Kitab al Salaat


(1) Chapter: How As-Salat (the Prayer) was prescribed on the night of Al-Isra (miraculous night journey) of the Prophet (pbuh) to Jerusalem (and then to the heavens)

Hazrat Abu zar Gaffari r.a. se riwayat hai ke aanhazrat ﷺne farmaya ke mere ghar ki chat khol di gayi, is waqt mai makke me tha. Phir Jibarel a.s. utre aur unhone mera seena chaak kiya. Phir ise zamzam ke paani se dhoya. Phir ek sone ka tasht laaye jo hikmat aur imaan se bhara hua tha. Isku mere seene me rakh diya, phir seene ko jod diya, phir mera haath pakda aur mujhe Aasmaan ki taraf le kar chale. Jab mai pahle Aasmaan par pahuncha to Jibarel a.s. ne Aasmaan ke daarogha se kaha, kholo. Is ne poocha, Aap kaun hai? Jawaab diya ke Jibarel, phir unhone poocha kya Aap ke sath koi aur bhi hai? Jawab diya, haan mere saath Mohammed ﷺ hai. Unhone poocha ke kya unke bulane ke liye aapko bheja gaya tha? Kaha, ji haan! Phir jab unhone darwazah khola to ham pahle Aasmaan par chad gaye, waha ham ne ek shaks ko baithe hue dekha . Inke daahni taraf kuch logo ke jhund the aur kuch jhund baayein taraf the. Jab wo apni daahni taraf dekhte to muskura dete aur jab baayein nazar karte to rote. Unhone mujhe dekh kar farmaya, aao ache aaye ho. Saleh Nabi aur Saleh bete! Mai ne Jibarel as se poocha ye kaun hai? Unhone kaha ke ye Aadam a.s. hai aur inke dayein baayein jo jhund hai ye inke beton ki roohein hai. Jo jhund dayein taraf hai wo jannati hai aur bayein taraf ke jhund dozakhi roohein hai. Isliye jab wo apne dayein taraf Dekhte hai to khushi se muskura uthte hai aur jun baayen taraf dekhte hai to (ranj) se rote hai.

Phir Jibrael a.s. mujhe lekar doosre Aasmaan tak pahunche aur iske daaroga se kaha kholo. Is Aasmaan ke daaroga ne bhi pahle ki tarah poocha phir khol diya. Hazrat anas r.a. ne kaha ke abuzar ne zikr kiya ke Aap ﷺ yaani Nabi e kareem ﷺ ne aasmaan par aadam, idrees, moosa, eesa aur ibrahim a.s. ko maujood paaya. Aur abuzar r.a. ne har ek ka thikana nahi bayan kiya. Albatta itna bayan kiya ke aanhuzoor ﷺ ne Hazrat aadam ko pahle aasmaan par paaya aur Hazrat ibrahim a.s. ko chate aasmaan par. anas r.a. ne bayan kiya ke jab Jibrael a.s. Nabi kareem ﷺ ke sath idrees a.s. par guzre to unhone farmaya ke aao ache aaye ho, saleh Nabi aur saleh bhai. Mai ne poocha ye kaun hai? Jawaab diya ke ye idrees a.s. hai. Phir Moosa a.s. tak pahuncha to. Unhone farmaya aao ache aaye ho, saleh Nabi aur Saleh bhai. Mai ne poocha, ye kaun hai? Jibrael a.s. ne bataya ke moosa a.s. hai. Phir mai Eesa a.s. tak pahuncha, unhone kaha aao ache aaye ho, saleh Nabi aur Saleh bhai. Mai ne poocha, ye kaun hai? Jibrael a.s. ne bataya ke ye Eesa a.s. hai. Phir mai Ibrahim a.s. tak pahuncha. Unhone farmaya Aao ache aaye ho, saleh Nabi aur Saleh bete. Mai ne poocha, ye kaun hai? Jibrael a.s. ne bataya ke ye Ibrahim a.s. hai. Ibn Shahab ne kaha ke mujhe Abu bakar bin hazm r.a. ne khabar di ke abdulla bin abbas aur abi hatba alansaari r.a. kaha karte the ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne farmaya, phir mujhe jibrael a.s. lekar chadhe, ab mai is buland muqaam tak pahunch gaya jahan mai ne qalam ki aawaaz suni. (Jo likhne wale farishton ki qalmo ki awaaz thi) ibn hazm r.a. se naqal kiya ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne farmaya, pus Allah taala ne meri ummat par pachas waqt ki namazein farz ki. Mai ye hukm lekar wapas lauta. Jab Moosa a.s. tak pahuncha to unhone poocha ke aapki ummat par Allah ne kya farz kiya hai? Mai ne kaha pachaas waqt ki namazein farz ki hai. Unhone farmaya Aap wapas apne Rabb ki baargaah me jaiye. Kyunki aapki ummat itni namazon ko ada karne ki taqat nahi rakhti hai. Mai waapas baargaah e Rabbul Izzat gaya, to Allah ne isme se ek hissa kum kardiya. Phir Moosa a.s. ke paas aaya aur kaha ke ek hissa kum kar diya gaya hai. Unhone kaha ke dobara jayiye kyunki aapki ummat me iske bardaasht ki bhi taaqat nahi hai. Phir main baargaah e Rabbul izzat me haazir hua. Phir ek hissa kum hua. Jab Moosa a.s. ke pass pahuncha to unhone farmaya ke apne Rabb ki baargaah me phir jayiye, kyunki Aap ki ummat isku bhi bardaasht na kar sakegi. Phir mai baar baar aaya gaya pus Allah taala ne farmaya ke ye namazein (amal me) paanch hai aur (sawaab me) pachaas (ke barabar) hai. Meri baat badli nahi jaati. Ab mai Moosa a.s. ke pass aaya to unhone phir kaha ke apne Rabb ke pass jayiye. Lekin mai ne kaha mujhe ab apne Rabb se sharam aati hai. Phir jibrael a.s. mujhe Sidarat ul Muntaha tak le gaye jise kayi tarah ke rangon ne dhank rakha tha. Jin ke mutaliq mujhe maloom nahi hua ke wo kya hai

Iske baad mujhe jannat me le jaya gaya, mai ne dekha ke is me motiyon ke haar hai aur iski mitti mushk ki hai.

Vol. 1, Book 8, hadees 349.

Ummul momineen Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai, Aap ﷺ ne farmaya Allah taala ne pahle namaz me do so rakath farz ki thi. Safar me bhi aur iqamat ki halat me bhi . Phir safar ki namaz to apni asli halat par baqi rakhi gayi aur halat e iqamat ki namazon me zyadati kardi gayi.

(2) Chapter: It is obligatory to wear clothes while offering As-Salat (the prayers)

Umm Atiya farmati hai, humein hukm hua ke ham eedain ke din haiza aur parda nasheen auraton ko bhi baher le jayein. Taake wo musalmaano ke ijtema aur inki duaon me shareek hosakein. Albatta haiza auraton ko namaz padhne ki jagah se door rakhein. Ek aurat ne kaha ya Rasoolullah ! ham me baaz auratein aisi bhi hoti hai jinke paas (parda karne ke liye) chaadar nahi hoti. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke iski saathi aurat apni chadar ka ek hissa ise udha de.

(3)Chapter: To tie Izar (dress worn below the waist) at one's back while offering Salat (prayers)

Mohammad bin Munkadir k hawale se bayan hai, unhone kaha ke Hazrat Jabir bin abdullaah r.a. ne tahband baandh kar namaz padhi. Jise unhone sir tak baandh rakha tha aur aapke kapde kunthi par tanke hue the. Ek kehne wale ne kaha ke Aap ek tahband me namaz padhte hai? Aap ne jawaab diya ke mai ne aisa isliye kiya ke tujh jaisa koi ahmaq mujhe dekhe. Bhala Rasoolullah ﷺ ke zamane me do kapde bhi kiske paas the?

Mohammad bin Munkadir se riwayat hai, unhone Kaha ke mai ne Jabir r.a. ko ek kapde me namaz padhte dekha aur unhone batlaya ke mai ne Nabi kareem ﷺ ko bhi ek hi kapde me namaz padhte dekha tha.

(4) Chapter: To offer As-Salat (the prayers) with a single garment wrapped round the body

Umar bin abi salma se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne ek kapde me namaz padhi aur Aap ne kapde ke dono kinaron ko mukhalif taraf ke kaandhe par daal liya.

Umar bin abi salma r.a. se riwayat hai ke unhone Nabi kareem ﷺ ko Umme salma ke ghar me ek kapde me namaz padhte dekha, kapde ke dono kinaaron ko Aap ne dono kaandhon par daal rakha tha.

Hazrat Umar bin abi salma r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone kaha ke mai ne Rasoolullah ﷺ ko Hazrat umme salma r.a. ke ghar me ek kapde me namaz padhte hue dekha. Aap ise lapte hue the aur iske dono kinaron ko dono kaandhon par daale hue the. 

Vol. 1, Book 8, hadees 356.

Hazrat Umme haani binte abi talib se riwayat hai, wo farmati thi ke mai fath e makkah ke mauqe par Nabi kareem ﷺ ki khidmat me haazir hui. Mai ne dekha ke Aap ghusl kar rahe hai aur aapki sahebzaadi fathima r.a. parda kiye hue hai. Unhone kaha ke mai ne aanhuzoor ﷺ ko salaam kiya. Aap ﷺ ne poocha ke kaun hai? Mai ne bataya ke umme haani binte abi taalib hun. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya achi aayi hon, umme haani. Phir jab Aap ﷺ nahane se faarigh hogaye to uthe aur aath rakaat namaz padhi, ek hi kapde me lipat kar. Jab Aap ﷺ namaz padh chuke to mai ne arz ki ke  ya Rasoolullah! Meri maa ke bete (Hazrat ali bin abi taalib) ka daawa hai ke wo ek shakhs ko zaroor qatl karega halaanki mai ne use panaah de rakhi hai. Ye (mere khawand) habeerah ka fulaan beta hai, rasool kareem ﷺ ne farmaya ke umme haani jise tum ne panah de di, ham ne bhi use panaah de di. Umme haani ne kaha ke ye namaz e chasht thi.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai ke ek poochne waale ne Rasoolullah ﷺ se ek kapde me namaz padhne ke mutaliq poocha to Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, (kuch bura nahi) bhala kya tum sub me har shakhs ke paas do kapde hai?

(5)Chapter: If someone offers Salat (prayer) wrapped in a single garment, he should cross its corners round his shoulders

Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya ke kisi shakhs ko bhi ek kapde me namaz is tarah na padhni chahiye ke iske kandhon par kuch na ho

Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai, wo farmaate the, mai iski gawahi deta hun ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ko mai ne ye irshaad farmaate suna tha ke jo shakhs ek kapde me namaz padhe ise kapde k dono kinaro ko iske mukhalif simt ke kandho par daal dena chahiye

Chapter: If the garment is tight (over the body)

Hazrat Sayeed bin Haris r.a. se riwayat hai, kaha ham ne Jabir bin Abdullah se ek kapde me namaz padhne ke baare me poocha. To Aap ne farmaya ke mai Nabi kareem ﷺ ke sath ek safar (ghazwa hawat) me gaya. Ek raat Mai Kisi zaroorat ki wajah se Aap ke paas aaya. Mai ne dekha ke Aap ﷺ namaz me mashghool hai. Is waqt mere badan par sirf ek hi kapda tha. Isliye mai ne ise lapet liya aur Aap ke bazu me hokar mai bhi namaz me shareek hogaya. Jab Aap namaz se farigh hue to daryaft farmaya jaan or is raat ke waqt kaise aaye? Mai ne Aap ﷺ se apni zaroorat ke mutaliq kahi. Mai jab faarigh hogaya to Aap ﷺ ne poocha ke ye tum ne kya lapet rakha tha jise mai ne dekha. Mai ne arz ki ke (ek hi) kapda tha (is tarah na lapet ta to kya karta) Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke agar wo kushaada ho to ise achi tarah lapet liya kar aur agar tang ho toisku tahband ke taur par bandh liya kar.

Vol. 1, Book 8, hadees 361.

Hazrat Sahl bin Saad saadi r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone kaha ke kayi aadmi Nabi kareem ﷺ ke saath bachon ki tarah apni gardano par izare baandhe hue namaz padhte the aur aurton ko (Aap ke zamane me) hukm tha ke apne saron ko (sajde se) is waqt tak na uthayein jab tak mard seedhe hokar baith na jaye.

