Khaiti Bari Aur Batayi Se Mutalliq Ahkam Wa Masaeel
BAAB : 1 – KASHKARI OR SHAJARKARI KI FAZILAT JAB KEH USSE KHAYA JAYE
Irshad Baari Ta’ala hai: Tum jo kuch kashit karte ho uspar gor to karo , kya tum usey ugate hoy a hum usey parwaan chahrane wale hain? Agar hum chahe toh usey raizah raizah karke rakh dein” –
۩ Hazrat Anas r.a se rawayat hai , unhone kaha keh Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne farmaya : “Jab koi musalman shajarkari ya kashtakari karta hai , phir usmein se koi parinda , insan ya hawaan khata hai toh usey sadqah wa khairat ka sawab milta hai”-

BAAB : 2 – ZARAYEE AALAT (KHAITI BARI ) MEIN BAHUT MASROOF RAHNE OR JAYEZ HADOOD SE TAJAWAYEZ KARNE KE BURAY ANJAAM KA BAYAN
۩ Hazrat Abu Umama Bahli r.a se rawayat hai , Unhone hal ka phal or khaiti ke kuch dusre aalat dekhiye toh kaha : Main ne Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ko yeh farmate suna hai : “Yeh Zarayee aalat jis qaum ke ghar mein ghus aate hain ALLAH Ta’ala unhein zillat wa ruswayi se do chaar kar deta hai’’-

BAAB : 3 – KHAIT KI HIFAZAT KE LIYE KUTTA RAKHNA
۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a se rawayat hai , Unhone kaha keh Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne farmaya : Jis shaksh ne zaraa’at or mawaishiyun ke nigahbaan kutte ke alawa koi kutta rakha toh uske amal rozana ek qiraat ajar kam hota rahega” – Ibn Seerin or Abu Saleh Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a se , or wo Nabi ﷺ se bayan karte hain : “Siwaye us kutte ke jo Bakriyon ya khaiti ya shikar ke liye ho” – Abu Hazim Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a se , or wo Nabi ﷺ se bayan karte hain : “Shikhar ya ruwar ka kutta mutshana hai” –

۩ Hazrat Sufiyan Bin Abu Zuhair r.a se rawayt hai , Jo Qabilah Azdashnuwah hain or or unhein Nabi ﷺ ki subhat hasil hai , unhone kaha : Main ne Nabi ﷺ se suna , aap farmate the : “ Jisne kutta paala jo khaiti or ruwar ke liye na ho to uske amal se har roz ek qiraat sawab kam hota rehta hai “ – ( Rawi hadees Sayeb Bin Yazeed kehte hai keh ) Main ne ( unse ) kaha : Waqayi tumne yeh baat Rasul ALLAH ﷺ se Suni hai? Toh unhone kaha : Ji haan , mujhe us masjid ke Rab ki qasam!

BAAB : 4 – GAYE , BAIL , KO KHAITI KE LIYE ISTEMAL KARNA
۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah se riwayat hai , wo Nabi ﷺ se bayan karte hain keh aapne farmaya : “ Koi Shaksh ek bail par sawar hokar ja raha that ha toh Bail ne mutawajjah ho kar kaha keh main us (sawari ) ke liye nahi balkeh khaiti ke liye paida kiya gaya hun – Aap ne farmmaya : Main us par yaqeen rakhta hun or Abu Bakr wa Umar r.a bhi yaqeen rakhte hain , naiz aapne farmaya : Ek Bhairiye ne kaha keh jis din ( Madine mein ) Darinde hi darinde honge toh us din Bakriyon ka muhafiz kon hoga ? Us din mere alawa koi unka nigraan nahi hoga – Aap ﷺ ne farmaya : Main us par yaqeen rakhta hun or Abu Bakr Wa Umar r.a bhi us par yaqeen rakhte hain “ – ( Rawi Hadees ) Hazrat Abu Salamah ( Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a se ) bayan karte hain keh usdin yeh dono Hazrat Majlis mein maujood nahi the.

