogaya) jo sadqa chor ko milta to mumkin hai woh chori se baz ajae, is tarha zaniya ko jo sadqa mila to shayad woh zana se ruk jae or jo sadqa maaldar ko mila to mumkin hai kay woh ebrat hasil karay or jo Allah nay usay dia us main se kharch karay.”

Bab # 15 Apnay betay ko la’shaouri tor pay sadqa daina.

Hazrat Ma’an bin yazeed r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay farmaya: main, mairay bap or mairay dada nay Rasool ﷺ se bait ki the, phir ap hi nay maire mangni or nikkah bhe karaya, aik din main ap kay pass yah muqadma lay kar gaya kay mairay bap yazeed r.a. nay khairat ki kuch asharafian nikal kar masjid main aikh shakhs kay pass rakh din (takay woh unhain taqseem karay) chunacha main gaya or woh asharfiyan us se lay kar apnay ghar chala aya. Mairay walid ko pata chala to unho nay kaha: Allah ki qasam main nay tujhay dainay ka irada nahi kia tha. Bila akhir main yah muqadma Rasool ﷺ kay pass lay kar aya to aap nay farmaya: “Yazeed ! tumhare niyat pouri hogae. Aye Ma’an jo tum nay lia woh tumhara hai”.

Bab # 16 Dayen Hath se sadqa karna.

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai, woh Nabi ﷺ se biyan kartay hain kay aap nay farmaya: “Saat qism kay logon ko Allah Tala apnay saye main jaga day ga jis roz us kay saye kay ilawa or koi saya na hoga: Insaaf karnay wala hukumran, woh naujawan jo Allah ki ebadat main parwan charhay, woh shakhs jis ka dil masjidon main tika rahta ho, woh do shakhs jo Allah kay lia dosti karain, jama hon to us k lia, juda hon to us k lia, woh shakhs jisay koi khuburo or hasb-o-nasb wali aurat burae ki dawat day or woh kah day kay main Allah se darta hon, woh shakhs jo is qadar posheeda sadqa karay day kay us kay baayen hath ko bhe pata na ho kay daayen hath se kia kharch karta hai, satwan woh shakhs jo khalwat main Allah ko yad karay to besakhta us ki ankhon se ansoun chalak parain.”

Hazrat Harisa bin wahab khazaye r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay kaha: mainay Nabi ﷺ ko yah kahtay suna: “ Sadqa o khairat kia karo, anqareeb tum pay aik waqt anay wala hai kay admi apna sadqa uthae phiray ga, doosra admi kahay ga: agar tu ghushasta kal mairay pass lay ata to main tujh se yah sadqa qubol kar laita laikin aj mujhay to is ki zarorat nahi hai.

Bab # 17 Jo shakhs khud apnay hath se sadqa dainay kay bajae apnay kisi khidmat guzar ko us ka hukum day.

Hazrat AIsha r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay kaha: Nabi ﷺ nay farmaya: “ Jab ko aurat apnay ghar ki ashyae khurd-o-nosh se khairat karay or us ki niyat ghar ko ujarnay ki na ho to us ko khairat karnay ka sawab hoga, us kay shohar ko kamae karnay ka ajar milay ga or khazanche ka bhe yahe hukum hai, In main se koi bhe dosray kay sawab main kami ka baes nahi hoga.

Bab # 18 Sadqa wahe hai jis kay bad bhe admi gani rahay.

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai. woh Nabi ﷺ se biyan kartay hain kay ap nay farmaya: “behter sadqa woh hai jisay karnay kay bad maal dare qaem rahay or un logon se sadqay ki ibtida karo jin ki ayal dare kartay ho.”

Hazrat Hakeem bin Hizam r.a. se riwayat hai. Woh Nabi ﷺ se biyan kartay hain kay aap nay farmaya: “ Uper wala hath nechay walay hath se behter se or sadqay ki ibtida un logon se kar jin ki to ayad dare karta hai. or behter sadqa woh hai jis kay bad maal dare qaem rahay. or jo koe logon se sawala karnay se parhaiz karna chahay Allah Tala usay bachata hai, naiz jo logon se beniyaz hona chahay Allah usay beniyaz kar daita hai.

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umer r.a. se riwayat hai kay Rasool ﷺ nay farmaya jabkay ap mimber par tashreef farma thay or ap nay sadqa karnay, sawal se ijtinab karnay or dastay sawal phailanay ki zikar kia (is doran main ap nay farmaya): “ Uper wala hath nechay walay hath se behter hai, Uper wala hath kharch karnay wala or nechay wala hath sawal karnay wala hai.”

Hazrat Uqba bin Haris r.a. se riwayat hai, Unho nay kaha, Nabi ﷺ nay hamain namaz e asar parhae, us kay bad jald hi ghar tashreef lay aie, abhe kuch hi dair tahray thay kay bahar tashreef lae, us par mainay ya kisi or nay daryaft kia to farmaya: “Main ghar main sadqay kay maal se na khalish sonay ka aik tukra chor aya tha, mujhay yah bat pasand na the kay us ki taqseem kiay bagair rat basar karo, islia mainay usay taqseem kar dia hai.

Bab # 21 Sadqa dainay par amada karna or us kay mutaliq sifarish karna.

Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay farmaya: Nabi ﷺ eid kay din bahar tashreef lae, do rakaat namaz parhae jabkay us kay pahlay or bad koi namaz na parhe, phir ap nay aurton ki taraf tawaja farmae, Hazrat bilal r.a. ap kay hamra thay, chunacha ap nay aurton ko waaz o naseehat farmae or unhain sadqa dainay ka hukum diya to aurton nay apnay kangan or balian (Hazrat bila r.a. kay kapray main) dalni shuro kardi.

Hazrat Abu Moosa Ashari r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay kaha: Rasool ﷺ kay pass jab koi sael ata ya ap se koi hajat talab ki jate to farmatay: “Tum shifarish kardia karo is se tumhay sawab milay ga or Allah Tala apnay Nabi ﷺ ki zaban par jo chahta hai faisla kardaita hai”

Hazrat Asma r.a. se riwayat hai unho nay kaha: Nabi Kareem ﷺ nay mujh se farmaya: “Sadqa or khairat ko mat roko wagarna tum par bandish kar di jae ge”. 
Aik riwayat main hai kay aap nay farmaya: “Sadqa dainay k lia gin gin kar mat rakho wagarna Allah bhe tumhay gin gin kar hi day ga”.