(7)Chapter: To offer As-Salat (the prayers) in a Syrian cloak (made by infidels)

Hazrat Mughaira bin Sheeba se riwayat hai, Aap ne farmaya ke mai Nabi kareem ﷺ ke sath ek safar (ghazwa e tabook) me tha. Aap ne ek mauqe par farmaya, Mughaira! Paani ki chaaval uthaley. Mai ne use uthaliya. Phir Rasoolullah ﷺ chale aur meri nazro se chup gaye. Aap ne qazaye hajat ki. Is waqt Aap shaami jhubba pehne hue the. Aap haath kholne ke liye aasteen aupar chadani chaahate the lekin wo tang thi isliye aasteen ke andar se hath baher nikala. Mai ne Aap ke hathon par paani daala. Aap ﷺ ne namaz ke wazu ki tarah wazu kiya aur apne khafeen par masah kiya. Phir namanz padhi.

(8)Chapter: It is disliked to the naked during As-Salat (the prayers)

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah ansaari r.a. se riwayat hai, wo bayan karte the ke Rasoolullah ﷺ (nabuwwat se pahle) kaabe ke liye Quraish ke sath pathar dho rahe the. Is waqt Aap tahband baandhe hue the. Aap ﷺ ke chacha abbas r.a. ne kaha ke bhatije kyun nahi tum tahband khol lete aur ise pathar ke neeche apne kaandhe par rakhlete (taake tum par aasaani hojaye) Hazrat Jabir r.a. ne kaha ke Aap ﷺ ne tahband khol liya aur kandhe par rakh liya. Is waqt ghashi kha kar gir pade. Iske baad Aap ﷺ kabhi nange nahi dekhe gaye.

(9)Chapter: To offer Salat (prayer) with a shirt, trousers, a Tubban or a Qaba (an outer garment with full length sleeves)

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai ke ek shaks Nabi karim ﷺ ke saamne khada hua aur is ne sirf ek kapda pehn kar namaz padhne ke baare me sawaal kiya. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke kya tum sub hi logo ke paas do kapde ho sakte hai? Phir (yahi masla) Hazrat Umar r.a. se ek shaks ne poocha to unhone kaha jab Allah taala ne tumhe faraghat de di hai to tum bhi faraghat ke saath raho. Aadmi ko chahiye ke namaz me apne kapde ikattha karle, koi aadmi tahband aur chadar me namaz padhe, koi tahband aur qameez, koi tahband aur qabaa me, koi pajama aur chadar me, koi pajama aur qameez me,  koi pajama aur qabaa me, koi jaangiya aur qabaa me, koi jaangiya aur qameez me namaz padhe. Abu Huraira r.a. ne kaha ke mujhe yaad aata hai ke Aap ne ye bhi kaha ke koi jaangiya aur chadar me namaz padhe.

Hazrat ibn Umar r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya ke Rasoolullah ﷺ se ek aadmi ne poocha ke ihraam baandhne wale ko kya pehnna chahiye? To Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke na qameez pehne na pajama, na baraan coat aur na aisa kapda jisme zaafraan laga hua ho aur na wars laga hua kapda, phir agar kisi shaks ko jootiyaan na milie (jin me paaon khula rehta ho)wo moze kaat kar pehnley taake wo takhno se neeche ho jaye.

(10) Chapter: What may be used to cover the private parts of the body

Hazrat Saad bin Khudri r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi karim  ne samaa ki tarah badan par kapda lapet lene se manaa farmaya aur is se bhi manaa farmaya ke aadmi ek kapde ne ihtebaa kare aur iski sharamgaah par alahida koi doosra kapda na ho.

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne do tarah ke bay wa faroqt se manaa farmaya. Ek to choone ke bey se , doosre phenkne ke bey se aur ishtrmaal samaa se (jiska bayan upar guzra) aur ek kapde me goat maar kar baithne se.

Vol. 1, Book 8, hadees 368.

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. ne farmaya ke is Hajj ke mauqe par mujhe Hazrat Abu Bakr r.a. ne yaum e nahar (zil hajja ki dasvee taareeq) me elaan karne walon ke sath bheja. Taake ham minas me is baat ka elaan kar de ke is saal ke baad koi mushrik Hajj nahi kar sakta aur koi shaks nange ho kar baithullah ka tawwaf nahi kar sakta. Hameed bin Abdur Rahman ne kaha iske baad Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Hazrat Ali r.a. ko Hazrat Abu Bakr r.a. ke peeche bheja aur inhe hukm diya ke wo surah baraat padh kar sunade aur iske mazameen ka aam elaan kardein. Abu Huraira r.a. farmaate hai ke Hazrat Ali r.a. ne hamare sath nahar ke din mina me daswi taareek ko ye sunaya ke aaj ke baad koi mushrik na Hajj karsake ga aur na baithullah ka tawwaf koi shaks nange ho kar karsake ga.

11) Chapter: To pray without a Rida

Mohammed bin al munkadir ne kaha ke mai Jabir bin Abdullah ansaari ki khidmat me haazir hua. Wo ek kapda apne badan par lapete hue namaz padh rahe the, halaanke inki chadar alag rakhi hui thi. Jab Aap namaz se faarigh hue to ham ne kaha : aur Abu Abdullah! Aap ki chadar rakhi hui hai aur Aap (ise odhe baghair) namaz padh rahe hai. Unhone farmaya mai ne chaha ke tum jaise jahil log mujhe is tarah namaz padhte dekh le, mai ne bhi Nabi kareem ﷺ ko isi tarah namaz padhte dekha tha.

12) Chapter: What is said about the thigh

Hazrat Abdul Aziz bin Suhaib Ra ne anas bin Malik r.a. se riwayat ki ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ghazwa e kheebar me tashreef le gaye. ham me waha fajr ki namaz andhere hi me padhi. Phir Nabi karim ﷺ sawaar hue. Aur Abu Talha bhi sawaar hue. Mai Abu Talha ke peeche baitha hua tha. Nabi kareem ﷺ ne apni sawaari ka ruq kheebar ki galiyon ki taraf kar diya . Mera ghutna Nabi karim ﷺ ki raan se chu jaata tha. Phir Nabi kareem ﷺ ne apni raan se tahband ko hataya . Yahan tak ke mai Nabi karim ﷺ ki shafaat aur safed raano ki safedi aur chamak dekhne laga. Jab Aap kheebar ki basti me Dakhil hue, to Aap ﷺ ne farmaya "Allahu Akbar" Allah sub se bada hai, kheebar barbaad hogaya. Jab ham kisi qaum ke aangan me utar jayein to daraye hue logo ki subah manhoos hojati hai. Aap ne ye teen martaba farmaya. 

Is ne kaha ke kheebar ke yahudi log apne kaamo ke liye baher nikle hi the ke wo chilla uthe Mohammad (ﷺ) aan pahunche. Aur Abdul Aziz raawi ne kaha hamare saathiyon ne "walkhamees" ka lafz bhi naqal kiya hai (yaani wo chilla uthe ke Mohammad ﷺ lashkar lekar pahunch gaye) pus ham ne kheebar ladkar Fatah kar liya aur Qaidi jamaa kiye gaye. Phir Dahiya r.a. aaye aur arz kiya ke ya Rasoolullah! Qaidiyo me se koi baandhi mujhe inayath kijiye, Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke jao koi baandhi le lo. Unhone Safiya bint hayy ko leliya. Phir ek shaks Nabi karim ﷺ ki khidmat me haazir hua aur arz ki ya Rasoolullah! Safiya jo Quraiza aur Nazeer ke sardaar ki beti hai, unhe Aap ne Dahiya ko de diya.wo to sirf Aap hi ke liye munaasib thi. Is par Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke Dahiya ko Safiya ke sath bulao, wo laaye gaye. Jab Nabi kareem ﷺ ne inhe dekha to farmaya ke qaidiyon me se koi aur baandhi le lo. Raawi ne kaha ke phir Nabi kareem ﷺ ne Safiya ko azaad kardiya aur inhe apne nikaah me le liya. Saabit banani ne Hazrat anas r.a. se poocha ke Abu Hamza! Inka Mahar aanhuzoor ﷺ ne kya rakha tha? Hazrat anas r.a. ne farmaya ke khud inhi ki aazadi ka mahr tha aur is par Aap ne nikah kiya. Phir raaste hi me umme Saleem r.a. (Hazrat anas r.a. ki walida) ne unhe Dulhan banaya aur Aap ﷺ ke paas raat ke waqt bheja. Ab Nabi karim ﷺ dulha the, isliye Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke jis ke paas bhi kuch khane ki cheez ho to yahan laaye. Aap ne ek chamde ka dastarqaan bichaya. Baaz sahaba khajoor laaye, baaz ghee, Abdul Aziz ne kaha ke mera khayal hai Hazrat anas r.a. ne sattu ka bhi zikr kiya.phir logo ne Inka halwa bana liya. Ye Rasoolullah ﷺ ka walima tha.

13)Chapter: In how many (what sort of) clothes a woman should offer Salat (prayer)

Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ fajr ki namaz padhte aur Aap ﷺ ke saath namaz me kayi aurtein apni chadarein odhe hue shareek e namaz hoti. Phir apne gharo ko wapas chali jaati thi. Is waqt inhe koi pehchan nahi sakta tha.

(14)Chapter: If a person offered Salat (prayer) in a dress with marks and looked at those marks during the Salat

Ummul momineen Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne ek chadar me namaz padhi. Jis me naqsh o nigaar the. Aap ﷺ ne inhe ek martaba dekha. Phir jab namaz se faarigh hue to farmaya ke meri ye chadar Abu jaham (Aamir bin huzaifa) ke paas le jao aur inki anbijaania waali chadar le aao, kyunki is chadar ne abhi namaz se mujh ko ghaafil kardiya.aur Hisham bin urwah ne apne waalid se riwayat ki, unhone Ayesha r.a. se ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne farmaya mai namaz me iske naqsh o nigaar dekh raha tha, pas mai dara ke kahin ye mujhe ghaafil na karde.

(15)Chapter: If someone offers Salat (prayer) in a garment bearing marks of a cross or picture, will he Salat be annulled? And what is forbidden thereof

Hazrat anas r.a. se riwayat hai ke Hazrat Ayesha r.a. ke paas ek rangeen baareekh pardah tha jise unhone apne ghar ke ek taraf parde ke liye latka diya tha. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke mere saamne se apna ye parda hata do. Kyunke is par naqsh shuda tasaweer barabr meri namaz me khalal andaaz hoti rahi hai.

Uqba bin Aamir r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ko ek Resham ki qubaa tohfe me di gayi. Ise Aap ﷺ ne pehna aur namaz padhi lekin Aap ﷺ jab namaz se faarigh hue to badi tezi ke sath ise utaar diya, Goya Aap ﷺ ise pehnkar naagaari mehsoos kar rahe the. Phir Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ye parhezgaaro ke laayaq nahi hai.

(17) Chapter: (It is permissible) to offer Salat (prayer) in a red garment

Abu hujaifa r.a. se riwayat hai ke mai ne Rasoolullah ﷺ ko ek surq chamde ke kheeme me dekha aur mai ne ye bhi dekha ki Bilal r.a. aanhuzoor ﷺ ko wazu kara rahe hai aur har shaks aapke wazu ka paani haasil karne ke liye ek doosre se aage badhne ki koshish kar raha hai. Agar kisi ko thoda sa bhi paani mil jaata to wo use apne upar mal leta aur agar koi paani na paasakta to apne saathi ke haath ki tari hi haasil karne ki koshish karta. Phir mai ne Bilal r.a. ko dekha ke unhone apni ek barchi uthayli jiske neeche lohe ka phal laga hua tha aur ise unhone gaad diya. Nabi kareem ﷺ (dere me se) ek surq poshaak pehne hue tahband uthaye hue baher tashreef laaye aur barchi ki taraf muh karke logo ko do rakaat namaz padhayi. Mai ne dekha ke aadmi aur jaanwar barchi ke par (peeche) se guzar rahe the.