BAAB : 5 – JAB KOI DUSRE SE KAHTE HAI KEH TOH NAKHLISTAAN WAGAIRAH MEIN MEHNAT KAREY OR MUJHE USKI PAIDAWAR SE HISSA DE ( HUM DONO US MEI SHARIK HAI N , TOH AISA KARNA JAYEZ HAI )
۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a se rawayat hai , unhone ne kaha keh ansar ne Nabi ﷺ se arz kiya : aap nakhlistaan hamare or hamre ( Muhajir ) bhaiyun ke darmayan taqseem kar dein – Aapne farmaya : “ Aisa nahi ho sakta” – Us par ansar ne muhajirin se kaha : Aap log hamare nakhlistaan ki dekh bhaal apne zimme lein toh hum ko paidawar mein sharik kar lenge – Muhajiren ne kaha : Hum ne suna or qubool kiya – ( Humein yeh qubool hai -)

BAAB : 6 – DARAKHTON ORR KHUJURON KA KATNA
۩ Hazrat Anas r.a bayan karte hai keh Nabi ﷺ ne hukm diya toh khajoor ke darakht kat diye gaye –
Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar r.a hai , wo Nabi ﷺ se bayan karte hain keh aapne Bano Nasir ki khajuroon ko jalane or katne ka hukm diya – Jis baagh ke darakht kate gaye the jiska naam “Beurah” tha – Uske mutalliq Hazrat Hasaan Bin Sabit r.a ne ek sha’ar hai : Bani Lawi sardaro ke liyr asaan ho gaya tha kyunki Beurah name baagh mein aag shole phaink rahi thi –

BAAB : 7 – BILA ANWAN
Hazrat Rafiya Bin Khadij r.a se rawayat hai , Unhone farmaya keh tamam Ahal Madina se hamare khait zayada the or hum zameen ko baye shart batayi par diya karte the keh zameen ke ek khas hisse ki paidawar malik zameen ki hogi , chunancha kabhi aisa hota keh khait ke is moaiyyan hisse par aafat aajati or baqi zameen ki paidawar acchi rahti or kabhi baqi khait par aafat aajati or moaiyyan qatah salim rehta , bina bare humein us mamle se rok diya gaya – Or sone chandi ke aooz ( Theke par ) dene ka is waqt riwaz hi nahi tha.

BAAB : 8 – NASAF YA USSE KAM WA PAISH PAIDAWAR PAR ZAMEEN KA GHOSHT
۩ Qais Bin Muslim se rawayat hai , wo Abu Jafar se bayan karte hain keh Unhone kaha : Madina Taiba mein koi muhajir khandan aisa nahin hota jo paidawar ki tahai ya chautahi hissa par zara’at na karta ho – Hazrat Ali , Hazrat Saad Bin Maalik , Hazrat Abdullah Bin Masood r.a , naiz Hazrat Umar Bin Abdul Aziz , Qaim , Urwa Bin Zubair r.h , hazrat Abu Bakr r.a ka khandan , Hazrat Umar r.a ka khandan , Hazrat Ali r.a ka khandan or Ibn Seerin ka r.h sab batayi par kashit kiya karte the – Abdul Rahman Bin Asood kehte hain keh Main khaiti bari mein Abdul Rahman Bin Yazeed ka sharik raha karta tha – Hazrat Umar r.a ne logon se shart par mamla tay kiya keh agar Umar r.a Beej unlogon se shart par mamla tay kiya keh agar beej unlogon ka ho jo kam kareyenge toh wo paidawar ka itna hissa le lenge – Hazrat Hasan Basri ne kaha : Zameen agar kisi ek ki ho or uspar kharch ( Malik or kashtakar ) dono mil kar kare phir jo paidawar ho usey dono taqseem karlein toh usmein koi harj nahi – Imam Zohari ne bhi yahi fatwa diya hai – Hasan Basri ne mazeed farmaya : Kapas agar aaadhi lene ki shart par chuni jaye toh usmein bhi harj nahi – Hazrat Ibrahim , Ibn Seerin , Ata < Hukm , Zohari or Qatadah r.h ne kaha hai keh kapra ( Bunne walaon ko ) agar tehai ya chautahi mein sharik kar liya jaye toh usmein koi muzayeka nahi – Hazrat Mamur ne kaha : Usmein koi qabahat nahi keh koi janwar dusre ko ek moaiyyan muddat ke liye uski tehai ya chautahi kamai par de diya jaye –
Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar r.a se rawayat hai , Unhone bataya keh Nabi ﷺ ne ( Yahud se ) khabir ka mamla nasaf paidawar par tay kiya tha jo us zameen se paidawar ho , khawa wo khajoor ho ya ghala – Aap apni azwaj motaharat ko sau wa sak dete the , jin mein se isi sauk wa sak khajoor or bees wa sak jo hote the – Jab Hazrat Umar r.a ne khabir ki zameen taqseem kit oh aaapne Nabi ﷺ ki azwaj mohtarat ko akhtayar diya keh unke liye zameen or paani mutayeen kar diya jaye ya jo rashan unhe milta raha hai wahi milta raha hai , Chunancha unme se baaz ne zameen ka intekhab kiya or kuch nahi paidawar ka –Hazrat A’isha r.a ne zamee lene ko pasand farmaya.