Bab # 22 Hasb-e-istitaa’at sadqa daina.

Hazrat Asma bint-e-abi bakar r.a. se riwayat hai kay who aik dafa Nabi ﷺ kay pass hazir hoen to aap nay farmaya: “Apnay maal ko saint saint kar mat rakho warna Allah apni rahmat tum se rok lay ga or jis qadar mumkin ho kharch karte raho”.

Bab # 23 Sadqa gunaho ko mita daita hai.

Hazrat Huzaifa r.a. se riwayat hai, Unho nay kaha kay Umer r.a. nay aik dafa farmaya: Tum main se kon hai jisay fitnay kay mutaliq Rasool ﷺ ki koi hadess yad ho? Main nay kaha: Jaisay Rasool ﷺ nay farmaya tha mujhay ushe tarha yad hai. Hazrat Umer Farooq r.a. nay farmaya: Han! tumhare jurrat is baray main qablay daad hai, batao! App nay kaisay farmaya tha? main nay kaha: Aadmi ka fitna apnay ahl-o-ayal, Aulad or hamsaye kay mutaliq hota hai, Namaz, sadqa or bhali bat naiz acha kaam us kay lia kaffara hai, Rawiye Hadees salman nay kaha: woh youn farmatay thay kay Namaz, sadqa, Achay kamo ka hukum daina or buray kamo se rokna ya sab us ka kafara ban jaen gay. Hazrat Umar r.a. nay farmaya: maira sawal is kay mutaliq nahi balkay main to us fitnay kay mutaliq pochna chahta ho jo samandar ki lahron ki tarha mojzan hoga. Main nay kaha: Aye Ameer-ul-momineen! Aap is kay mutaliq koi fikar na karay kiun kay aap kay or is kay darmiyan aik bund shuda darwaza hai, App nay farmaya woh darwaza tora jae ga ya khola jae ga? Mainay arz kia: Nahi! balkay woh darwaza tora jae ga. Hazrat Umer r.a. nay farmaya: Jab woh tora gaya to phir kabhe bund nahi hoga. Hazrat Huzaifa r.a. nay arz kia: Han! Maamla kuch aisa hi hai, Rawiye hadees kahtay hain kay hum darwazay kay mutaliq sawal karnay se daray, is lia hum nay massrooq se kaha tum Hazrat Huzaifa r.a. se us darwazay kay mutaliq daryaft karo, chunacha Hazrat Masrooq nay Hazrat Huzaifa r.a. se pocha to unho nay farmaya: Woh darwaza khud Hazrat Umer Farooq r.a. hain, hum nay arz kia: kia Umer Farooq jantay thay kay ap ki muraad kia hai? Unho nay farmaya: Han jaisay anay walay kal se pahlay raat ka hona yaqeeni hai, Yah is liay kay mainay Hazrat Umer Farooq r.a. ko aik aise hadees biyan ki hai jo pahaile ya chaistan nahi hai.

Bab # 24 Jo shakhs halat e shirk sadaqa karay phir musalman ho jae.

Hazrat Hakeem bin Hizam r.a. se riwayat hai, woh kahtay hain kay main nay arz kia: Allah kay Rasool! main zamana-e-jahiliyat main ebadat ki niyat se jo sadqa daita tha ya ghulam azad karta or sulah rahmi karta tha kia un ka mujhay koi ajar milay ga? Nabi ﷺ nay farmaya: “Tum in naikiun kay sath islam lae ho”.

Bab # 25 Khadim jab Bakhume Aaaqa sadqa karay to is ka sawab bashartia us ki niyat bigar ki na ho.

Hazrat Aisha r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay kaha: Rasool ﷺ nay farmaya: “Jab biwi apnay khawand ki ashyae khurd-o-nosh se sadqa karay bashartia kay ghar tabah karnay ki niyat na ho to usay sadqa karnay ka sawab or us kay shohat ko kamae karnay ka ajar milay ga or khazin ko bhe ishe tarha sawab milay ga”

Hazrat Abu Moosa Ashari r.a. se riwayat hai, woh Nabi ﷺ se biyan kartay hain kay ap nay farmaya: “Woh musalman khazanchi jo amant dar ho or khushi se bila kam-o-dast apnay aaqa ka hukum nafiz karday or cheez ji aadmi ko dainay ka hukum dia gaya hai us kay hawalay karday to woh bhe khairat karnay walon main se aik hoga. Kabhe ap (Yanfiz) kay bajae (Yaa’tee) ka lafz karmatay, yahni cheez day day (jis admi ko dainay ka hukum dia gaya hai usay)”.

Bab # 26 Aurat ka Sawab jabkay woh apnay shohar kay maal se sadqa karay ya us kay ghar se khana khilae bashartiya tabahe ki niyat na ho.

Hazrat Aisha r.a. se riwayat hai, woh Nabi ﷺ se biyan karte hain: “Jab aurat apnay shohar kay ghar se sadqa karay (to usay sawab milta hai)”.

Hazrat Aisha r.a. hi se riwayat hai, unho nay kaha kay Nabi ﷺ nay farmaya: “Jab aurat apnay shohar kay ghar se khana khilae jabkay woh ghar ki tabahi ka irada na rakhte ho to usay ajar milay ga, Us kay shohar ko bhe utna hi ajar milay ga or khazin ko bhe sawab milay ga, mard ko kamae karnay ka or aurat ko kharch karnay ki waja se ajar dia jae ga”.

Bab # 28 Sadqa dainay walay or bakheel ki misal.

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai, Unho nay kaha: Nabi ﷺ nay farmaya: “Sadqa karnay walay or bakheel ki misal. Dosri riwayat kay mutabiq kanjoos or sakhe ki misal. un do insano ki tarha hai jo seenay se gardan tak lohay ka libas pehnay hoay hai, Jab sakhe kharch karna chahta hai to woh libas khul jata hai ya us kay jism par kushada ho jata hai, Or bakheel jab kharch karna chahta hai to us kay libas ki har kari apni jaga pay jam jate hai, woh har chand usay kholna chahta hai magar woh kushada nahi hota.” Hasan bin Muslim nay Jubbatain ka lafz Hazrat Taoos se biyan karnay main ibn-e-taoos ki mutabiat ki hai.

Bab # 30 Har musalman kay zimmay khairat karna wajib hai agar mayasar na ho to bhali bat ko amal main lana hi khairat hai.