(18)Chapter: (It is permissible) to offer Salat (prayer) on roofs, a pulpit or wood

Abu Haazim Salma bin deenaar ne bayan kiya, kaha ke logo ne Sahl bin saadi r.a. se poocha, member e nabwi jis cheez ka tha? Aap ne farmaya ke ab (duniya e islaam me) is ke mutaliq mujh se zyada janne wala koi baaqi na raha hai. Member Ghaaba ke jhao se bana tha. Fulaan aurat ke gulaam fulaan ne ise Rasoolullah ﷺ ke liye banaya tha. Jab wo tayyar karke (masjid me) rakha gaya to Rasoolullah ﷺ is par khade hue aur Aap ne qible ki taraf apna muh kiya aur takbeer kahi aur log aapke peeche khade hogaye. Phir Aap ﷺ ne quraan Majeed ki aayatein padhi aur ruku kiya. Aapke peeche tamaam log bhi ruku me chale gaye. Phir Aap ne apna sir uthaya. Phir isi haalat me Aap ulte paaon peeche hate. Phir zameen par sajdah kiya. Phir member par dobara tashreef laaye aur qiraat ruku ki, phir ruku se sir uthaya aur qibla hi ki taraf ruq kiye hue peeche laute aur zameen par sajdah kiya. Ye hai member ka qissa. Imam Abu Abdullah Buqhari ne kaha ke Ali bin Abdullah madeeni ne kaha ke mujh se imam Ahmad bin Hanbal ne is hadees ko poocha. Ali ne kaha ke mera maqsad ye hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ namaz me logo se oonche maqam par khade hue the isliye is me koi harj na hona chahiye ke imaam moqtadiyon se oonchi jagah par khada ho.

Anas bin Malik r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ (5 hijri) me ghode se gir gaye the. Jis se aapki pindali ya kandha zakhmi hogaye aur Aap ne ek mahine tak apni biwiyo ke paas na jaane ki qasam khayi. Aap apne balakhane par baith gaye. Jiske zeene khajoor ke tano se banaye gaye the. Sahaba r.a. mizaj purai ko aaye. Aap  ne inhe baith kar namaz padhayi aur wo khade the. Jab Aap ﷺ ne salaam phera to farmaya ke imaam is liye hai ke iski pairwi ki jaaye . Pas jab wo takbeer kahe to tum bhi takbeer kaho, aur jab wo ruku me jaaye to tum bhi ruku me jaao, aur jab wo sajdah kare to tum bhi sajdah karo aur agar khade hokar tumhe namaz padhaye to tum bhi khade hokar namaz padho aur Aap unattees din baad neeche tashreef laaye, to logo ne kaha: Ya Rasoolullah ﷺ! Aap ne to ek mahine ke liye qasam khayi thi. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke ye mahina unattees din ka hai.

(19) Chapter: If the clothes of a prayer person in prostration touched his wife [would that make his Salat (prayer) invalid]?

Hazrat maimoona r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ namaz padhte aur haiza hone ke bawajood mai unke saamne hoti, aksar jab Aap ﷺ sajdah karte to Aap ﷺ ka kapda mujhe choo jaate. Unhone kaha ke Aap ﷺ (khajoor ke Patton se bane hue ek chote se ) musalle par namaz padhte the.

(20) Chapter: To offer As-Salat (the prayers) on the Hasir (a mat that is made of the leaves of date-palm trees and is as long as or longer than a man's stature

Hazrat Anas bin Malik r.a. se riwayat hai ke inki nani maleka ne Rasoolullah ﷺ ko khana tayyar karke khane ke liye bulaya. Aap ﷺ ne khane ke baad farmaya ke aao tumhe namaz padhadu. Anas r.a. ne kaha ke mai ne apne ghar se ek boriya uthaya jo kasrate istemaal se kaala hogaya tha. Mai ne is par paani chidka . Phir Rasoolullah ﷺ namaz ke liye (is boriye par) khade hogaye aur mai aur ek yateem ( Rasoolullah ﷺ ke ghulaam Abu zameerah ke ladke zameerah) Aap ke peeche saff baandh kar khade hogaye aur boodhi aurat (Anas r.a. ki nani maleka) hamre peeche khadi hui. Phir Rasoolullah ﷺ ne hume do rakaat namaz padhayi aur wapas ghar tashreef le gaye.

Pas jab wo iska iqraar karlein aur hamari tarah namaz padhne lagein aur hamare qible ki taraf namaz me muh karein aur hamare zabeeha ko khane lagein to inka khoon aur inke amwaal ham par haraam hogaye . Magar kisi haqq ke badle aur (baatin me) inka hisaab Allah par rahega.

Phir iske wahi huqooq hai jo aam musalmano ke hai aur iski wahi zimmedariyan hai jo aam musalmano par hai.

Hazrat Anas bin Malik r.a. ne Nabi kareem ﷺ se naqal karke hadees bayan ki.

Hazrat Abu Ayub Ansaari r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya jab tum qazaye haajat ke liye jaao to is waqt na qible ki taraf muh karo aur na peeth Karo. Balke mashriq ya maghrib ki taraf is waqt apna muh karliya karo. Abu Ayyub ne farmaya ke ham jab shaam me aaye to yaha ke bait ul qala qibla ruq bane hue the. (Jab him qazaye haajat ke liye jaate) to ham mud jaate aur Allah azzawajal se isteghfaar karte the.

(30) Chapter: The Statement of Allah " And take you (people) the Maqam (place) of Ibrahim (Abraham) (or the stone on which Abrahim stood while he was building the Kabah as a place of prayer (for some of your Salat e.g., two Raka after the Tawaf of Kabah)"

Umru bin Deenar ne kaha, ham ne Abdullah bin Umar r.a. se ek aise shaks ke baare me poocha jis ne baithullah ka tawwaf Umrah ke liye kiya lekin safa aur marwah ki sayi nahi ki, kya aisa shaks (baithullah ke tawwaf ke baad) apni biwi se sohbat karsakta hai? Aap ne jawab diya ke Nabi karim ﷺ tashreef laaye Aap ne saat martaba baithullah ka tawwaf kiya aur maqam e Ibrahim ke paas do rakaat namaz padhi, phir safa aur marwah ki sayi ki aur tumhare liye Nabi kareem ﷺ ki zindagi behtereen namoona hai. " (Al Ahzab 21) jab bhi ye masla poocha gaya to Aap ne yahi farmaya ke wo biwi ke qareeb bhi is waqt tak na jaaye jab tak safa aur marwah ki sayi na karley.

Vol. 1, Book 8, hadees 395, 396.

Mujahid se riwayat hai ke unhone kaha ke Ibn e Umar r.a. ki khidmat me ek aadmi aaya aur kehne laga, aye lo ye Rasoolullah ﷺ aan pahunche aur Aap kaabe ke andar dakhil hogaye . Ibn e Umar r.a. ne kaha ke mai jab aaya to Nabi karim ﷺ kaabe se nikal chuke the, mai ne dekha ke Bilal r.a. dono darwazon ke saamne khade hai. Mai ne Bilal r.a. se poocha ke kya Nabi karim ﷺ ne kaabe ke andar namaz padhi hai? Unhone kaha ke haan! Do rakat in do sutuno ke darmiyaan padhi thi, jo kaabe me daakhil hote waqt baayein taraf waqe hai. Phir jab baher tashreef laaye to kaabe ke saamne do rakaat namaz ada farmaayi.

Hazrat Ibn e Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai ke jab Nabi karim ﷺ kaabe ke andar tashreef le gaye to iske charo kono me Aap ﷺ ne dua ki aur namaz nahi padhi. Phir jab baher tashreef laaye to do rakaat namaz kaabe ke saamne padhi aur farmaya ke yahi qibla hai.

(31) Chapter: [During the obligatory Salat (prayers)] one should face the Qiblah (Kabah at Makkah) wherever one may be

Hazrat Baraa bin Aazib r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne solah ya satrah maah tak bait ul Muqaddas ki taraf muh karke namazein padhein. Aakhir Allah ne ye aayat naazil farmaayi" ham Aap ka aasmaan ki taraf baar baar chehra uthana dekhte hai. Phir Aap ne kaabe ki taraf muh karliya aur ahmaqom ne jo yahoodi the kehna shuru kiya ke inhe agle qible se kis cheez ne pher diya. Aap farma dijiye ke Allah hi ki milkiyat hai mashriq aur maghrib, Allah jisku chahta hai seedhe raaste ki hidayat kar deta hai. (Jab qibla badla to ) ek shaks ne Nabi kareem ﷺ ke saath namaz padhi phir Namaz ke baad wo chala aur ansaar ki ek jamaat par iska guzar hua jo asr ki namaz Baut ul Muqaddas ki taraf muh karke padh rahe the. Is shaks ne kaha ke mai gawahi deta hu ke mai ne Nabi kareem ﷺ ke saath wo namaz padhi hai jisme Aap ne maujoodah qible (jaabe) ki taraf muh karke padhi hai.phir wo jamaat ( namaz ki haalat mein hi) mud gayi aur kaabe ki taraf muh karliya.

Hazrat Jabir r.a. se riwayat hai ke unhone farmaya ke Nabi kareem ﷺ apni sawaari par khwah iska ruq kisi taraf ho (nafil) namaz padhte the lekin jab farz Namaz padhna chahte to sawaari se utar jaate aur qible ki taraf muh karke namaz padhte .

Vol. 1, Book 8, hadees 400.

Hazrat Abdullah ibne Masood r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne namaz padhayi. Ibrahim ne kaha mujhe nahi maloom ke namaz me ziyadati hui ya kami . Phir jab Aap ﷺ ne salaam phera to Aap ﷺ se kaha gaya ke Ya Rasoolullah ﷺ!kya namaz me koi naya hukm aaya hai? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya aakhir kya baat hai? Logon ne kaha Aap ne itni itni rakatein padhi hai. Ye sun kar Aap ﷺ ne apne dono paaon phere aur qible ki taraf muh karliya aur (sahu ke) do sajde kiye aur salaam phera. Phir hamari taraf mutawajjah hue aur farmaya ke agar namaz me koi naya hukm naazil hua hota to mai tumhe pahle hi zaroor keh deta lekin mai to tumhare hi jaisa aadmi hu, jis tarah tum bhoolte ho mai bhi bhool jaata hun. Is liye jab mai bhool jaaya karu to tum mujhe yaad dikaaya karo agar kisi ko namaz me shak hojaaye to is waqt theek baat soch le aur isi ke mutabiq namaz poori kare  phir salaam pher kar do sajde (sahu ke) karle.

Vol. 1, Book 8, hadees 401.

(32) Chapter: What has been said about (facing) the Qiblah (Kabah at Makkah) and wherever considered that there was no need to repeat the Salat (prayer) if someone offered prayers by mistake facing a direction other than that of the Qiblah

Anas bin Malik r.a. se riwayat hai ke Umar r.a. ne farmaya ke meri teen baaton me jo mere muh se nikla mere Rub ne waisa hi hukm farmaya . Mai ne kaha tha ke ya Rasoolullah! Agar ham muqam e Ibrahim ko namaz padhne ki jagah bana saktey to acha hota. Is par ye aayat naazil hiwi. "Aur tum maqam e Ibrahim ko namaz padhne ki jagah banalo". Doosri aayat parde ke baare ne hai . Mai ne kaha tha ke ya Rasoolullah ﷺ, kaash! Aap apni auraton ko parde ka hukm dete, kyunke in se ache aur bure har tarah ke log baat karte hai. Is par parde ki aayat naazil hui aur ek martaba aanhuzoor ﷺ ki biwiyaaan josh o kharosh se me Aap ki khidmat mw ittefaaq karje kuch mutalibaat lekar haazir hui. Mai ne inse kaha ke hosakta hai je Allah paak tumhe talaaq dila de aur tumhare badle tum se behtar muslimah biwiyaaan apne rasool ﷺ ko inayat karein, to ye aayat naazil hui "*******"

Hazrat sayeed ibme avi maryam ne kaha ke mujhe Yahya bin Ayyub ne khabar di, kaha ke ham se hameed ne bayan kiya, kaha mai ne Hazrat Anas r.a. se ye hadees suni. ۔

Vol. 1, Book 8, hadees 403.

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar se riwayat hai ke log qubaa me fajr ki namaz padh rahe the ke itne me ek aane wala aaya. Is ne bataya ke Rasoolullah ﷺ par kal wahi nazil hui hai aur inhe kaabe ki taraf (namaz me) muh karne ka hukm hogaya hai.chunanache in logo ne bhi kaabe ki jaanib muh karliye jab ke is waqt wo shaam ki jaanib muh kiye hue the, isliye wo sub kaabe ki jaanib ghoom ghoom gaye.