BAAB : 9 – AGAR BTAYI PAR ZAMEEN DETE WAQT SAALO KI TADAD MUQARAR NA KI JAYE
Hazrat Ibn Umar r.a se rawayat hai , unhone kaha keh Nabi ﷺ ne khabir ka mamla is shart par tay kiya tha keh use jo phal or anaj hoga yahidi uska nasaf ada karenge –

BAAB : 10 – BILA ANWAN
Hazrat Umaro Bin Dinar se rawayat hai , unhone Hazrat Tawas se kaha : Behtar hai keh tum btayi par zameen dena chor do kyunki logon ke baqol Nabi ﷺ ne btayi ka mamla karne se mana farmaya hai – Hazrat Tawas ne jawab diya : Aye Umaro ! Main logon ko zameen de kar unhein fayda pahunchata hun – Or logon mein sabse zayada janne wale , yaani Hazrat ibn Abbas r.a ne mujhe khabar di hai keh Nabi ﷺ ne us ( Mazaa’t ) se nahi roka tha balkeh yeh farmaya tha : “Tum mein se koi shaksh zameen apne bhai ko yun hi muft de de toh yeh usse behtar hai keh wo uska mutayyan mahsul wasool kare”.

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar r.a se rawayat hai keh Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne yahudiyun ko khabir ki zameen mein is shart par laga di keh wo us mein mehnat kare or kashtakari kare , usse jo paidawar hogi unko uska nasaf milega

BAAB : 12 – MAZARAT MEIN KAUNSI SHARAYET MAKRUH HAIN?
Hazrat Rafiya Bin Khadij r.a se rawayat hai keh hum Madina Taiba mein sabse bare zameendar the – Hum mein se ek shaksh apni zameen is shart par btayi ke liye deta tha keh zameen kay eh qatah mere liye or us tukre or qataye ki paidawar tere liye hogi – Basa auqat yeh qatah paidawar deta or dusre mein na hoti , toh Nabi ﷺ ne unhe usse mana farma diya –