Hazrat Abu Moosa r.a. se riwayat hai, Woh Nabi ﷺ se biyan kartay hain kay ap nay farmaya: “Har musalman kay lia khairat karna zarori hai.” logon nay arz kia: Allah kay Nabi! agar kisi ko mayasar na ho (to kia karay?) Aap nay farmaya: “Woh apnay hath se mehnat karkay khud bhe faida uthae or khairat bhe karay.” Logon nay phir arz kia: Agar us ki bhe taqat na ho (to kia karay?) Aap nay farmaya: woh kisi zarorat mand or sitam zada ki fayad rase karay.”Logon nay phir arz kia: Agar is ki taqat na ho (to kia karay) Aap nay farmaya: “Ache bat par amal karay or bure bat se baaz rahay to us kay lia yahe sadqa hai.”

Bab # 31 Zakat ya sadqay se (Kisi zarorat mand ko) kis qadar daina chaiye or jis nay poori bakri kisi ko sadqa di (to us ka kia hukum hai?)

Hazrat Umm-e-Atiya r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay farmaya: Nasiba ansariya kay pass sadqay ki aik bakri bhaije gae, unho nay is main se kuch gosht Hazrat Aisha r.a. kay han bhaij dia, Nabi ﷺ (ghar tashreef lae to aap) nay poocha: “Tumharay pass kuch hai?” Hazrat Aisha r.a. nay arz kia: Us bakri ka gosht hai jo nasiba nay bhaija hai, us kay ilawa kuch nahi, Aap nay farmaya: “Usay hi lay ao kiunkay apnay maqam par pohach chuki hai.”

Bab # 32 Chandi se zakat ka biyan.

Hazrat Abu Saeed khizri r.a. se riwayat hai, Unho nay kaha: Rasool ﷺ nay farmaya: “Panch ounton se kam main zakat nahi, Panch Oouqiya Chandi se kam main zakat nahi or Panch wasaq gallay se kam mian zakat nahi”

Bab # 33 Zakat main Saman-o-Asbab ka laina daina.

Hazrat Taoos kahtay hain: Hazrat Muaaz bin jabal r.a. nay ahl-e-yaman se farmaya: “Tum mairay pass jou or makae kay bajae chadar or libas ki soorat main samanay zakat lay ao kiun kay is main tumharay lia asani or madina munawara main Rasool ﷺ kay sahaba kiram r.a. kay lia bahtre hai. Nabi ﷺ nay (Hazrat Khali bin waleed r.a. kay mutaliq) farmaya: “Khalid nay apni zirhain or apnay hathyar Allah ki rah main waqf kar rakhay hain.” Naiz Nabi ﷺ nay (Eid kay mauqay par aurton se) farmaya tha: “Sadqa do agarchay ziwarat hi se kiun na ho.” Aap nay saman wagera kay sadqay ka istasna nahi farmaya, Chunacha aurtain apni balian or haar dainay lagen. Algarz aap nay saman wagera se sonay or chandi ko khass nahi kia, Har cheez se zakat di ja sakte hai.

Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai kay Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a. nay unhain zakat kay woh ahkam likh kar diay jo Allah Tala nay apnay Rasool ﷺ par nazil farmae thay, (Un main yah bhe tha) kay “Jis kisi par sadqay main aik baras ki ountne farz ho or who us kay pass na ho or us kay pass do baras ki ountni ho to us main wahe qubool karli jae or sadqa wasool karnay wala bees darham ya do bakriyan usay wapis day. or agar aik sala ountni zakat main matloob ho or us kay pass na ho balkay us kay pass do sal ka nar ount ho to wahe qubool kar lia jae magar is soorat main usay koi cheez wapis na ki jae.”

Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay farmaya: Main Rasool ﷺ kay mutaliq gawahi daita hon kay yaqeenan aap nay khutbae Eid se pahlay namaz-e-eid parhe or ap ko khayal hoa kay aourton ko waaz nahi suna saka hoon, islia aap aurton kay pass tashreef lae or aap kay hamra Hazrat Bilal r.a. apna kapra phailae hoay thay, Chunacha aap nay aurton ko waaz farmaya or unhain sadqa karnay ka hukum dia to aurtain (apnay har wagera) dalnay lagen. Yah hadees biyan kartay waqt ayoub rawi nay apnay kaan or galay ki taraf ishara kia, Yani balian or haar batoor sadqa dainay lagen.

Bab # 34 (Sadqay se bachnay k lia) mutafariq ko yakja or yakja ko mutafariq na kia jae.

Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai kay Hazrat Abu bakar r.a. nay unhain zakat kay ahkam likh kar diay jo Rasool Allah ﷺ nay muqarar farmae thay: (In main se aik yah tha) “sadqay kay khof se mutafariq maal ko yakja or yakja ko mutafariq na kia jae.”

Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai kay Hazrat Abu bakar r.a. nay un k lia woh ahkam-e-zakat likh kar diay jo Rasool ﷺ nay muqarar farmae thay, (In main se aik yah tha kay) “Jo maal do sharekon ka ikhata ho to woh zakat ki raqam baqadr-e-hissa barabar barabar ada karain.

Bab # 36 Ounton ki zakat.

Hazrat Abu Saeed Khizri r.a. se riwayat hai kay aik daihati nay Rasool ﷺ se hijrat kay mutaliq daryaft kia to Aap ﷺ nay farmaya: “Tairay liay kharabi ho, Hijrat ka maamla bara sakht hai, kia tairay pass kuch ount hain jin ki to zakat ada karta hai?”. Us nay arz kia: G Han! Aap nay farmaya: “Phir tu daryaoun kay is par amal karta rah, beshak Allah Tala tairay aa’maal se Kisi chez ko zaya nahi karay ga.

Bab # 37 Jis kay maal main aik sala outni sadqa parte ho laikin us kay pass na ho.

Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai kay Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a. nay unhain woh faraez-e-zakat likh kar diay jin ka Allah Tala nay apnay Rasool ﷺ ko hukum dia tha (Woh ahkam yah thay) “Jis kay ount is taadad ko pohach jaen kay un ki zakat char sala ount ka bacha ho jabkay us kay pass char sala bacha na ho balkay teen sala ho to is se teen sala bacha lay lia jae or us kay sath do bakrian bhe lay li jaen ge bashartiya asani se mayasar hon, basoorat-e-degar bees darham wasool karliay jaen. or jis kay zimmay teen sala bacha ho laikin us kay pass teen salah kay bajae char sala ho to us se char sala wasool karlia jae or sadqa wasool karnay wala usay bees darham ya do bakrian wapis karday. Or agar zakat main teen sala bacha farz ho or us kay pass teen sala kay baja do sala maada bacha ho to wahe wasool karlia jae or woh (maal ka malik) mazeed us kay sath bees darham ya do bakrian day. Or agar zakat main do sala maada bacha wajib ho or us kay pass teen sala mojood ho to sadqa wasool karnay wala wahe lay kar bees dirham ya do bakrian (Malik ko) wapis kar day. Agar zakat main do sala bacha wajib ho or us kay

pass do sala kay bajae aik sala mada bacha ho to wahe qubool kar lia jae laikin woh (Malik maal) us kay hamra bess darham ya do 
bakrian mazeed day.”

Bab # 38 Bakrioun Ki zakat.

Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai kay Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddique r.a. nay jab unhain (zakat wasool karnay k lia) bahrain ki janib rawana kia to yah dastaweez likh kar di the;

Shuro Allah kay naam se jo bara meharban nihayat raham karnay wala hai, Yah ahkam-e-sadqa hain jo Rasool ﷺ nay musalmano kay lia muqarar farmae hain or jin kay mutaliq Allah Tala nay apnay Rasool ﷺ ko hukum dia hai, laihaza jis musalman se is tahreer kay mutabiq zakat ka mutalba kia jae woh usay ada karay or jis se ziada ka mutalba kia jae woh izafa ada na karay. (Is ki tafseel baen tor hai kay) “Chobees ount ya us se kam ki taadad par har panch main aik bakri farz hai, Pachees se painthalees tak aik sala mada ountni (Binte-e-Makhadd), Chatees se paintalees tak do sala mada ountni (Haqa) jo qabil jafte ho. Iksath se pichatar tak char sala mada outni (Jiz’aa), Chaiyatar se naway tak do adad do sala mada ountian (Bint-e-labon), Ikyanway se aik so bees tak do adad teen sala mada ountinian (Haqa) jo jafte kay qabil hon, agar is se ziada hon to har chalees par do sala ountni (Bint-e-Laboon) or har pachas pay teen sala ountni (Haqa) hay. or jis kay pass sirf char ount ho to in par zakat farz nahi, Albata agar in ka malik chahay to zaat day sakta hai, Agar panc ount ho to in per aik bakri wajib hai. Bakriun ki zakat kay mutaliq yah zabta hai kay jangal main charnay wali bakrian jab chalees ho jaen to aik so bees tak aik bakri daina hoge, Aik so ikees se do so tak do bakaraian or do so se teen so tak teen bakarian dina zaroori hai, Agar bakaria teen so se ziada hon to har soo main aik bakri daina ho ge or agar chalees se kam ho to zakat nahi. Han! Malik daina chahay to us ki marzi hai. Chandi main zakat chaleeswan hissa hai. bashartiya doo so darham hon, agar aik so darham hain to us par kuch zakat nahi, han agar malik daina chahay to day sakta hai.

Bab # 39 Zakat main bourhe ya aib dar ya nar janwar na dia jae, han agar wasool karnay wala chahay.

Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hay kay Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a. nay unhain aik tahreer likh kar di jis ka Allah Tala nay apnay Rasool ﷺ ko hukum dia tha kay “Zakat main boorhe bakri or aib dar janwar na nikala jae or na bakra hi dia jae, Han! agar sadqa wasool karnay wala chahay to lay sakta hai.”

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay kaha: Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a. nay farmaya: “Allah ki qasam! Agar Manieen-e-zakat mujh se bakri ka bacha bhe rokain gay jo who Rasool ﷺ ko ada kartay thay to us kay roknay par main in se jang karo ga.

Bab # 41 Zakat main logon ka umda maal na lia jae.

Hazrat Ibn-e-Abass r.a. se riwayat hai kay Rasool ﷺ nay jab Muaz r.a. ko yamen ka hakim bana kar rawana kia to farmaya: “Tum Ahl-e-Kitab kay pass ja rahay ho, Sab se pahlay tum nay unhain Allah Wahda ki ebadat ki dawat daine hai, jab who is bat se aashna ho jaen to unhain batana kay Allah Tala nay in din rat main panch namazain farz ki hain, Jab woh in per amal karnay lagain to unhain mutala karo kay Allah Tala nay in par in kay amwal main zakat farz ki hai jo in se wasool kar kay in kay gurba par taqseem ke jae ge, jab woh is ki ataa’at par amada ho jaen to in se zakat wasool karo, is silsilay main in se umda mal lainay se ijtinab karo.

Hazrat Abuzar r.a. se riwayat hai, Unho nay kaha: main Rasool ﷺ kay pass gaya to aap nay farmaya: “Mujhay us zaat ki qasam jis kay ilawa koi ebadat kay laeq nahi!” ya us jaise koi qasam uthae, phir farmaya: “Jis shakhs kay pass ount, gae or bakrian ho or un ka haq ada na karay to qayamat kay din in janwaron ko bara mota taza kar kay laya jae ga, woh usay apnay pao se roundain gay or apnay sengon se marain gay, jab in se akhre janwar guzar jae ga to phir pahlay ko lauta dia jae ga yahan tak kay logon kay darmiyan faisla ho jae”

Bab # 44 Rishtay daron ko zakat daina.

Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay farmaya: Hazrat Abu Talha r.a. madinay main tamam ansar se ziada maaldar or khajooroon kay baghat rakhnay walay thay, unhay sab se ziada bairha nami bagh tha jo masjid-e-nabwi kay samnay waqay tha,wahan Rasool ﷺ tashreef lay jatay or us ka khush gawar pani nosh farmatay, Hazrat Anas r.a. farmatay hain kay jab yah ayat nazil hoe: “Tum naiki nahi hasil kar saktay jab tak apni pasandeeda chezon main se kharch na karo” to Hazrat Abu Talha r.a. nay Rasool ﷺ kay samnay kharay ho kar arz kia: Allah kay rasool! Allah Tala farmatay hain: “Tum naiki hasil nahi kar saktay jab tak apni pasan deeda chezain Allah ki rah main kharch na karo.” or maira sab se mahboob mal bairha hai, laihaza woh aaj se Allah ki rah main waqf hai or main Allah kay han us kay sawab or akhirat main us kay zakhiray honay ka umeed war hon. Allah kay Rasool! Aap isay Allah kay hukum kay mutabiq musraf main lay aien, Hazrat Anas r.a. ka biyan hai kay Rasool ﷺ nay farmaya: “Bohat khoob! Yah to bohat nafa bakhs saman hai, yah to waqae nafa bakhs maal hai, or jo kuch tum nay kaha mainay sun lia or maira mashwara hai kay tum usay apnay rishtaydaron man taqseem kardo.”Hazrat Abu Talha r.a. nay arz kia: Allah kay Rasool! main ap kay hukum ki tameel karo ga,

Hazrat Abu Saeed Khizri r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay farmaya: Rasool ﷺ Eid ul Azha ya Eid ul Fitr kay din Eid gah tashreef lay gae, jab namaz se farig hoay to logon se waaz o nasehat ki or unhain sadqa karnay ka hukum di, farmaya: “logon! sadqa kia karo.” Phir aurton kay pass gae or farmaya: “Aye aurton ki jamat! sadqa karo, main nay tumhay bakasrat jahanum main daikha hai.” unho nay arz kia: Allah kay Rasool aisa kiun hai?: Aap nay farmaya: Tum Laan Taan bohat karte ho or apnay shoharon ki nafarmane karte ho, Aye Aurton! mainay aqal o deen main tum se ziada naqis kisi ko nahi daikha jo baray zeerak-o-dana ki aqal ko mudmahal karday.” Phir aap wapis hoay, jab ghar tashreef lae to Ibn-e-Masood r.a. ki biwi Zainab r.a. aien or aap nay arz kia gaya: Allah kay Rasool! Zainab aie hain. Aap nay farmaya: “Kon si Zainab?” Arz kia gaya: Ibn-e-Masood r.a. ki biwi. Aap nay farmaya: “Acha! unhain ijazat day do.” Chunacha ijazat di gae, us nay arz kia: Allah kay Nabi! Aap nay aaj sadqa dainay ka hukum dia hai or mairay pass kuch zaiwar hai. Main Chahte ho kay usay khairat kar do magar Ibn-e-Masood r.a. ka khayal hai kay woh or us kay bachay ziada mustahiq hain kay unhain sadqa don, tab Nabi ﷺ nay farmaya: “Ibn-e-Masood nay sahe kaha hai, Tumharay khandan or tumharay bachay is kay ziada haqdar hain kay tum un ko sadqa do.”

Hazrat Abu Saeed Khizri r.a. se riwayat hai, Unho nay farmaya kay Nabi ﷺ aik din mimber par ronaq afroz hoay, Jab han log aap kay gird beth gae to aap nay farmaya: “Main apnay baad tumharay haq main dunia ki shadabi or zaibaish ka andaisha rakhta ho jis ka darwaza tumharay liay khol dia jae ga. “Is per aik shakhs nay arz kia: Allah kay Rasool! kia ache chez bhe burae paida karay ge, Aap khamosh hogae, Us shakhs se kaha gaya: kia bat hai kay tu lab kushae kiay ja raha hai jabkay Rasool ﷺ guftugo nahi farmatay, Us kay baad hum nay daikha kay aap par wahe ka nuzool horaha hai, Rawi kahtay hain kay phir aap nay chehray mubarak se paseena saaf kia or farmaya: “sael Kahan hai?”. Goya ap nay uski tahseen farmae, phir farmaya: “Darasal bat yah hai kay ache cheez to burae paida nahi karte laikin fasle rabee (khiza ka mausam) aise ghass paida karte hai jo janwar ko maar dalte hai ya beemar kar daite hai magar is sabza khor janwar ko jo is hadd tak khae kay us ki dono kookh bhar jaen, phir woh dhoop main a kar lait jae or paishab karay phir charnay lagay, bila shuba yah maal bhe sar sabz-o-sheereen hai or musalman ka behtreen sathe hai jabkay isay miskeen, yateen or musafir ko dia jae,” ya istarha ki koi or bat irshad farma, mazeed farmaya: “jo shakhs is maal ko nahaq lay ga woh us shakhs ki tarha hoga jo khata jae magar sair na ho, aisa maal qayamat kay din us kay khilaf gawahe day ga.

Bab # 48 Shohar or zair-e-parwrish yateemon ko zakat daina.

Hazrat Zainab Zojae Abdullah Bin Masood r.a. se riwayat hai, Unho nay kaha: Main masjid main tha kay Nabi ﷺ ko yah kahtay hoay daikha, Aap nay farmaya: “Aurton! tum sadqa karo agarchay ziwarat hi se kiun na ho.” Hazrat Zainab r.a. apnay shohar Abdullah Bin Masood r.a. or un kay yateem bachon par kharch karte then jo un ki parwarish main thay. Unho nay apnay shohar Abdullah Bin Masood r.a. se kaha kay aap Rasool ﷺ se daryaft karain aaya mairay lia kafi hai kay main tum par or in yateem bacho par kharch karo jo maire parwrish main hain, yaane in par sadqa karo? Hazrat Abdullah Bin Masood r.a. nay farmaya: Tum khud hi Rasool ﷺ se is kay mutaliq daryaft kar lo, Chunacha main Nabi ﷺ kay pass gae or aap kay darwazay pay aik ansariya aurat ko paya, Uski hajat bhe maire hajat jaise the, itnay main hamaray pass se Hazrat Bilal r.a. guzray to hum nay kaha kay Nabi ﷺ se daryaft karo, aya mairay liay yah kafi hai kay main apnay shohar or in yateem bacho par kharch karo jo maire parwarish main hain? or hum nay yah bhe kaha kay aap se hamara ziker na karna. Hazrat Bilal r.a. andar gae or aap se pocha to aap nay farmaya “Woh aurtain kon hain?” Bilal r.a. nay arz kia Zainab ha. Aap nay daryaft farmaya: “Kon si zainab?” Hazrat Bilal r.a. nay arz kia Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood r.a. ki biwi. Aap nay farmaya: “Han us kay lia do ajar hain: Aik qarabat dare (Sulah rahme) ka sawab or dosra sadqay ka ajar.”

Hazrat Umm-e-Salma r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay kaha: Mainay arz kia: Allah kay Rasool! Agar main Abu Salma r.a. kay baiton par kharch karo to kia mujhay ajar milay ga, halankay woh mairay bhe betay hain? Aap ﷺ nay farmaya: “Un par jo kharch karo ge tumhay us ka zaroor ajar milay ga.”