Vol. 1, Book 8, hadees 404.

Hazrat Abdullah se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne (bhoole se) zuhr ki namaz (ek martaba) paanch rakaat padhi hai. Abdullah bin Masood r.a. ne farmaya ke phir Aap ne apne paaon mod liye aur (sahu ke) do sajde kiye.

(33)Chapter: To scrape off the sputum from the mosque with the hand (using some tool or other, or using n tool)

Hazrat Anas bin Malik r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne qible ki taraf (deewar par) balgham dekha, jo Aap ﷺ ko nagawar guzra aur ye naagaari Aap ﷺ ke chehre mubarak par dikhayi dene lagi. Phor Aap ﷺ uthe aur khud apne haath se ise khurach daala aur farmaya ke jab koi shaks namaz ke liye khada hota hai to goya wo apne Rab ke sath sargoshi karta hai, ya yun farmaya ke iska Rab iske aur qible ke darmiyaan hota y. Isliye koi shaks (namaz me apne) qible ki taraf na thuke  . Albatta bayein taraf ya apne qadmo ke neeche thuk sakta hai. Phir Aap ﷺ ne apni chadar ka kinara liya, is par thuka phir isku ulat palat kiya aur farmaya, ya is tarah karliya karo.

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne qible ki deewar par thuk dekha, Aap ﷺ ne ise khurach daala phir (Aap ﷺ ne) logo se khitaab kiya aur farmaya ke jab koi shaks namaz me ho to apne muh ke saamne na thuke kyunke namaz me muh ke saamne Allah azzawajal hote hai.

Hazrat Ayesha Ummul Momineen r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne qible ki deewar par reent ya thook ya balgham dekha to ise Aap ﷺ ne khurach daala.

34)Chapter: To scrape the nasal secretion off the mosque with gravel

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. aur Hazrat Abu Sayeed Khudri r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne masjid ki deewar par balgham dekha, phir Rasoolullah ﷺ ne ek kankri li aur ise saaf kar diya. Phir farmaya ke jab tum me se koi shaks thuke to ise apne muh ke saamne ya daaye taraf nahi thukna chahiye, albatta bayein taraf ya apne paao ke neeche thuk le.

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. aur Hazrat Abu Sayeed Khudri r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ne ek kankri se ise khurach daala aur farmaya agar tum me se kisi ko thukna ho to ise apne chehre ke saamne ya apne daayen taraf na thuka karo, albatta apne bayein taraf ya apne baayein qadam ke neeche thuk sakte ho.

Hazrat Anas bin Malik r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne farmaya momin jab namaz me jota hai to wo apne Rab se sargoshi karta hai. Isliye wo apne saamne ya daaye taraf na thuke, haan baayein taraf ya paaon ke neeche thuk le.

Hazrat Sayeed Khudri r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne masjid ke qible ki deewar par balgham dekha to Aap ﷺ ne ise kankri se khurach daala. Phir farmaya ke koi shaks saamne ya daaye taraf na thuke, albatta bayein taraf ya bayein paaon ke neeche thuk lena chahiye.

(39)Chapter: If the spit or sputum comes out suddenly then one should spit in the corner of one's garment

Hazrat Anas bin Malik r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne qible ki taraf (deewar par) balgham dekha to Aap ﷺ ne khud ise khurach daala aur Aap ﷺ ki nakhushi ko mahsoos kiya gaya ya (raawi ne is tarah bayan kiya ke) iski wajah se Aap ﷺ ki shadeed naagaari ko mehsoos kiya gaya. Phir Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke jab koi shaks namaz ke liye khada hota hai to wo apne Rab se sargoshi karta hai, ya ye ke iska Rab iske aur qible ke darmiyaan hota hai. Isliye qible ki taraf na thuka karo, albatta bayein taraf ya qadam ke neeche thuk liya karo. Phor Aap ﷺ ne apni chadar ka ek kona (kinara) liya, is me thuka aur chadar ki ek teh ko doosri teh par pher liya aur farmaya, ya is tarah kar kiya kare.

(40) Chapter: Preaching of the Imam to the people regarding the proper offering of As-Salat (the prayers) and the mention of the Qiblah (Kabah at Makkah)

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya, kya tumhara ye qayal hai ke mera muh (namaz me) qible ki taraf hai, Allah ki qasam mujh se na tumhara khushu chupta hai na ruku, mai apni peeth ke peeche se tumku dekhta rehta hun.

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne in ghodon ko jinhe (jihaad ke liye) tayyar kiya gaya tha maqam hafiya se daud karayi, is daud ki hadd saniyatul widaa thi aur jo ghode abhi tayyar nahi hue the inki daud saniyatul widaa se masjid e bani Zareeq tak karayi. Abdullah bin Umar r.a. ne bhi is ghode daud me shirkat ki thi.

(42) Chapter: The distribution (of goods or wealh) and the hanging of a cluster of dates in the mosque.

Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ke paas Bahrain se raqm aayi. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke ise masjid me daal do aur ye raqm is tamaam raqm se zyada thi jo ab tak Aap ﷺ ki khidmat me aachuki thi.phir Aap ﷺ namaz ke liye tashreef laaye aur iski taraf koi tawajjo nahi farmaayi. Jab Aap ﷺ namaz poori kar chuke to aakar maal (raqm) ke paas baith gaye aur ise taqseem karna shuru farma diya. Is waqt jise bhi Aap ﷺ dekhte ise ata farma dete. Itne me Hazrat Abbas r.a. haazir hue aur bole ke ya Rasoolullah! Mujhe bhi ata kijiye kyunke mai ne (ghazwa e badr) me apna bhi fidya diya tha aur aqeel ka bhi (isliye mai zer baar hu) rasool kareem ﷺ ne farmaya ke le lijiye. Unhone apne kapde me ropiya bhar liyw aur ise uthane ki koshish ki lekin (wazan ki ziyadati ki wajah se) wo na utha sake aur kehne lage ) Ya Rasoolullah! Kisi ko farmaiye ke wo uthane me meri madad kare. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya nahi (ye nahi hosakta) . Unhone kaha ke phir Aap hi uthwa dijiye. Aap ﷺ ne is par bhi inkaar kiya, tub Hazrat Abbas r.a. ne is me se thoda sa gira diya aur baaqi ko uthane ki koshish ki, (lekin ab bhi na utha sake) phir farmaya ke ya Rasoolullah! Kisi ko meri madad karne ka hukm dijiye  . Aap ﷺ ne inkaar farmaya to unhone kaha ke phir Aap hi uthwa dijiye. Lekin Aap ﷺ ne is se bhi inkaar farma diya, tub unhone is me se thoda sa ropiya gira diya aur ise utha kar apne kaandhe par rakh liya aur chalne lage, Rasoolullah ﷺ ko in ki is hirs par itna tajjub huwa ke Aap ﷺ is waqt tak unki taraf dejhte rahe jab tak wo hamari nazro se gayab nahi hogaye aur Aap ﷺ bhi waha se is waqt tak na uthe jab tak ke ek chawanni bhi baaqi rahi

Mai khada hogaya to Aanhazrat ﷺ ne mujh se poocha ke kya tujh ko Abu Talha ne bheja hai? Mai ne kaha ji haan. Aap ﷺ ne pucha khane ke liye? (Bulaya hai) mai ne arz ki ke ji haan! Tub Aap ﷺ ne apne qareeb maujoodah logo se farmaya ke chalo, sub hazraat chalne lage aur mai inke aage aage chal raha tha

44)Chapter: To give the judicial verdicts in the mosque and to perform the Al-Lian between men and women (husbands and wives) there

Sahl bin Saadi r.a. se riwayat hai ke ek shaks ne kaha, ya Rasoolullah! Is shaks ke baare me farmaaiye jo apni biwi ke saath kisi gair mard ko (badfaali karte hue) dekhta hai, kys ise maar daale? Aakhir is mard ne apni biwi ke saath masjid me laan kiya aur is waqt mai maujood tha.

(45)Chapter: If someone enters a house, should he offer prayers where he likes, or as he is told? And he should not look out to seek information about the place or do spying

Utbaan bin Malik r.a. (jo nabeena the) se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne poocha ke tum apne ghar me kaha pasand karte ho ke tumhare liye Namaz padhu. Utbaan ne bayan kiya ke mai ne ek jagah ki taraf ishara kiya. Phir Nabi kareem ﷺ ne takbeer kahi aur ham ne Aap ﷺ ke peeche saff baandhi phir Aap ﷺ ne do rakaat namaz (nafl) padhayi.

46) Chapter: About (taking) the mosques in the houses

Ibn Shahab r.a. se riwayat hai ke utbaan bin Malik Ansaari r.a. Rasoolullah ﷺ ke sahabi aur ghazwa badr me hazir hone walon me se the, wo Nabi kareem ﷺ ki khidmat me haazir hue aur kaha ya Rasoolullah! Meri beenayi me kuch farq aagaya hai aur mai apni qaum ke logo ko namaz padhaya Karta hoon lekin jab barsaat ka mausam aata hai to mere aur meri qaum ke darmiyaan jo waadi hai wo bhar jaati hai aur behne lag jaati hai aur mai inhe namaz padhane ke lie masjid tak nahi jasakta . Ya Rasoolullah! Meri khwahishat hai ke Aap mere ghar tashreef laaye aur (kisi jagah) namaz padhdein  taake mai ise namaz padhme ki jagah bana loon. Raawi ne kaha ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne utbaan r.a. se farmaya, insha Allah mai tumhari is khwahish ko poora karoonga. Utbaan ne kaha ke (doosre din) Rasoolullah ﷺ aur Abubakr Siddiq r.a. jab din chadha to dono tashreef le aaye aur Rasoolullah ﷺ ne andar aane ki ijazat chaji, mai  e ijazat de di . Jab Aap ghar me tashreef laaye To baithe bhi nahi aur poocha ke tum apne ghar ke kis hisse me mujh se namaz padhne ki khwahish rakhte jo. Utbaan ne kaha ke mai ne ghar me ek kone ki taraf ishara kiya, to Rasoolullah ﷺ (is jagah) khade hue aur takbeer kahi , ham bhi Aap ﷺ ke peeche khade hogaye aur saff baandhipas Aap ne do rakaat (nafl) namaz padhayi phir salaam phera. Utbaan ne kaha ke ham ne Aap ko rhodi der ke liye roka air Aap ki khidmat me haleem pesh kiya jo Aap hi ke liye tayyar kiya gaya tha. Utbaan ne kaha ke mohalle walin ka ek mujma ghar me lag gaya aur mujma me se ek shaks bola ke Malik bin dakshan ya (ye kaha) ibn dakshan dikhayi nahi deta. Is par kisi doosre ne keh diya ke wo to mibafiq hai jise khida aut rasool se koi muhabbat nahi. Rasoolullah ﷺ ne ye sunkar farmaya ausa mat kaho, kya tum dekhte nahi ke is neلا إله إلا الله

Kaha hai aur is se maqsood khalis khuda ki razamandi haasil karna hai. Tab munafiqat ka ilzaam lagane wala bola ke Allah aur iske rasool ko zyada ilm hai , ham to bazahir iski taujihaat aur dosti munafiko hi ke sath dekhte hai  Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya ke Allah taala  ne  «لا إله إلا الله» kehne wale par agar iska maqsad khalis Allah ki raza haasil karna ho to dozakh ki aag haraam karsi gayi hai  . Ibn shahab nr kaha ke phir mai ne mahmood se sunkar husain bin Mohammed ansaari se jo banu saalim ke shariff logo me se hai (is hadees ) ke mutaliq poocha to unhone iski tasdeeq ki aur kaha ke mahmood sacha hai.

47)Chapter: While entering the mosques etc. one should start with the right foot

Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺapne tamaam kaamo me jahan tak mumkin hota dayein taraf se shuru karne ko pasand farmaate the. Taharat ke waqt bhi,  kangha karne aur joota pahenne me bhi.

(48)Chapter: Is it permissible to dig the graves of pagans of the period of Ignorance, and to use that place as a mosque?

Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se ye khabar pahunchayi ke umme habeeba aur umme salma r.a. dono ne ek kalesa ka zikr kiya jise unhone habsha me dekha to os me moortein (tasweerein) thi. Unhone is ka tazkirah Nabi karim ﷺ se bhi kiya . Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke inka ye qaidah tha ke agar in ne koi nekukaar (nek) shaks mar jaata to wo log iski qabr par masjid banate aur is me yahi mooratein (tasweerein) bana dete , pus ye log khuda ki dargaah me qayamat ke din tamam maqlookh me bure honge.