BAAB : 13 – AGAR KOI AADMI KISI KE MAAL KO USKI IJAZAT KE BAGAIR ZARAA’AT MEIN LAGA DE OR US MEIN USKI BEHTARII HO TO JAYEZ HAI
Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umaro se rawayat hai , wo Nabi ﷺ se bayan karte hain keh aapne farmaya : “ Teen aadmi safar mein ja rhea the keh unhein barish ne aa liya – unhone ek pahar ki gaar mein panah li – Gaar ke muhh par pahar ke upar se ek patthar aa gira jis se gaar ka muhh band ho gaya – Unhone ek dusre se kaha : Tum apnea p e aamal par nazar karo keh kisne kya kiya nek aamal khalis ALLAH ki raza ke liye kya hai , phir uske wasile se ALLAH se dua karo shayed ALLAH TA’ALA us musibat ko tum se dur karde , chunancha unmein se ek ne kaha : Aye ALLAH ! Mere burhe waldain or chotte chotte bacche the – Ek din Bakriyan charaya karta tha – Jab main lautta toh doodh pilata – Ek din mujhe dair ho gayi or raat gaye tak ghar na aaya – Jab aaya toh dekha keh mere waldain so gaye hain – Main ne doodh doha jaisa keh main dohta tha or usey liye unke sirhane khara raha lekin unhe bedar karna mujhe accha na laga or yeh bhi mujhe munasib malum na hua keh ( waldain se pehle ) baccho ko doodh pila do , halankeh wo mere paon ke pass bulbula rahe the – yahan tak keh usi halat mein fajar ho gayi – (Aye mere Rab ! ) agar tu janta hai keh main ne yeh amal teri raza ke liye kiya hai toh humse yeh patthar dur karde keh humein aasman nazar aaye , chunancha ALLAH TA’ALA ne kuch patthar hata diya jis se unhone aasman dekha – Dusre ne arz kiya : Aye ALLAH ! meri ek chachazaad behan thi , main usse bahot muhabbat karta tha jaisa keh mard auraton se bahot zayada muhabbat karte hain – Main ne usse apni khwaish ka izhar kiya toh usne inkar kardiya ala ki main sau dinar usey dun , chunancha main ne koshish or mehnat ki yahan tak keh sau dinar jama kar liye – Jab main buray kaam ke liye uski do tango ke darmayaan baitha toh usne kaha : ALLAH ke bande ! ALLAH se dar or haq ke bagair us mahar ko na tor , toh main uth khara hua – (Aye ALLAH !) agar tu janta hai keh main ne yeh amal tere raza ke liye kiya hai toh humse ye patthar hata de – Wo patthar apni jagah se thora hat gaya – Teesre shaksh ne kaha : Aye ALLAH ! main ne ek mazdoor chawalo k eek farq ke aaoz mazdoori par rakha tha – Jab usne apna kaam kar liya toh kaha : Mujhe meri ajarat do – Main ne usey ajarat paish ki toh usne beaitbari se kaam liya or chala gaya – Main un chawalo ko ghosht karta raha , yahan tak keh main ne usse gaayein kharidein or charwahe bhi rakh liye – Aakhirkar wo mere pass aaya or kahne laga keh ALLAH se dar- Main ne kaha : Jao wo gaaye , or charwahe sab tumhare hain , unhein le jao – Usne dobara kaha : ALLAH se dar or mere saath Mazak na kar – Main ne kaha : Main tere sath Mazak nahi kar raha , unko le ja otoh wo le gaya – (Aye ALLAH !) agar tu janta hai maine yeh amal teri khushnudi ke liye kiya hai toh baqi manda patthar bhi hata de , chunancha ALLAH TA’ALA ne wo patthar hata diya” –

۩ Abu Abdullah (Imam Bukhari r.h ) ne kaha : Ismail Bin Ibrahim Bin Oqbah ne Hazrat Nafiya se ( fabaghaitu ki jagah ) [Fasaa’tu ] ke alfaz rawayat hain –
BAAB : 14 – NABI ﷺ KE SAHABA KARAAM KE AUQAF , KHARABI ZAMEEN OR USKI BTAYI KE MAMLAT
۩ Nabi ﷺ ne Hazrat Umar r.a se farmaya : “ Asal zameen ko waqaf kardo keh usey farokhat na kiya jaye lekin uski paidawar ko kharch kiya jaye” – Hazrat Umar r.a ne us haidayat ke mutabiq usey waqf kiya –
Hazrat Umar r.a ne farmaya : Agar mujhe baad meinaane wale musalmano ka khayal na hota toh main jo bhi basti fatah karta usey wahan ke mujahidin mein taqseem kar deta jaisa keh Nabi ﷺ ne khabir ( Fatah karne ke baad usey ) Kiya tha –