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai, Unho nay Kaha: Rasool ﷺ nay aik dafa sadqa wasool karnay ka hukum dia, Arz kia gaya kay Ibn-e-Jamel, Khalid bin waleed or Abbass bin Abdul Mutalib r.a. nay sadqa nahi dia, is par Nabi ﷺ nay farmaya: “Ibn-e-Jameel to is waja se inkar karta hai kay woh tang dast tha Allah or us kay Rasool ﷺ nay usay maal dar kardia, magar Khali par tum ziyadte kartay ho kiun kay us nay to apni zirhain or aalat Allah ki rah main waqf kar rakhay hain, rahay Abbass bin Abdul Mutalib to who Rasool ﷺ kay chacha hain un ki zakat un par sadqa or us kay barabar or bhe (mair taraf se hoge).”

Bab # 50 Sawal karnay se ijtinab karna

Hazrat Abu Saeed khizri r.a. se riwayat hai kay Ansar main se chand logon nay Rasool ﷺ se (Maal ka) sawal kia to aap nay unhain day dia, Unho nay dobara manga to aap nay phir day dia, Unho nay phir dast-e-sawal phailaya to aap nay phir ata farma dia yahan tak kay aap kay pass jo kuch tha sab khatam hogaya. Bila aakhir App ﷺ nay farmaya: “Mairay pass jo maal hoga usay tum logon se bacha kar nahi rakhon ga laikin yaad rakho! jo shakhs sawal karnay se bachay ga Allah Tala usay fiqr-o-faqay se bachae ga or jo shakhs (dunia kay maal se) beniyaz rahay ga Allah usay gani kar day ga or jo shakhs sabar karay ga Allah usay sabir bana day ga or kis shakhs ko sabar se behter koi wasee tar naimat nahi di gae.

Hazrat Hakeem Bin Hazim r.a. se riwayat hai, Unho nay farmaya: Mainay aik dafa Rasool ﷺ se kuch manga to aap nay mujhay day dia, mainayphir manga to bheaap nay mujhay day dia, mainayphir manga to aap nay mujhayphirbhe day dia or is kay bad farmaya: “Hakeem! Ya maal sabz-o-sheeren hai, jo shakhs is ko shakhawatnafs kay sath laita hai usaybarkatatahote hai, or jo tamaa’a kay sath laita hai us ko is main barkat nahi di jate, or aisaadmi us shakhs ki tarhahota hai jo khata to hai magarsair nahi hota, naiz upper wala hath nechaywalay hath se behter hai.” Hazrat Hakeem r.a. kahtay hain, mainayarzkia: Allah kay Rasool! Us zaat ki qasam jis nay aapkohaq day kar bhaija hai! Main aap kay baad kisi se kuch nahi mango gayahantak kay dunia se chala jao, Chunacha jab Abu Bakar r.a. khalifahoay to Hazrat Hakeem r.a. ko wazeefa dainay k lia bulatayrahaymagarunho nay quboolkarnay se inkar kar dia, Phir Hazrat Umer r.a. nay bhe Apnay door-e-khilafat main in ko bula kar wazeefa daina chahalaikinunho nay inkar kar dia jis par Hazrat Umer r.a. nay farmaya: Musalmano! Main tumhaygawahbanata ho kay mainay Hazrat Hakeem r.a. ko un ka haqpaish kia magar woh maal-e-ghanimat se apnahaqlainay se inkar kartay hain, Algarz Hazrat Hakeem r.a. Rasool ﷺ kay bad jab takzindarahayunho nay kisi nay kuch nahi lia.

Hazrat Umer r.a. se riwayat hai unho nay farmaya kay Rasool ﷺ mujhay maal daitay to main kahta us shakhs ko jo mujh se ziadahajatmand ho, tab aapfarmatay: “Lay lo, agar bin mangay or bagairintizar kiay tumharay pass maal ajae to lay lia karo or jo aisana ho us kay pechay mat paro.”

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umer r.a. se riwayat hai, Unho nay kaha kay Rasool ﷺ nay farmaya. “Jo shakhs musalsal logon se sawal karta rahta hai wohqayamat kay din is haal main aiega kay us kay moun par gosht ki botitak nahi hoge.”

Naiz Rasool ﷺ nay farmaya: “Qayamat kay din aaftab itna qareeb ajae ga kay paseena nisf kaan tak pohanch jae ga, sab log ishe haal main Hazrat Aadam a.s se faryad karain gay, phir wahe Moosa a.s se or phir Hazrat Mohammad ﷺ se, 
Rawieye hadees Abdullah Bin saleh ki riwayat main ya izafa hai, Aap sifarish karain gay takay makhlooq kay darmiyan faisla kia jae, Aap tashreef lay jaen gay hatta kay jannat kay darwazay ka halqa pakar lain gay, is roz Allah Tala ap ko maqam-e-mahmood par jalwa afroz karay ga, Jis ki tamam mahshar walay tareef karain gay.”
Is silsilay main Hazrat Muaala Bin Asad kay tareeq se bhe aik riwayat hai jis main sirf logon se sawal karnay ka ziker hai.

Bab # 53 Kis qadar maal se gana hasil hote hai Allah Azuwajal ka irshad hay: “Woh logon se chimat kar sawal nahi kartay.” Naiz Nabi ﷺ nay farmaya: “Woh shakhs itna maal na pae jo us ko bay parwah bana day.” Irshad-e-bare Tala hai: “Un fuqara kay lia jo Allah ki rah main is tarha ghir gae hain kay (Apni Maash kay lia) zameen main chaal phir bhe nahi saktay (un kay sawl na karnay ki waja se nawaqif log unhain khush haal khayal kartay hain, aap un kay chehro se un ki kaifiyat pahchan saktay hain, woh logon se lipat kar sawal nahi kartay, un par tum jo maal bhe kharch karo gay) to Allah Tala Yaqeenan usay janay wala hai.”
Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai, woh Nabi ﷺ se biyan kartay hain kay aap nay farmaya: “Miskeen woh nahi jisay aik a do luqmay idher udhar ghomnay par majboor kardain balkay haqeqi miskeen woh hai jo is qadal maal na pae jo usay beniyaz karday or woh logon se sawal karnay main sharam mahsoos karay yah woh logon se chimat kar sawal na kar sakay.”