Hazrat Anas bin Malik r.a. se riwayat hai ke jab Nabi kareem ﷺ madina tashreef laaye to yahan ke buland hisse me bani umru bin auf ke hahan utrey aur yahan chaubees raatein qiyaam farmaya. Phir Aap ﷺ ne banu najaar ko bula bheja, to wo log talwaren latkaaye hue aaye. Anas r.a. ne kaha , hoya meri nazron ke saamne Nabi kareem ﷺ apni sawaari par tashreef farma hai, jab ke Abu Bakr Siddiq r.a. Aap ﷺ ke peeche baithe hue hai air Banu najaar ke log Aap ﷺ ke chaaron taraf hai. Yahan tak ke Aap ﷺ Abu Ayyub ke ghar ke saamne utre aur Aap ﷺ ye pasand karte the ke jahan bhi namaz ka waqt aajaye fauran namaz ada karlen. Aap bakriyon ke baadon me bhi namaz padh lete the, phir Aap ne yahan masjid banane ke liye hukm farmaya. ۔ Chuna che Banu najaar ke logo ko Aap ﷺ ne bulwakar farmaya ke aye Banu najaar! Tum apne baagh ki qeemat mujh se lelo. Unhone jawaab diya : nahi ya Rasoolullah! Iski qeemat ham sirf Allah se maangte hai. Anas r.a. ne bayan kiya ke mai jaisa ke tumhe bata raha tha yahan mushrikeen ki qabrein thi, is baagh me ek weeraan jagah thi aur kuch khajoor ke darakht bhi the pus Nabi kareem ﷺ ne mushrikeen ki qabron ko ukhadwa diya , weerane ko saaf saaf aur barabar karaya aur darakhton ko katwa kar inki lakdiyon ko masjid ke qible ki jaanib bicha diya aur patharon ke zariye inhe mazboot bana diya. Sahaba pathar uthate hue rijz padhte the aur Nabi kareem ﷺ bhi inke sath the aur ye keh rahe the ke Aye Allah! Aakhirat ke fayde ke alawa aur koi faayda nahi pus ansaaar o muhajireen ki maghfirat farmaana.

(49) Chapter: To offer As-Salat (the prayer) in a sheep-fold

Hazrat Anas bin Malik r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ bakriyon ke baadon me namaz padhte the. Abu altiyaah ya sheeba ne kaha, phir mai ne Anas ko ye kehte hue suna ke Nabi kareem ﷺ bakriyon ke baade me masjid ki taameer se pahle namaz padha karte the.

Hazrat Ubaidullah ne Nafae ke wastey se kaha, ke mai ne ibn Umar r.a. ko apne oont ki taraf namaz padhte dekha aur unhone farmaya ke mai ne Nabi kareem ﷺ ko isi tarah namaz padhte dekha tha

(51) Chapter: whoever offered Salat (prayer) with furnace or fire or any other worshipable thing in front of him but he intended Salat solely for Allah

Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone kaha ke chand grihan hua to Nabi kareem ﷺ ne namaz padhi aur farmaya ke mujhe (aaj) dozakh dikhayi gayi, is se zyada bhayanak manzar mai ne kabhi nahi dekha.

Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai ke Hazrat Umme Salma r.a. ne Aanhazrath ﷺ se ek girje ka zikr kiya jisku unhone Habash ke mulk me dekha , iska naam maariya yha. Is me jo moortein dekhi thi wo bayaan ki. Is par Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya ke ye aise log the ke agar in me se koi nek banda (ya ye farmaya ke) nek aadmi mar jaata to iski qabr par masjid banate aur is me ye but rakhte  ye log Allah ke nazdeek saari maqlooqaat se badtar hai

Hazrat Ayesha r.a. aur Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas r.a. ne bayan kiya ke jab Nabi kareem ﷺ marz ul wafaat me mubtila hue to Aap ﷺ apni chaadar ko baar baar chehre par daalte. Jab kuch afaqa hota to apne mubarak chehre se chadar hata dete. Aap ﷺ ne isi izteraab o pareshani ki halat me farmaya, " yahood o nasara par Allah ki phitkaar ho ke unhone apne anbiya ki qabron ko masjid bana liya." Aap ﷺ ye farma kar ummat ko aise kaamo se darate the.

(56) Chapter: The sayings of the Prophet (pbuh) "The earth has been made for me a Masjid (place for praying) and a thing to purify (to perform Tayammum).

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya. Mujhe paanch aisi cheeze ata ki gayi hai jo mujh se pahle anbiya ko nahi di gayi thi  . 1. Ek mahine ki raah se mera roob dalkar meri madad ki gayi. 2. Mere liye tamaam zameen me namaz padhne aur paaki haasil karne ki ijazat hai. Isliye meri ummat ke jis aadmi ki namaz ks waqt (Jahan bhi) aajaye ise (wahin) namaz padh Leni chahiye . 3. Mere liye maal e ganeemat halaal kiya gaya. 4. pahle anbiya khaas qaumo ki hidayath ke liye bheje jaate the. Lekin mujhe duniya ke tamaam insaano ki hidayath ke liye bheja gaya hai. 5. Mujhe shafaat ata ki gayi hai

(57) Chapter: Sleeping of a woman in the mosque (and residing in it)

Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai ke arab ke kisi qabeele ki ek kaali laundi thi. Unhone ise azaad kar diya tha aur wo inhe ke sath rehti tji. Is ne bayan kiya ke ek dafah inki ek ladki (jo dulhan thi) nahane ko nikli, iska kamar band surq tismo ka tha, iane wo kamar band utaar kar rakhdiya ya iske badan se gir gaya. Phir is taraf se ek cheel guzri jahan kamar band pada tha. Cheel ise (surq rang ki wajah se) gosht samajh kar jhapat le gayi. Baad me qabeela walon ne ise bahut talash kiya, lekin kahin na mila. In logo ne iski tahmat mujh par laga di aur meri talaashi leni shuru kar di, yaha tak ke unhone iski sharam gaah tak ki talaashi li.is ne bayan kiya ke Allah ki qasam mai inke saath isi haalat me khadi thi ke wahi cheel aayi aur isne unka wo kamar band gira diya. Wo inke saamme hi gira. Mai ne (ise dekh kar) kaha yahi to tha jiski tum mujh par tohmat lagate the. Tum logo ne mujh pat iska ilzaam lagaya tha halaanke mai is se paak thi. Yahi to hai wo kamar band! Is (laundi) ne kaha ke iske naad mai Rasoolullah ﷺ ki khidmat me haazir hui aur islaam laayi. Hazrat Ayesha r.a. ne bayan kiya ke is ke liye masjid e nabvi me ek bada kheema laga diya gaya. (Ya ye kaha ke) chota sa kheema laga diya gaya. Hazrat Ayesha r.a. ne bayan kiya ke wo laundi mere paas aati aur mujh se baatein kiya karti thi. Jab bhi wo mere paas aati to ye zaroor kahti ke kamar band ka din hamare Rab ki ajeeb nishaniyo me se hai. Is ne mujhe kufr ke mulk se nijaat di. Hazrat Ayesha r.a. farmati hai ke mai ne is se kaha , aakhir baat kya hai? Jab bhi tum mere paas baithti ho to ye baat zaroor kahti jo. Aap ne bayan kiya ke phir is ne mujhe ye kissa sunaya.

Abdullah bin Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke wo apni naujawaani me jab ke inke biwi bachhe nahi the Nabi kareem ﷺ ki masjid me soya karte the.

Hazrat Sahl bin Saad r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ Fathima r.a. ke ghar tashreef laaye dekha ke Hazrat Ali r.a. ghar me maujood nahi hai. Aap ﷺ ne daryaft farmaya ke tumhaare chacha ke bete kahan hai? Unhone bataya ke mere aur inke darmiyaan kuch naagaari pesh aagayi aur wo mujh par khafa hokar kahin baher chale gaye hai aur mere yaha qailullah bhi nahi kiya hai. Iske baad Rasoolullah ﷺ ne ek shakhs se kaha ke Ali r.a. ko talaash karo ke kahan hai? Wo aaue aur bataya ke masjid me soye hue hai. Phir Nabi kareem ﷺ tashreef laaye. Hazrat Ali r.a. lete hue the, chadar Aap ﷺ ke pehlu se gir gayi thi aur jism par mitti lag gayi thi . Rasoolullah ﷺ jism se dhool jhad rahe the aur farma rahe the utho Abu Turaab utho.

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai, Aap r.a. farmaate hai ke mai ne sattar ashaab e suffah ko dekha ke in me koi aisa na tha jiske paas chadar ho. Faqat tahband hota, ya raat ko odhne ka kapda jinhe ye log apni gardano se baandh letey. Ye kapde kisi ke aadhi pindli tak aate aur kisi ke takhno tak. Ye hazraat in kapdo ko is khayal se ke kahin shatamgaah na khul jaaye apne haatho se samete rahte the .

(59) Chapter: To offer As-Salat (the prayer) whe returning from a journey

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. se riwayat hai, wo kehte hai ke mai Nabi kareem ﷺ ki khidmat me haazir huwa. Aap ﷺ is waqt masjid me tashreef farma rahe the. Musayyir ne kaha mera khayal hai ke muharibne chasht ka waqt bataya tha. Huzoor Akram ﷺ ne farmaya ke (pahle) do rakaat namaz padh aur mera Aanhazrat ﷺ par kuch qarz thq. Jise Aap ﷺ ne ada kiya aur zyada hi diya .

(60) Chapter: If one entered a mosque, one should offer two Rak'a (Tahayyat-al-Masjid) before sitting

Hazrat Abu Qatadah Salmi r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya jab tum me se koi shakhs masjid me daakhil ho to baithne se pahle do rakaat namaz padh le.

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya jab tak tum apne musalle par Jahan tum ne namaz padhi thi, baithe raho aur riyaah kharij na karo to malaaika tum par barabar darood bhejte rahte hai. Kehte hai"«اللهم اغفر له اللهم ارحمه» "Aye Allah! Iski maghfirat keejiye, Aye Allah! Is par rehm kijiye".

62) Chapter: The construction of (the prophet's pbuh) mosque

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ke zamane me masjid e nabvi kscchi eenton se banayi gayi thi. Iski chatt khajoor ki shaqon ki thi aur sutoon iski kadiyon ke. Hazrat Abu Bakr r.a. ne isme kisi qism ki ziyadati nahi ki. Albattah Hazrat Umar r.a. ne ise badhaya aur iski taameer Rasoolullah ﷺ ki banayi hui bunyadon ke mutabiq kacchi eenton aur khajooron ki shaqon se ki aur iske sutoon bhi kadiyon hi ke rakhe.  Phir Hazrat Usman r.a. ne iski imaarat ko badal diya aur isme bahut si ziyadati ki. Iski deeware munqash patharon aut guch se banayein. Iske sutoon bhi munqash patharo se banwaye aur chatt sagwaan se banayi.

63) Chapter: To co-operate in building a mosque

Hazrat ikrama bayan karte hai ke mujh se aur apne sahebzaade ali se ibn abbas r.a. ne kaha ke abu Sayeed khudri r.a. ki khidmat me jao aur inki ahadees suno.ham gaye. Dekha ke Abu Sayeed khudri r.a. apne baagh ko durust kar rahe the. ham ko dekh kar Aap ne apni chadar sanbhaali aur got maar kar baith gaye. Phir ham se hadees bayan karne lage. Jab masjid e nabvi banane ka zikr aaya to Aap ne bataya ke ham to (masjid ke banane me hissa lete waqt) ek ek eent uthate. Lekin Ammaar do do eentein utha rahe the. Aanhazrath ﷺ ne inhe dekha to inke badan se mitti jhaadne lage aur farmaya, afsoos! Ammaar ko ek baaghi jamaat qatal karegi. Jise Ammaar jannat ki dawat dengey aur wo jamaat Ammaar ko jahannum ki dawat de rahi hogi. Abu Sayeed khudri r.a. ne bayan kiya ke Hazrat Ammaar r.a. kehte the ke mai fitno se khuda ki panaah maangta hu.