BAAB : 15 – JISNE BANJAR ZAMEEN KO ABAAD KIYA
۩ Hazrat Ali r.a kofa ki banjar zameeno ke mutalliq yahin raaye di – Hazrat Umar r.a ne farmaya : Jisne gairaabad zameen mein aabadi ki wahi uska haqdar hai – Hazrat Umar Bin Aof (Mazni ) r.a se rawayat hai , unhone Nabi ﷺ se us baat ko naqal kiya hai – Unhone (Hazrat Umaro r.a ) ne mazeed yeh naqal kiya : “Bashartaika wo zameen kisi musalman ka haq na ho , naiz kisi zalim shaksh ka usmein koi haq nahi” – Uske mutalliq Hazrat Jabir r.a ne Nabi ﷺ se rawayat bayan ki hai –
Hazrat A’isha r.a ne rawayat hai , wo Nabi ﷺ se bayan karti hain keh aapne farmaya : “Jo shaksh aisi gairabad zameen ko aabad kare jo kisi ki malkiyat na ho toh wo uska zayada haqdar hai” – Urwa kehte hain keh Hazrat Umar r.a ne apni khilafat mein uske mutabiq faisla kiya tha –

BAAB : BILA ANWAN
۩ Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar r.a se rawayat hai keh Nabi ﷺ jab raat ke waqt zulhalifa wadi ke nashib mein aaram ke liye utare toh aapse khawab mein kaha gaya : Aap Mubarak wadi mein hain – (Rawi Hadees ) Musa Bin Oqbag ne kaha : Hazrat Salim ne hamare sath wahin Oonth baithaya jahan Hazrat Ibn Umar r.a baithaya karte the – Wo usi jagah ka qasad kar rahe the jahan Rasuk ALLAH ﷺ ne parao kiya tha – Yeh jagah wadi ke nashib mein waqiah masjid ke niche thi – Yaani wadi aqeeq or raaste ke darmayan waqiah thi.

۩ Hazrat Umar r.a se rawayat hai , wo Nabi ﷺ se bayan karte hain keh jab aap wadi aqeeq mein the toh aapne farmaya : “Aaj raat mere Rab ki taraf se ek aane wala mere pass aaya – Usne kaha : Aap us Mubarak wadi mein namaz parhi or farmayi keh Umrah Haj mein dakhil hai” –

BAAB : 17 – AGAR ZAMEEN KA MALIK , KASHTAKAR SE KAHE KEH MAIN TUJHE US WAQT TAK RAHNE DUNGA JAB TAK ALLAH TUMHEIN RAHNE DE OR KOI MADAT MUWARAR NA KARE TOH WO FAISLA BAHMI RAZAMANDI SE KAR SAKTE HAIN
۩ Hazrat Ibn Umar r.a se rawayat hia , unhone farmaya keh Hazrat Umar Bin Khattab r.a yahud nasara ko sar zameen mein hajaz se nikal diya – Waqiah yeh hai keh Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne jab khabir par ghulba paya toh usi waqt yahudiyun ko wahan se nikal dena chaha kyunki ghulba paate hi wo zameen ALLAH , uske Rasul ALLAH ﷺ or tamam musalmano ki ho gayi thi – Phir aap ne wahan se yahud ko nikalane ka irada farmaya toh yahud ne aapse darkhawast ki keh unhe is shart par waha toh yahud ne aapse darkhawast keh unhe us shart par wahan rahne diya jaye keh wo kaam karenge or unhein us shart par wahan rahne diya jaye keh wo kaam karenge or unhein nasaf paidawar milegi – Uspar Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne farmaya : Hum tumhein us kaam par rakheinge jab tak hum chahenge” – Chunancha yahud wahan rahe taankeh Hazrat Umar r.a ne unhe maqam taima or maqam areha ki taraf jala watan kar diya.