Hazrat Mugaira Bin Shaiba r.a. kay kaatib warad se riwayat hai kay Hazrat Mawiya r.a. nay Mugaira Bin Shaiba r.a. ko khath likha kay tum mujhay aise bat likh kar arsal karo jo tum nay Nabi ﷺ se suni ho, Unho nay jawaban likha kay main nay Nabi ﷺ ko yah farmatay hoay suna: “Allah Tala tumharay lia teen chezain napasand karta hai: Idher Udhar ki fazool batain karna. Maal ko zaya karna, or bakasrat sawal karna.

Hazrat Saad bin Abi Waqas r.a. se riwayat hai, Unho nay farmaya: Main aik jamat main betha howa tha kay Rasool ﷺ nay unhain kuch maal dia or aik aadmi ko chor dia, usay kuch na dia, Halankay woh shakhs mujhay sab se ziada pasand tha, Main Rasool ﷺ kay pass uth kar gaya or raaz dare kay tor par arz kia: Allah kay Rasool! kia bat hai aap nay falan shakhs ko nazar andaz kardia hai? Allah ki qasam main to usay momin khayal karta hon, App nay farmaya: “Momin nahi usay musalman kaho,” Main thore dair khamosh raha, phir us ka woh hal jo mujhay maloom tha mujh par galib agaya to main nay arz kia Allah kay Rasool! kia bat hai aap nay falan shakhs se kiun airaz kia hai? Allah ki qasam! Main to usay momin khayal karta hon, Aap nay farmaya: “Momin kay bajae musalman kaho.” Hazrat Saad r.a. kahtay hain main phir kuch dair khamosh raha laikin mujh par woh bat galib agae jo main us kay baray main janta tha, mainay phir arz kia: Allah kay Rasool! kia bat hai aap nay falan shakhs ko chor dia hai? Allah ki qasam! main to usay momin samajhta hon, aap nay farmaya: “Momin kay bajae musalman kaho.” is kay baad aap nay farmaya: “Main kisi shakhs ko maal daita hon halanka kay doosra shakhs mairay nazdeek us se ziada mahboob hota hai or is andaishay kay paishay nazar daita hon, mubada woh chehray kay bal dozakh main gir jae. “Aik or riwayat main hai kay Hazrat Saad r.a. nay kaha: Phir Rasool ﷺ nay maire gardan or kandhay kay darmiyan apna hath mara or farmaya: “Aye saad! Mutawajja ho jao, Beshak main aik shakhs ko is lia daita hon” Imam bukhari r.h biyan kartay hain kay Quran Kareem main (Fa Kub kbu-Al Shu’araa- 94) kay maenay ulta diay janay kay hain, Is tarha (Mukibban – Al Mulk-22) ka lafz hai ya (akabba) se mushtaq hai, ya us waqt bola jata hai jab is ka fail kisi dosray par waqay na ho, Yani Akabbal Rajul fail-e-lazim hai or jab kisi dosray par waqay ho to Kabbah-ul-Lahu lay waj hihi kahtay hain, Yani Allah Tala nay usay oundhay moun giraya or Kabba tuhu kay manay hain: Mainay usay giraya.

Hazrat Abu Hameed Saadi r.a. se riwayat hai,unho ne farmaya: hum ghazwa Tabook me Nabi ﷺ ke Hamrah they,jab ap wadi Qura me tashreef laey to dekha k ek orat apney bagh me hey. Nabi ﷺ ne apny sahaba karam r.a. se farmaya :"Andaza karo k es me kitni khajourein hongi- khud Rasool ﷺ ne eska das wasaq andaza lagaya,phir es orat se farmaya: "jitni khajourein paida hon unko wazan kar lena "- phir jab hum Tabouk phnchey to app ne farmaya : "aj rat sakht andhi aey g , es lie aj rat koe na uthey aor jis k pas ount ho usey bhi bandh dey –"chunanchy hum logon ne ounton ko bandh dia , phir sakht andhi ai , etefaq se aik shakhs khara hua to usey (taiz hawa ne ) Tay name pahar par phaink dia_esi jihad me Eila k badshah ne Nabi ﷺ k lie ek sufaid khachar orhny k lie aik chadar bheji,aap ne es k elaqey ki hakoomat es ke nam likh di , phir jab ap wadi Qura lot kar aey to ap ne es orat se poucha : " tumharey bagh me khajouron ki kitni paidawar rahi ? "us ne arz kia : das wasaq jitna k Rasool ﷺ ne andaza lagaya tha ,phir Nabi ﷺ ne frmaya : "mein Madina Munawara jaldi jana chahta houn , lihaza tum mein se jo shakhs mery sath jaldi jana chahta hy woh jaldi tayar hojaey _” jab ap ko Madina nazar aney laga ـEbn Bakar ne es mafhoom ka kalma bola ـto farmaya : "ye Taba hy ـ” aor jab ap ne Ohad ko dekha to farmaya : "ye chota pahar hy jo hum ko dost rakhta hy aor hum esy dost rakhty hein ,kia me tmhein bataoun k Ansar me kis ka ghirana behtreen hy ? " Sahaba kiram r.a. ne arz kia : g han! Ap ne farmay : “Qabeela Banu Najar ka ghirana , es k baad Banu Abd Al Ashhal , phir Banu sa’da key ghirany ya Banu Haris Bin Khazrag key ghirany , waisey to Ansar k tamam ghirano me khair aor bhalai hey ـ"

Aik riwayat kay mutabiq aap nay farmaya: “phir Banu Haris kay gharanay, phir banu sa’da kay gharanay behter hain, Aik riwayat main alfaz yah hain kay Nabi ﷺ nay farmaya: “Uhd pahar hum se mohabbat karta hai or hum us se mohabbat kartay hain.”

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai , unhon ne farmaya kay rasool ﷺ kay pas fasal kat-ty hi (sadqey ki) khajoorein aaney lagtein aor aisa hota kay aik shakhs apni khajoorein lay ata to udhar dusra shakhs apni khajoorein lay ata ,es tarah sadqey k khajouron k dhair lag jaty , aik roz Hazrat Hasan aor Hazrat Husain r.a. en khujoron se khailney lagey aor en mein se kisi ne khajour utha kar apney moun me dali jisey Rasool ﷺ ne dekh lia ,to Ap ne woh khajour us kay moun se nikal kar farmaya: “kiya tmhein maloom nahi kay Aal Mohammad ﷺ sadqa nahi khaty?"