Hazrat Sahl r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne ek aurat ke paas ek aadmi bheja ke wo apne badhayi ghulaam se kahe ke mere liye (member) lakdiyo ki takhtiyon se bana de jin par mai baitha karu

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. se riwayat hai ke ek aurat ne kaha ya Rasoolullah ﷺ! Kya mai Aap ke liye koi aisi cheez na banadu jis par Aap ﷺ baitha kare? Mera ek badhayi ghulaam bhi hai. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya agar tu chahe to member banwade.

(65) Chapter: (The superiority of) whoever built a mosque

Hazrat bakeer bin Abdullah r.a. se riwayat hai ke unhone Hazrat Usman bin Affan r.a. se suna ke masjid e nabvi ki taameer ke mutaliq logo ki baton ko sun kar Aap ne farmaya ke tum logo ne bahut zyada baatein ki hai. Halaanke mai ne Nabi Akram ﷺ se suna hai ke jis ne masjid banayi bakeer (raawi) ne kaha mera khayal hia ke Aap ne ye bhi farmaya ke is se maqsood Allah taala ki raza ho, to Allah taala aisa hi ek makaan jannat me iske liye banayega.

Allah ke Rasool ﷺ ki taraf se (mushrikon ko ashaar me) jawab do aur aye Allah! Hisaan ki rooh ul qudus ke zariye madad kar. Abu Huraira r.a. ne farmaya, haan (mai gawah hoon. Beshak mai ne huzur ﷺ se ye Suna hai.

Is waqt habsha ke kuch log masjid me ( nezon se ) khel rahe the ( hathyaar chalane ki mashq kar rahe the) . Rasoolullah ﷺ ne mujhe apni chadar me chupa liya taake mai inka khel dekh saku. Ek aur riwayat me hai , ke Hazrat Ayesha r.a. ne Nabi kareem ﷺ ko dekha jubke habsha ke log chote nezon (bhaalon) se masjid me khel rahe the

(70) Chapter: Mentioning about sales and purchases on the pulpit in the mosque

Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai ke, Aap r.a. ne farmaya ke Bareerah r.a. (laundi) in se apni kitabat k baare me madad lene aayi. Hazrat Ayesha r.a. ne kaha tum chaho to mai tumhare maalikon ko ye raqam de doon (aur tumhe azaad karadu) aur tumhara wala'a ka taluq mujh se qayam ho . Aur Bareerah ke aaqaon ne kaha (Ayesha r.a. se) ke agar Aap chahein to jo qeemat baqi rah gayi hai wo de dein aur wala'a ka talluk ham se qaayem rahega. Rasoolullah ﷺ jab tashreef laaye to mai ne Aap ﷺ se is amr ka zikr kiya. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke tum Bareerah ko khareed kar azaad karo aur wala'a ka taluq to usi ko haasil ho sakta hai jo azaad karaye . Phir Rasoolullah ﷺ member par tashreef laaye. Sufiyan ne (is hadees ko bayan karte hue) ek martaba yun kaha ke phir Rasoolullah ﷺ member par chade aur farmaya. In logo ka kya haal hoga jo aisi sharait karte hai jinka talluq kitabullah se nahi hai. Jo shaks bhi koi aisi shart kare jo kitabullah me na ho iski koi haisiyat nahi hogi, agarche wo sau martaba karle.

(71)Chapter: Asking a debtor to repay what he owes and catching the debtor in the mosque

Abdullah bin kaab bin Malik r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone apne baap kaab bin Malik r.a. se ke unhone masjid e nabvi me Abdullah ibne Abi hardar se apne qarz ka taqaza kiya aur dono ki guftagoo buland aawazo se hone lagi . Yaha tak ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne bhi apne hujre se sun liya. Aap parda hata kar bahar tashreef laaye aur pukara. Kaab, kaab r.a. bole, ji huzoor farmaaiye kya irshaad hai? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke tum apne qarz me se itna kum kardo. Aap ka ishara tha ke aadha kum karden. Unhone kaha ya Rasoolullah! Mai ne (bakhushi) aisa kar diya. Phir Aap ﷺ ne ibne hardar se farmaya acha ab utho aur iska qarz ada kardo. (Jo adha maaf kardiya gaya hai).

(72)Chapter: Sweeping (cleaning) of the mosque and removing rags, dirt and sticks from it

Hazrat abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai ke ek habshi mard ya habshi aurat masjid e nabvi me jhadu diya karti thi. Ek din iska inteqaal hogaya to Rasoolullah ﷺ ne iske mutaliq daryaft farmaya. Logon ne bataya ke wo to inteqaal kar gayi. Aap ﷺ ne is par farmaya ke tum ne mujhe kyun na bataya, phir Aap ﷺ qabar par tashreef laaye aur is par namaz padhi.

Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai, Aap farmati hai ke jab surah al baqarah ki sood se mutaliq ayaat naazil hui to Nabi kareem ﷺ masjid me tashreef le gaye aur in ayaat ki logo ke saamne tilawat farmaayi. Phir farmaya ke sharaab ki tijarat haraam hai.

Hazrat abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai ke ek aurat ya mard masjid me jhadu diya karta tha. Abu rafe ne kaha, mera khayal hai ke wo aurat hi thi. Phir unhone Nabi kareem ﷺ ki hadees naqal ki ke Aap ﷺ ne iski kabr par namaz padhi.

75)Chapter: To fasten a prisoner or a debtor in the mosque

Hazrat abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne farmaya ke quzishtha raat ek sarkash jinn achanak mere paas aaya. Ya isi tarah ki koi baat Aap ne farmayi, wo meri namaz me qalal daal a chahta tha. Lekin Allah tabarak o ta'ala ne mujhe is par qaabu de diya aur mai ne socha ke majsid ke kisi sutoon ke sath ise baandh du taake Subah ko tum sub bhi ise dekh sako.phir mujhe apne bhai Sulaiman a.s. ki ye dua yaad aagayi (jo surah Saad me hai) "Aye mere Rab! Mujhe aisa mulk ata karna jo mere baad kisi ko haasil na ho". Raawi hadees Rooh ne bayan kiya ke Aanhazrat ﷺ ne is shaitaan ko zaleel karke dhutkaar diya.

(76) Chapter: To take a bath on embracing Islam and fasten a prisoner in the mosque

Hazrat abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne kuch sawaar najad ki taraf bheje (jo tedaad me tees the) ye log banu haneefah ke ek shaks ko jiska naam samama bin asaal tha pakad kar laaye. Unhone ise masjid ke ek sutoon me baandh diya. Phir Rasoolullah ﷺ tashreef laaye . Aur (teesre roz samama ki nek tabiyat dekhkar) Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke samama ko chod do  . (Rihayi ke baad) wo masjid e nabvi se kareeb ke khajoor ke baagh tak gaye. Aur waha ghusl kiya. Phir masjid me daakhil hue aur kaha  «أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدا رسول الله‏»

Mai gawahi deta hun ke Allah ke siwa koi maabood nahi aur ye ke Mohammad ﷺ sache rasool hai.

77) Chapter: To pitch a tent in the mosque for patients, etc

Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai ke ghazwaye khandaq me Saad r.a. ke baazu ki ek ragg (akhal) me zakhm aaya tha . In ke liye Nabi kareem ﷺ ne masjid me ek kheema nasab kara diya taake Aap khareeb rehkar inki dekh bhaal kiya karein. Masjid hi me bani ghaffar ke logo ka bhi ek kheema tha . Saad r.a. ke zakhm ka khoon (jo ragg se bakasrat nikal raha tha) behkar jab inke kheeme tak pahuncha to wo darr gaye. Unhone kaha ke aye kheeme walon! Tumhari taraf se ye kaisa khoon hamare kheeme tak aaraha hai? Phir inhe maloom hua ke ye khoon Saad r.a. ke zakhm se beh raha hai. Hazrat Saad r.a. ka isi zakhm ki wajah se inteqaal hogaya ۔

78) Chapter: To take the camel inside the mosque if necessary

Hazrat Ummul Momineen umme Salma r.a. se riwayat hai, wi kahti hai ke mai ne rasool kareem ﷺ se (hajjatul widaa me) apni beemari ka shikwa kiya (mai ne kaha ke mai paidal tawwaf nahi karsakti) to Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke logo ke peeche rah aur sawaar hokar tawwaf kar. Pas mai ne tawwaf kiya aur Rasoolullah ﷺ is waqt baithullah ke qareeb namaz me aayat  «والطور و کتاب مسطور» ki tilawat kar rahe the

Raat tareek thi aur dono ashaab ke paas roshan charaag ki tarah koi cheez thi jis se inke aagey aagey roshni phel rahi thi , pus jab wo dono ashaab ek doosre se juda hue to har ek ke saath ek ek charaag rah gaya jo ghar tak saath raha.

(80) Chapter: Al-Khaukhah (a small door) and a path in the mosque

Hazrat Abu Sayeed Khudri r.a. se riwayat hai ke ek dafah rasool kareem ﷺ ne khutba me farmaya ke Allah taala ne apne ek bande ko dunya aur aakhirat ke rehne me ikhtiyar diya (ke wo jisku chahe ikhtiyar kare) bande ne wo pasand kiya jo Allah ke paas hai yaani aakhirat. Ye sunkar Abu Bakr r.a. rone lage, mai ne apne dil me kaha ke agar khuda ne apne kisi bande ko dunya aur aakhirat me se kisi ko ikhtiyar karne ko kaha aur is bande ne aakhirat pasand karli to is me in buzurg ke rone ki kya wajah hai  lekin ye baat thi ke bande se murad Rasoolullah ﷺ hi the aur Abu Bakr r.a. ham sub se zyada janne wale the. Aanhuzoor ﷺ ne in se farmaya. Abu Bakr r.a. Aap royiye mat. Apni sohbat aur apni daulat ke zariye tamam logo se zyada mujh par ihsaan karne wale Aap hi hai aur agar mai kisi ko khaleel banata to Abu Bakr ko banata. Lekin (jaani dosti to Allah ke siwa kisi se nahi hosakti) iske badle me islaam ki biradari aur dosti kaafi hai  . Masjid me Abu bakr r.a. ki taraf ke darwaze ke siwa tamam darwaze band kardiye jayein

Ibn Abbas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ apne marz e wafaat me bahar tashreef laaye. Sar pe patti bandhi hui thi. Aap ﷺ minbar par baithe, Allah ki hamd o sana ki aur farmaya, koi shakhs bhi aisa nahi jis ne Abu bakr bin abu kahaafa se zyada mujh par apni jaan o maal ke zarya ahsaan kiya ho aur agar Mai kisi ko insano me se jaani dost banata toh Abu Bakr ko banata. lekin Islam ka talluq afzal hai. Dekho Abu Bakr ki khirdi chor kar is masjid ki tamam khidkiya band kar di jaaye.

(81) Chapter: The doors and locks of the Kabah and the mosques

Abdullah bin Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ jab Makkah tashreef laaye (aur makkah fatah hua) to Aap ﷺ ne usman bin Talha r.a. ko bulwaya. (Jo kaabe ke mutwalli, chabi birdaar the) unhone darwaza khola to Nabi kareem ﷺ, bilal r.a., usama bin zaid r.a. aur usman bin Talha r.a. charon tashreef le gaye . Phir darwaza band kar diya gaya aur waha thodi der tak teher kar bahar aaye . Ibn Umar r.a. ne farmaya ke mai  ne jaldi se aagey badh kar bilal r.a. se poocha (ke Aanhazrat ﷺ ne kaabe ke andar kya kiya) unhone bataya ke Aanhazrat ﷺ ne andar namaz padhi thi. Mai ne poocha kis jagah? Kaha ke dono sutoono ke darmiyaan. Abdullah bin Umar r.a. ne farmaya ke ye poochna mujhe yaad na raha ke Aap ne kitni rakatein padhi thi.

82) Chapter: The entering of a pagan in the mosque

Hazrat abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne kuch sawaron ko najad ki taraf bheja tha. Wo log banu haneefah ke ek shaks Usama bin asaal ko (bataur e jangi qaidi) pakad laaye aur masjid me ek sutoon se baandh diya.