BAAB : 18 – NABI ﷺ KE SAHABA KARAAM EK DUSRE KO KHAITI OR PHALON MEIN SHARIK KAR LIYA KARTE THE
۩ Hazrat rafiya Bin Khadij r.a se rawayat hai , unhone kaha : Mere chacha zohair Bin Rafiya r.a ne bayan kiya keh Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne humein aise kam se mana farma diya jo hamare liye bahot nafa bakshtha – Main ne kaha : Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne jo farmaya wo haq hai – Hazrat Zohair r.a ne kaha keh Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ne mujhe bulakar pucha : “Tum log apne khaiton ka kiya karte ho?” Main ne arz kiya keh hum unko nali ke kinare ki paidawar , naiz khajoor or jo ke chand was auk ke aoz karaye par dete hain – Aapne farmaya : “Aisa mat karo – Tum khud darkhawast karo ya kisi ko kashat ke liye de do ya usey apne pass hi rahne do” - Hazrat Rafiya kehte hain : Main ne kaha : Jo Irshad hua usey hum ne suna or dil se maan liya.

۩ Hazrat Jabir r.a se rawayat hai , unhone kaha : Log tehai , chautahi or nasaf paidawar par zameen kasht kiya karte the toh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “Jiski zameen ho wo khud kasht kare ya kisi ko de de – agar aisa na kare toh apni zameen ko rok rakhe” –

۩ Hazrat Umaro Bin Dinar se rawayat hai , unhone kaha : Main ne Hazrat Tawas (Mazaraat ka ) zikr kiya toh unhone farmaya : aadmi dusre ko btayi par zameen de skta hai kyunki Hazrat Ibn Abbas r.a ne farmaya hai keh Nabi ﷺ ne is se mana farmaya , albatta yeh zarur kaha hai : ”Agar tum mein se koi apne bhai ka kasht ke liye muft zameen de de toh yeh mmutayyan chiz lene se behtar hai” –

۩ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a se rawayat hai keh ek din Nabi ﷺ ke pass ek dehati baitha tha or aap yeh bayan farma rahe the : Ahal Jannat mein se ek shaksh apne Rab se kashtakari ki ijazat talab karega toh ALLAH TA’ALA usey farmayega : Kya tu maujudah halat par khush nahin hai ? wo kahega : kyun nahin ( khush hun ) Lekin mujhe khaiti bari se muhabbat hai – Aap ne farmaya : Wo beej kasht karega toh pal jhapakne mein wo aag aayega , fauran sidha ho jayega or katne ke qabil ho jayega – Dekhte hi dekhte pahar ki tarah anbar lag jayega or ALLAH TA’ALA farmayega : Aye Adam ke bete ! yeh le le , tujhe koi chiz seer nahin kar sakti’’ – Yeh sun kar dehati kahne laga : ALLAH ki Qasam ! wo shaksh Quraishi a Ansari hoga kyunki yahi log khaiti bari karne walle hain , hum toh khaiti bari wale log nahin – yeh sunkar Nabi ﷺ hans pare –

Baat darasal yeh hai keh mere Ansari bhai bazaron mein karo baar ke liye mashgul rehte the or mere Ansari bhai apne mahwaishiyon ki zimmadari mein lage rehte the jab keh main ek qalash aadmi tha , pet bhar jata toh har waqt Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ke pass rehta tha – Jab yeh log gayab hote toh main wahan maujood rahta or jab eo bhul jate toh main yaad rakhta – Ek din Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “Tum mein se jo koi apna kapra us waqt tak phailaye rakhe jab tak main apni ghuftagu khatam karun phir usey samaet kar apne seene se laga le toh wo meri ghuftagu ko kabhi nahin bhulega “ – Yeh sunkar main ne apni chadar bicha di jab keh us chadar ke alawa mere passor koi kapra na tha yahan tak keh Nabi ﷺ e apni taqreer khatam kit oh main ne usey samaet kar apne seene se laga liya – Us zaat ki qasam jisne Rasul ALLAH ﷺ ko haq de kar mabaus kiya hai ! Main aap ka wo kalam aaj tak nahi bhula – ALLAH ki qasam ! Agar ALLAH ki kitab main yeh do aayat na hoti toh main tumse kabhi koi hadees bayan nahi karta or wo do aayat yeh hai : INNAL LAZINA YAKTUMUNA MAA ANZALNA MINAL BAIYYANATI WAL HUDA …… “Beshak jo log hamari nazil karda wazah or hidayat ko chhupate hain ….” Aakhir tak –