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar r.a. se riwayat hai kay Hazrat Umar Bin khatab r.a. nay ek ghora Allah k rastay mein sadqa kar dia, phir dekha kay usey farokht kiya jaraha hay to unho ne us kay khareedney ka erada kiya , phir Nabi ﷺ ki khidmat mein hazir huwey aor ap se mashwara liya to ap ne farmaya: “apney sadqey ko wapas na lo” es bina par Hazrat Ebn Umar r.a. jab apni kisi sadqa karda cheez ko farokht hota dekhty to usey khareed kar sadqa kar detay thay.

Hazrat Aysha r.a. se rewayat hai kay unho ne Hazrat Bareera r.a. ko azad karney kay lie unhain khareedney ka erada kia laikin Hazrat Braira r.a. kay malikan nay apny lie un ki walaa k shart aied kar di ,Hazrat Aysha r.a. ne Nabi ﷺ se es ka zikar kia to Nbi ﷺ ne farmaya:" esay khareed lo , wala to us kay lie hai jo usey azad karey- "Hazrat Aysha r.a. ne farmaya kay phir aik bar Nabi ﷺ ki khidmat mein gosht laya gaya to main ne arz kia kay ye woh gosht hai jo Hazrat Braira r. a ko sadqa mein mila hai-Ap ﷺ ne farmaya: "ye us kay lie sadqa hai aor hamarey lie hadya hai–"

Hazrat Umm e Atiya Ansariya r.a. se rewayat hai, unhon ne kaha: aik dafa Nabi ﷺ Hazrat Aysha r.a. k han tashreef laey to farmaya: "tmharey pas kuch (khaney k lie) hai?” unhon ne arz kia: kuch nahi , albata sadqey k us bakri ka gosht mojoud hai jo Ap ne Hazrat Nusaiba ko bheji thi , us ne kuch gosht hamein bheja hai – Ap ne farmaya: "(lao) woh to apney maqam par pahonch chuki hai –"

Hazrat Ibn Abass r.a. se rewayat hai , unhon ne kaha : Rasool ﷺ ne jab Hazrat Maaz r.a. ko yamen rawana kia to unsey farmaya: “tum aik qom kay pas jarahy ho , jo ehl e kitab hain, unkey pas pohanch kar unhein dawat do kay woh La Elaha Elalah aor Muhammad Rasoolalah ﷺ ki shahadat dein, agar woh es mein tmhari ata’at karein to unhain batao k Allah tala nay en par din rat mein panch namazein farz ki hain , agar who es silsiley mein tmhari bat tasleem kar lein to unhein batao k Allah tala ne un par zakat farz ki hai jo un kay maldaron se wasool kar k un kay fuqaraa par taqseem ki jaey gi- aor agar who es mein tmhari ata’at karein to unkey umda maal lainey se ejtenab karo-aor mazloom ki bad dua se bhi bacho kion kay us ki bad dua aor Allah kay darmiyan koe hijab nahi hota –"

Bab # 64 Sahibey sadqa kay lie Emam ki khawast gari aor dua karna, ershad bari tala hai : “( aey Nabi!) ap unkey amwal mein se sadqa lein ( Takey ) es kay zariey se enhain pak karein aor unka tazkiya karein ,phir enkey lie dua karein , beyshak ap k dua enkey lie baesy taskeen hai –"

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Abi Awfi r.a. se riwayat hai, unhon ne farmaya: Nabi ﷺ ki adat thi kay jab koe Ap kay pas sadqa lata to Ap us kay lie youn dua karty: “aey Allah! falan par mehrbani farma-"chananchey mery walid girami ap k pas sadqa lay kar aey to Ap ne dua farmai: “Aey Allah ! Abu Awfi ki aal awlad par meherbani farma”

Bab # 65 jo maal samandar se baramad kia jaey (us mein zakat hai ya nahi)

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se rewayat hai, woh Rasool ﷺ se bayan karty hain: “ Bani Israil mein se kisi ne ek shaks se hazar dinar karz mangey to usne dey diye –(itifaqan woh qarzdar safar mein nikla or adaey qarz ka waqt agaya, lekin darmiyan mein ek darya hail tha) woh darya ki taraf gaya magar usne wahan koi savari na pai, majbooran usne ek lakri li, usmein surakh kiya or usme ek hazar dinar rakh kar use darya mein baha diya- itafaq se woh shaks jisne karz diya tha darya ki taraf a nikla, usy ye lakri nazar ai to usne apne ghar walon ke liye bator eendhan utha liya- phir unhon ne puri hadees bayan ki (jiske akhir mein tha:) or usne jab lakri ko cheera to usme apna maal rakha hua paya ”

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se rewayat hai kay Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya: “janwar ka zakham maf hai, kuwein mein gir kar mar janey mein koe muawza nahi aor kan ka bhi yehi hukam hai, yani us mein gir kar marney waley ka khoon maf hai, albata dafeena milney par panchwan hisa wajib hai.

Bab # 68 Musafir log zakat kay ount istimal kar saktay hain or un ka doodh bhe pi saktay hain.

Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai kay Qabila-e-areena kay chand log madina taiba aie to us ki aab-o-hawa un kay muwafiq na aie, Rasool ﷺ nay unhain ijazat di kay woh sadqay kay ountoun se ja kar un ka doodh or paishab nosh karain, unho nay charwahay ko qatal kardia or ount lay kar bhag niklay, Rasool ﷺ nay un kay pechay aadmi rawana kiay, chunacha unhain giriftar kar kay laya gaya to aap nay un kay hath pao kat dainay ka hukum dia, naiz un ki ankhon main garam silayan phairnay ko kaha, phir unhain garam pathreeli zameen par phaink dia, chunacha woh piyas kay maray patharo ko chabatay thay. Abu Qulaba, Hameed or sabit nay Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat karnay main Qataada ki mutabiat ki hai.

Hazrat Anas bin Malik r.a. se riwayat hai, unho nay farmaya kay main aik subha Hazrat Abu Talha r.a. kay baitay Abdullah r.a. ko lay kay Rasool ﷺ ki khidmat main hazir hoa takay aap kuch chaba kar us kay moun main dal dain to mainay aap ko is halat main paya kay aap kay hath main aik daagh dainay wala aala tha, Aap us se zakat kay ounton ko daag rahay thay.