83) Chapter: Raising the voice in the mosque

Hazrat saib bin yazeed r.a. se riwayat hai ke unhone bayan kiya ke mai masjid e nabvi me khada hua tha, kisi ne meri taraf kankri phenki . Mai ne jo Nazar uthayi to dekha ke Hazrat Umar bin khattab r.a. saamne hai. Aap ne farmaya ke ye saamne jo do shaks haiin inhi mere paas bulakar lao.mai bula laya . Aap ne poocha ke tumhara taaluq kis qabeele se hai ya ye farmaya ke tum kahan rahte ho? Unhone bataya ke ham taif ke rehne wale hai. Aap ne farmaya agar tum Madina ke hote to mai tumhe saza diye baghair na chhodta. Rasool kareem ﷺ ki masjid me awaaz oonchi karte ho.

Hazrat ibn shahab zehri ke waasta se bayan hai, unhon ne kaha ke mujh se abdullah bin kaab bin maalik r.a. ne bayan kiya, unko un ke baap kaab bin maalik razi Allah anho ne khabar di ke unhon ne abdullah ibn abi hardar r.a. se –aapne ek qarz ke silsilay mein Rasoolullah ﷺ ke daur mein masjid e nabwi ke andar taqaza kya. dono ki aawaz kuch onchi ho gayi yahan tak ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne bhi –apne hujre se sun liya. Aap uthay aur hujra par pade hue parda ko hataya. Aap ne kaab ban maalik ko aawaz di, ae kaab! kaab bolay. ya Rasoolullah ﷺ! haazir hon. Aap ﷺ ne apne haath ke isharay se bataya ke woh apna aadha qarz maaf kar day. hazrat kaab ne arz ki ya rasool Allah! mein ne maaf kar diya. Aap ne ibn abi hardar se farmaya acha ab chal uth is ka qarz ada kar.

(84) Chapter: The religious gathering in circles and sitting in the mosque

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke 1 shakhs ne Nabi kareem ﷺ se poocha (jabkay) is waqt Aap ﷺ  minbar par thay ke raat ki namaz (yani tahajjud) kis terha padhany ke liye Aap farmatay hai? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke do do rak-at kar ke padh aur jab subah qareeb honay lagey to aik rak-at padh le. yeh aik rak-at is saari namaz ko taaq bana de gi aur Aap ﷺ farmaya karte the ke raat ki aakhri namaz ko taaq rakha karo kyunkay Nabi kareem ﷺ  ne is ka hukum diya.

Ibn Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke ek shaks Nabi kareem ﷺ ki khidmat me haazir huwa. Aap ﷺ is waqt khutba de rahe the, aane waley ne poocha ke raat ki namaz kis tarah padhi jaaye? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya do do rakaat phir jab tulu subah sadiq ka andesha ho to ek rakaat witr ki padhle taake tu ne jo namaz padhi hai ise ye rakaat taaq bana de aur imam Bukhari ne farmaya ke waleed bin kaseer ne kaha ke mujh se ubaidullah bin Abdullah umri ne bayan kiya , Abdullah bin Umar r.a. ne in se bayan kiya ke ek shaks ne Nabi kareem ﷺ ko awaaz di jubke Aap ﷺ masjid me tashreef farma the.

Abu waaqid laisi haaris bin auf sahabi se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ masjid me tashreef farma the ke teen aadmi baher se aaye . Do to Rasoolullah ﷺ ki majlis me haazri ki garz se aage badhe lekin teesra chala gaya. In do me se ek ne darmiyan me khaki jagah dekhi aur waha baith gaya. Doosra shaks peeche baith gaya aur teesra to wapas hi jaraha tha, jab Rasoolullah ﷺ waaz se faarigh hue to Aap ﷺ ne farmaya kya mai tumhe in teeno ke mutaliq ek baat na batao. Ek shaks to khuda ki taraf badha aur khuda ne ise jagah di (yaani pehla shaks) raha doosra to isne (logo me ghusne se ) sharm ki, Allah ne bhi isse sharam ki.teersre ne muh pherliya to . Isliye Allah ne bhi iski taraf se muh pherliya.

85)Chapter: To lie flat (on the back) in the mosque

Ibad bin tameem ne apne chacha se riwayat ki hai ke unhone Rasoolullah ﷺ ko chitt lete hue dekha. Aap ﷺ apna ek paon doosre par rakhe hue the  Hazrat sayeed bin zubair r.a. se riwayat hai ke Umar r.a. aur Usman r.a. bhi isi tarah let te the .

(86)Chapter: (If) a mosque (is built) on a road, it should not be a cause of harm for the people

Hazrat urwah bin zubair r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ki zaujah mutahhara Ummul Momineen Hazrat Ayesha r.a. ne batlaya ke mai ne jab se hosh sanbhala to apne maa baap ko musalmaan hi paaya aur ham par koi din aisa nahi guzra jis me Rasoolullah ﷺ subah o shaam din ke dono waqt hamare ghar tashreef na laaye ho. Phir Abubakr Siddiq r.a. ki samajh me ek tarkeeb aayi to unhone ghar ke saamne ek masjid banali. Wo isme namaz padhte aur quraan majeed ki tilawat karte. Mushrikeen ki auratein aur bache waha tajjub se sunte aur khade hojate aur aapki taraf dekhte rahte. Hazrat abubakar r.a. bade rone wale aadmi the. Jab quraan kareem padhte to aansuon par qabu na rehta, quraish ke mushrik sardaar bhi is surat e haal se ghabra gaye.

(87) Chapter: To offer As-Salat (the prayers) in a mosque situated in a market

Hazrat Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai ke Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, jamaat ke saath namaz padhne me ghar ke andar ya bazar (dukaan waghaira) me namaz padhne se pachees guna sawaab milta hai. Kyunke jab koi shaks tum me se wazu kare aur iske adaab ka lihaaz rakhe phir masjid me sirf namaz ki garz se aaye to iske har qadam par Allah taala ek darja iska buland karta hai aur ek gunaah is se maaf karta hai.is tarah wo masjid ke andar aaye ga  .masjid  me aane ke baad jab tak namaz ke intezaar me rahe ga , ise namaz hi ki halat me shumaar kiya jaye ga air jab tak is jagah baitha rahe ga jahan is ne namaz padhi hai to farishte iske liye rahmat e khudawandi ki duayein karte hai .  «اللهم اغفر له ،‏‏‏‏ ‏‏‏‏اللهم ارحمه»

Aye Allah! Isku baksh de, aye Allah! Is par raham kar. Jab tak reeh kharij karke (wo farishton ko) takleef na de.

Aisa maloom hota tha ke jaisay Aap bohat hi Khafa hon aur Aap ﷺ ne apne dayein hath ko bayein hath par rakha Aur inki ungliyon ko ek doosre me dakhil kiya Aur Aap ﷺ ne apne dayein ruksaar e mubarakku bayein hath ki hatheli se sahara diya.  Jo log namaz padh kar jaldi nikal jaya karte the woh masjid ke darwazon se paar ho gaye. Phir log kehnay lagey ke kya namaz kam kar di gayi hai. hazreen me Abubaker aur Umar (razi Allah anhuma) bhi mojood the. Lekin inhen bhi Aap se bolnay ki himmat nah hui. Inhen mein ek shaks the jin ke haath lambay the aur inhen Zul-yadeen kaha jata tha. unhone ne poocha ya Rasoolullah ﷺ! kya Aap ﷺ bhool gaye ya namaz kam kar di gayi hai. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke na mai bhula hon aur na namaz mein koi kami hui hai. phir Aap ﷺ ne logo se poocha. kya zul yadeen sahih keh rahay hai. hazreen bolay ke jee haan! yeh sun kar Aap ﷺ aagey badhay aur baqi rakaatein padheen. Phir salam phera phir takbir kahi aur saho ka sajda kiya. Mamool ke mutabiq ya is se bhi lamba sajda. Phir sir uthaya aur takbir kahi. phir takbir kahi aur doosra sajda kiya. Mamool ke mutabiq ya is se bhi taweel . Phir  sir uthaya aur takbir kahi, logo ne baar baar Ibn Seereen se poocha ke kya phir salam phera to woh jawab dete ke mujhe khabar di gayi hai ke Imran ban Hesin kehte the ke phir salam phera.

(89) Chapter: The mosques which are on the way to Al-Madina and the places where the Prophet (pbuh) had offered Salat (Prayers)

Hazrat Moosa bin Uqbah r.a. se riwayat hai unhone kaha ke mai ne Salim bin Abdullah r.a. ko dekha ke wo ( madine se Makkah tak) raaste me kayi jaghon ko dhoond dhoond kar waha namaz padhte aur kehte ke in ke baap Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar r.a. bhi in muqamat par namaz padha karte the. Aur unhone Rasoolullah ﷺ ko in muqamat par namaz padhte hue dekha hai aur Moosa bin Uqbah r.a. ne kaha ke mujh se Nafe ne Ibn Umar r.a. ke mutaliq bayan kiya ke wo in muqamat par namaz padha karte the. Aur mai ne Salim se poocha to mujhe khoob yaad hai ke unhone bhi Nafe ke bayan ke mutabiq hi tamam muqamat ka zikr kiya. Faqat maqam sharfe Rooha ki masjid ke mutaliq dono ne ikhtelaaf kiya.

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke Aanhazrat ﷺ jab umrah ke maqsad se tashreef le gaye aur hajjatul widaa ke mauqe par jab Hajj ke liye nikle to Aap ﷺ ne Zul haleefah me qiyaam farmaya. Zul haleefah ki masjid ke qareeb Aap ﷺ ek babool ke darakht ke neeche utrey aur jab Aap kisi jihaad se waois hotey aur raasta zul haleefah se hojar guzarta ya hajj ya unrah se waapasi hoti to Aap wadi ateeq ke nashibi ilaqe me utarte, pgir jab waadi ke nasheb se upar chadte to waadi ke balayi kinaare ke is mashriqi hisse par padao hota jahan kankriyon aur ret ka kushadah naala hai.(yaani bathaa me) yahan Aap ﷺ raat ju subah tak aaraam farmaate. Ye maqam is masjid ke qareeb nahi hai jo patharon ki bani hui hai.waha ek gehra naala tha Abdullah bin Umar r.a. wahin namaz padhte the. Is ke nasheeb me ret ke teele the aur Rasoolullah ﷺ waha namaz padha karte the. Kankriyon aur ret ke kushadah naale ki taraf se sailaab ne aakar is jagah ke aasaar o nishaanaat ko paat diya hai, jahan Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar r.a. namaz padha karte the. ۔

Aur Abdullah bin Umar r.a. ne Hazrat Nafe se ye bhi  bayan farmaya hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne is jagah namaz padhi jahan ab sharfe Rooha ki masjid ke qareeb ek choti masjid hai, Abdullah bin Umar r.a. is jagah ki nishaandahi karte the jaha Nabi kareem ﷺ ne namaz padhi thi. Kehte the ke yaha tumhare daayein taraf jab tum masjid me (qibla ru hokar) namaz padhne ke liye khade hote ho. Jab tum madeene se Makkah jaao to ye choti si masjid raaste ke daayein jaanib padti hai. Iske aur badi masjid ke darmiyaan ek pathar ki maar ka faasla hai ya is se kuch kum zyada.

Aut Abdullah bin Umar r.a. is choti pahadii ki taraf namaz padhte ko rohaa ke aakhir kinaare par hai aur ye pahadi waha khatam hoti hai jahan raaste ka kinara hai. Abdullah bin Umar r.a. is masjid me namaz nahi padhte the balke isku apne bayein taraf muqabil me chod dete the aur aagey badh kar khud pahadi arq al tabiyyah ki taraf namaz padhte the . Abdullah bin Umar r.a. jab rohaa se chalte to is waqt tak zuhr na padhte jab tak is maqam par na pahunch jaate . Jab yaha aajate to zuhr padhte, aur agar makkah se aatey hue subah sadiq se thodi der pahle ya sehar ke aakhir me waha se guzarte to subah ki namaz tak wahin aaraam karte aur fajr ki namaz padhte. ۔

Hazrat Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ raaste ke daayein taraf muqabil me ek ghane darakht ke neeche waseeh aur naram ilaqe me qiyaam farmaate jo qariya roosiyah ke qareeb hai. Phir Aap teele se jo roosiyah ke raaste se taqreeban do mail ke faasle par hai chalte the. Ab is darakht ka upar ka hissa toot gaya hai. Aut darmiyaan me se dohra hokar jad par khada hai. Iski jadd me ret ke bahut se teele hai.

Hazrat Nafe r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne qariya urj ke qareeb is naale ke kinare namaz padhi jo pahad ki taraf jaate hue padta hai . Is masjid ke paas do ya teen qabrein hai. In qabron par upar tale pathar rakhe hue hai , raaste ke daayein jaanib in bade patharon ke paas jo raaste me hai.in ke darmiyaan me hokar namaz padhi, Abdullah bin Umar r.a. qariya urj se sooraj dhalne ke baad chalte aur zuhr isi masjid me aakar padha karte the.

Hazrat Nafe se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne raaste ke baayein taraf in ghane darakhton ke paas qiyaam farmaya jo harshi pahad ke nazdeek nasheb me hai. Ye dhalon jagah harshi ke ek kinaare se mili hui hai. Yahan se aam raasta tak pahunchne ke liye teer ki maar ka faasla hai. Abdullah bin Umar r.a. is bade darakht ki taraf namaz padhte the jo in tamaam darakhton me raaste se aub se zyada nazdeek hai aur sub se lamba darakht bhi yahi hai.

Hazrat Nafe r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ is naale me utra karte the jo wadi mar al zahraan ke nasheb me hai . Madine ke muqabil jab ke muqaam safrawaat se utra jaaye. Nabi kareem ﷺ is dhalon ke bilkul nasheb me qiyaam karte the. Ye raaste ke baayein jaanib padta hai jab koi shaks Makkah ja raha ho (jisku ab batan e maru kehte hai) raaste air Rasoolullah ﷺ ki manzil ke darmiyaan sirf ek pathar hi ke maar ka faasla hota.

Hazrat Nafe r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ zi tawa me qiyaam farmaate aur raat yaheen guzaara karte the aur subah hoti to namaz e fajr yahin padhte. Makkah jaate hue. Yahan Nabi kareem ﷺ ke namaz padhne ki jagah ek bade se teele par thi. Is masjid me nahi jo ab waha bani hui hai balke is se neeche ek bada teela tha .

Aur Nabi kareem ﷺ ke namaz padhne ki jagah is se neeche siyaah tewle par thi , teele se taqreeban dus haath chod kar pahad ki dono ghaatiyon ki taraf ruq karke namaz padhte jo tumhare aur kaabe ke darmiyan hai.

Phir Aap ﷺ ne namaz padhi. Imam Bukhari ne kaha ke ham se Ismael bin abi Idrees ne ye hadees yun bayan ki ke Aap ﷺ ne apne dayein taraf do sutoon chode the.

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar r.a. jab kaaba me dakhil hote to seedhe muh ke saamne chale jaate. Darwaza peeth ki taraf hota aur Aap aagey badhte jab inke aur saamne ki deewar ka faasla qareeb teen hath ke rah jaata to namaz padhte. Is tarah Aap is jagah namaz padhna chahte the jis ke mutaliq Hazrat Bilal r.a. ne aapku bataya tha ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne yaheen namaz padhi thi. Aap farmaate the ke baithullah me jis kone me ham chahaein namaz padh sakte hai. Isme koi qabahat nahi hai.

Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai ke Aap ne farmaya tum logo ne ham auraton ko kuton aur gadhon ke barabar bana diya  . Halanke mai chapaayi par leti rehti thi . Aur Nabi kareem ﷺ tashreef laaye aur charpaayi ke beech me aajate (ya charpaayi ko apne aur qible ke beech me kar lete) phir namaz padhte. Mujhe Aap ﷺ ke saamne pada rehna bura malum hota, isliye mai paayenti ki taraf se khisak ke lihaaf se baher nikal jaati.

(100) Chapter: The person offering Salat (prayer) should repulse that person who tries to pass in front of him

Hazrat abu Sayeed Khudri r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ne farmaya (doosari sanad) aur ham se abu salih samaan ne kaha, mai ne Abu Sayed Khudri r.a. ko juna ke din namaz padhte hue dekha . Aap kisi cheez ki taraf muh kiye hue logo ke liye ise aad banaye hue the. Abu mueet ke beton me se ek jawan ne chaha ke Aap ke saamne se hokar guzar jaaye . Abu sayeed r.a. ne iske seene par dhakka dekar baaz rakhna chaha. Jawan ne charon taraf nazar daudayi lekin koi raasta siwaye saamne se guzarne ke na mila. Isliye wo phir isi taraf se nikalne ke liye lauta.ab abu Sayeed r.a. ne pahle se bhi zyada zor se dhakka diya. Ise Abu Sayeed r.a. se shikayat hui aur wo apni shikayat marwaan ke paas le gaya. Iske Marwaanbaad abu Sayeed r.a. bhi tashreef le gaye. Marwaan ne kaha  :Aye  Abu sayeed r.a. Aap me aur Aap ke bhateeje me kya muamila pesh aaya. Aap ne farmaya ke mai ne Nabi kareem ﷺ se suna hai ke Aap ﷺ ne farmaya tha ke jab koi shaks namaz kisi cheez ke taraf muh karke padhe aur is cheez ko aad bana raha ho phir bhi agar koi saamne se guzre to ise rok dena chahiye. Agar ab bhi ise israar ho to ise ladna chahiye. Kyunke wo shaitaan hai.

Hazrat zaid bin Khalid r.a. se riwayat hai ke inhe abu jaheem Abdullah ansaari r.a. ki khidmat me in se ye baat poochne ke liye bheja ke unhone namaz padhne wale ke saamne se guzarne wale ke mutaliq Nabi kareem ﷺ se kya suna hai. Abu jaheem ne kaha ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya tha ke agar namazi ke saamne se guzarne wala jaanta ke iska kitna bada gunah hai to iske saamne guzarne par chalees tak wahi khade rehne ko tarjeeh deta.abu alnazar ne kaha ke mujhe yaad nahi ke basar bin sayeed ne chalees din kaha ya mahina ya saal.

(Jab saamne aajaye) Hazrat Ayesha r.a. ne farmaya ke tum ne hume kutton ke barabar bana diya . Halanke mai jaanti hu ke Nabi kareem ﷺ namaz padh rahe the. Mai Aap ﷺ ke aur Aap ﷺ ke qible ke darmiyaan (saamne) charpaayi par leti hui thi. Mujhe zaroorat pesh aati thi aur ye bhi acha nahi malum hota tha ke khud ko Aap ﷺ ke saamne kardu. Isliye mai aahista se nikal aati thi.

(103) Chapter: To offer As-Salat (the prayer) behind a sleeping person

Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai, wo farmati thi ke Nabi kareem ﷺ namaz padhte rahte aur mai (Aap ﷺ ke saamne)  bichone par aadi soti hui padi hoti.

Jab Aap ﷺ witr padhna chahte to mujhe bhi jaga dete aur mai bhi witr padh leti thi.

(104) Chapter: To offer Nawafil (non-obligatory prayers) behind a sleeping woman

Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai, mai Rasoolullah ﷺ ke saamne sojaya karti thi. Mere paon Aap ﷺ ke saamne (phaile hue) hote. Jab Aap ﷺ sajdah karte to paon ko halke se daba dete aur mai inhe suked leti phir jab qiyaam farmaate to mai inhe phaila leti . Is zamane me gharon ke andar charaag nahi hote the. (Maloom hua ke aisa karna bhi jayaz hai)

(105) Chapter: Whoever says "Nothing annuls As-Salat (the prayer) (i.e. nothing of what others do, not the praying person himself)."

Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai ke inke saamne in cheezon ka zikr hua , jo namaz ko tod deti hai yaani kutta, gadha aur aurat . Is par Hazrat Ayesha r.a. ne farmaya ke tum logo ne hume kutton aur gadhon ke barabar kar diya . Halanke khud Nabi kareem ﷺ is tarah namaz padhte the ke mai charpaayi par Aap ﷺ ke aur qible ke beech me leti rehti thi. Mujhe koi zaroorat pesh aayi aur chunke ye baat pasand na thi ke Aap ﷺ ke saamne (jubke Aap ﷺ namaz padh rahe ho) baithun aur is tarah Aap ﷺ ko takleef ho.  . Isliye mai Aap ﷺ ke paon ki taraf se khamoshi ke sath nikal jaati thi.

Ibn shahab r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone apne chacha se poocha ke kya namaz ko koi cheez tod deti hai? To unhone farmaya ke nahi, ise koi cheez nahi todti . Kyunke mujhe urwah bin zubair r.a. ne khabar di hai ke Nabi kareem ﷺ ki zaujah e mutahhara Hazrat Ayesha r.a. ne farmaya ke Nabi kareem ﷺ khade hokar raat ko namaz padhte aur mai Aap ﷺ ke saamne, Aap ﷺ aur qible ke darmiyaan arz me bistar par leti rehti thi.

(106) Chapter: If a small girl is carried on one's neck during the Salat (prayer)

Hazrat abu qatada ansaari r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ amama binte Zainab binte Rasoolullah ﷺ ko (baaz auqaat) namaz padhte waqt uthaye hue hote. Abul aas bin rabi bin abdus shams ki hadees me hai ke sajda me jaate to utaar dete aur jab qiyaam farmaate to utha lete.

(107) Chapter: To offer Salat (prayer) facing a bed occupied by a menstruatng woman

Hazrat Abdullah bin shaddad bin haad se riwayat hai, unhone kaha ke mujhe meri khala maimoona binte alhaaris r.a. ne khabar di ke mera bistar Nabi kareem ﷺ ke musalle ke barabar me hota tha. Aur baaz dafah Aap ﷺ ka kapda (namaz padhne me) mere upar aajata aur mai apne bistar par hi hoti thi. ۔

Hazrat Abdullah bin shaddad bin haad se riwayat hai, kaha ham ne Hazrat maimoona r.a. se suna, wo farmati thi ke Nabi kareem ﷺ namaz padhte hote aur mai Aap ﷺ ke barabar me soti rehti . Ju  Aap ﷺ sajdah me jaate to Aap ﷺ ka kapda mujhe chu jaata halanke mai haaizah hoti thi.

(108)Chapter: Is it permissible to touch or push one's wife in prostration in order to prostrate properly?

Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai, Aap ne farmaya ke tum ne bura kiya ke ham ko kutton aur gadhon ke hukm me kar diya. Khud Nabi kareem ﷺ namaz padh rahe the. Mai Aap ﷺ ke saamne leti hui thi. Jab sajdah karna chahte to mere paon ko chu dete aur mai inhe suked leti thi.

(109) Chapter: A woman can remove troublesome or offensive things from a person in Salat (prayer)

Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood r.a. se riwayat hai, kaha ke Rasoolullah ﷺ kaaba ke paas khade namaz padh rahe the.  Quraish apni majlis me( qareeb hi ) baithe hue the. itnay me un me se ek quraishi bola is riyakaar ko nahi dekhte? kya koi hai jo falan qabeela ke zibah kiye hue oont ka gobar, khoon aur ojhdi utha laaye. phir yahan intzaar kere. jab yeh ( anhazoor ﷺ ) sajde me jaye to gardan par rakh day ( chunanche is kaam ko anjaam dene ke liye ) un me se sab se zyada badbakht shakhs utha aur jab Aap ﷺ sajde me gaye to is ne Aap ﷺ ki gardan mubarak par yeh ghilazaten daal den. anhazoor ﷺ sajde hi ki haalat mein sir rakhe rahe. mushrikeen ( yeh dekh kar ) hanse aur maaray hansi ke ek doosre par lout poat honay lage. 1 shakhs ( ghaliban Ibn masood r.a. ) hazrat fatima r.a. ke paas aaye. woh abhi bacha theen. Aap rA daudti hui ayen. huzoor ﷺ ab bhi sajda hi mein the.  phir ( hazrat fatima razi Allah anha ne ) un ghilazaton ko  Aap ﷺ ke oopar se hataya aur mushrikeen ko bura bhala kaha. anhazoor ﷺ  ne namaz poori kar ke farmaya' ' ya Allah Quraish par azaab naazil kar. ya Allah Quraish par azaab nazil kar. ya Allah Quraish par azaab nazil kar.' ' phir naam le kar kaha khudaya! umro bin Hisham , utba bin Rabia , Sheeba bin Rabia , Waleed bin Utba , Umia ban Khalf , uqbah bin abi mueet aur Umara Ibn Waleed ko halaak kar. abdullah bin masood razi Allah anhuma ney kaha, Khuda ki qisam! mein ney un sab ko badar ki larai mein maqtool paaya. phir inhen ghaseet kar badar ke kunvey mein pheink diya gaya. Iske baad Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya kuwen wale khuda ki rahmat se door kardiye gaye.
